Gangland 2025

@Turtlyturt - I really like the application, don't get me wrong, but the only problem is with the gang you've decided to go with. La Desierta (The Deserted) are pretty much dead. They only have a couple of high-ranking members left, the co-leader is dead, and the vast majority of the foot soldiers have been scared senseless so they've cleared off. You can stick with them if you want, but seeing as they're going to be ended soon, I thought I'd let you know. I'd PERSONALLY say that you should go with one of the Mafias or one of the syndicates, but that's up to you.

@JacobLoL - I like it. You can consider yourself accepted. If there's any problems with the new gang idea during the RP, I'll let you know and we can work our way around it, but I'm pretty confident that it should be alright :)

great, im always willing to work at it if theres something you guys dont like. Any idea how i should join in this RP? lso what time of day is it in the RP atm?

Right now it's getting to be late evening (Around the ten/eleven o'clock mark, I'd say) - You can join however you feel. You can start off with the bigger syndicate attacking (seeing as you said that your actions will annoy a few people), but make sure it's not The Black Sun, The Six, or The Dicciano Family that you have attacking you. The three of them aren't the type to start wars over something like that. @JacobLoL

Both of you are good to go. But, @JacobLoL the west side i.e. California, is were it is all very nice and nearly perfect. The cut off between east and west side would be about Illinoise I say.

I can change it I don't mind at all, I didn't really know. (:

Is there one you'd suggest?

Anything but The Dicciano Family and... The Six, I'd say. We can have some diversity with it all, and you can RP with a gang that we need to get into action. Try one of the syndicates :) @Turtlyturt

I usually play NPC's in the gangs so that everyone has something to interact with. You can go ahead and post an intro post, if you wish. You know, it could be going to speak to the boss, if you'd like. We'd develop it from there. (@Turtlyturt)

Affiliation: Death's Disciples - Ucheniki Mertvaya (Mafia)

Reason for joining: Escape

Personality:

A normally joking personality that can change quickly to serious business. Though he likes to keep then separate, often becoming angry when the two mix. He is very loyal to those we trusts, and from that selective of whom he does. He always will strive to pay off a debt of any kind.

Bio:

Growing up in a family that produced drugs for the province of New Orleans (the provinces were areas centralized around large cities for the purpose of drug responsibilities), he was exposed to the suppliers end of the drug trade - the relatively more calm side of the drug trade. However, his family being pressured more and more from the Redneck Mafia, whether for more control over supply or just ethnicity. If the Defenders of Christ were down, they would have been attacked far sooner. Instead, the Death's Disciples stepped in. The Russian mafia really just wanted a larger share in the prescription drug game and the Bell family was their in. The Disciples intercepted the attack, and saved the family. Despite knowing other factors behind the intervention, Demarcus felted indebted to them. His parents are older now, but well under the protection of the Ucheniki Mertvaya after establishing loyalty with them. DeMarcus still hated life down there. The residents were angry at how many of them died in Redneck attack. He showed more interest in the production of the drugs, and worked to become overseer of multiple production facilities. Nowadays, he coordinates almost everything involving prescription drugs for the Disciples. He makes sure the plants are hidden, establishes new ones, checks quality and quantity, puts down small fights, and most importantly strike deals with other gangs.

Other:

Decent with his gun, from a bit of practice, but mostly experience in small firefights.

He travels a lot around the eastern nation. Growing up in the south is the reason for his dress.

He doesn't travel along the Eastern Nation seeing as all of that is sealed off, other than that, it's fine.

Also, you mention that he deals with prescription drugs, meaning that they're legal. Death's Disciples aren't a legal pharmaceutical company, so I'm not sure if that's an error or if you've got some sort of other plan behind that. Let me know what you mean by that and you should be all good :)

"On the West side, California etc., are the Rich. Over there, no crime, no disease, and all the stuff you can dream of. Over there, technology has taken leaps and bounds, holographic sights and super computers the size of a note book. Then, there is the East side, Louisiana Florida New York. There, crime rules." - Maybe. I'm confused by the geography. But either way that is fine.

Though they are prescription drugs, I mean more the classification of the type of drug. So drugs such as codeine and Xanax are both normally prescribed medications, but are being made and sold outside of medical uses.

Wait. You're not confused. I was, you're right. I'm sorry D: We're all stuck to the East side, my mistake.

You're accepted by me as well. Hop in however you feel :)

Name: Kevin "Elephant" Moore

Gender: Male

Age: 26

Appearance: Measuring at 6'5" and weighing 220 lbs., Kevin is a large man with a wide chest and a rough face. The stubs of a shaved goatee cover the area around his mouth and his dark brown hair is short and messy. He has a few scars along his arms, with some more on his torso from cuts and gunshots. His eyes are as brown as his hair. His ethnicity is English, and his skin is fairly white, although partially tanned.

Affiliation: The Devil's Arms

Reason for joining: Money, mostly.

Personality: While Kevin can be angry and serious a lot of times, he has a sense of humor whenever the time comes that he can relax. He personally keeps himself distanced from drug usage, although he doesn't let it affect his business. He's not one to kill women or children unless in an extreme situation, but he'll definitely kill men if the time calls for it.

Bio: Kevin Moore hails from the southeastern part of the U.S., growing up in rural towns and learning more practical skills rather than advanced information, although he is still intelligent regardless. He became mixed up in crime due to the conditions around him, pushing him to seek wealth in an illegal fashion rather than lawful. He doesn't have any kin around to speak of, but he will still treat kith with respect.

Other: Kevin's nickname, "Elephant", comes from the balaclava he wears when doing bank robberies and other crimes, coupled with his physical size and strength. It is a simple grey balaclava with the design of an elephant's tusks and trunk on the front face of it. He generally keeps either a .45 or 9mm handgun with him at all times, depending on what he has at the moment. He also keeps an EDC pocket knife with him and a small flashlight on his keychain.

Oh, and I've realized that Trollinski seems to have some problems when it comes to receiving notifications? I've noticed him speak of it as I've been reading through the RP to know what's going on. In case it's still happening, then @DrTrollinski

Name: Octavius “Otto” Carvalletti

Gender: Male

Age: 46

Appearance: pic

Affiliation: The Dicciano Family

Reason for joining: His father and grandfather were in the Family, so he joined to keep the tradition and power going.

Personality: Otto is…quite the character. Very charismatic and clever, but not much care or concern for others. Anything he does is more for personal gain than anything else. And if the payout is high enough he’s more than willing to do anything for it.

Bio: Otto left the states several years ago to escape a debt he had racked up with Amari. But, little did they know, Otto didn’t think that any of it was his own doing. Instead he thinks that it was all Amari and his gang’s fault for said debt he allied himself with the remaining member of The Dicciano family back in Venice in hopes of getting back at them for it.
