Distinguishing Characteristics:
Carmichael is fairly gruff looking, but incredibly kind hearted. He's a been called a cynic, but prefers the term realist and would rather you didn't try labeling him as anything else. Back in the day he was a farmer, but after the death of his first child he devoted himself to religious practice. Now Carmichael treats the people of Lagna as his children and is always there to help the good folk through hard times. His shoulder is as much your's to cry on as it is his wife's and wants to make sure that is known. He's just a simple and kind old man who wants the best for his people.

Name: Manfred Goldbrick
Age: 32
Profession: Craftsmen Leader. Holds a seat on the council in Lagna.
Distinguishing Characteristics: Strong, tall and handsome, Manfred is on of the more popular members of the council. His charming and happy go lucky disposition are almost always a grantee and it's certain to put a smile on others faces. On his body are a few scattered scars and burns which he wears proudly as they are badges of honor, gained from his labors. Manfred is somewhat of a workaholic, but does enjoy spending nights at the local pub on occasion. And being quite the looker, he does engage in some flirtatious behavior. However, Manfred rarely pursues the people he flirts with. His standards are rather high after all.

Name: Derek Licture
Age: 43
Profession: Militia Leader. Holds a seat on the council in Lagna.
Distinguishing Characteristics: Derek Licture is a fairly coarse man with a fairly coarse attitude. Bother him with petty tasks and he'll most likely reply with a heavy sigh or a death glare. He's not necessarily mean, but sour and easily annoyed. On his face he adorns a scar received from a particularly nasty Jager, something he prides in hunting. Derek has a particular disdain for the church of Satu and would much rather settle things with force than with words.

Name: Thomas Cornswell
Age: 39 but looks 20-something
Profession: Agricultural Leader. Holds a seat on the council in Lagna.
Distinguishing Characteristics: A strongly built man with a soft face, Thomas is pleasant to look at. He seems to be amused by everything, and laughs at even the blandest of jokes. He's a good friend to have around, and is someone that will have your back. Although Thomas's work ethic is a roller coaster usually starting of with a lazy drop before hitting productive spikes. He's good with animals, and likes to spend time with his cattle, often starting and finishing conversations with them. It might seem that he's crazy, but he's just really lonely and likes to talk. Tending a farm can get rather lonesome but it's rewarding work and the land has been in his family for generations. It would be a shame to get rid of it.

Name: Darla Sampson
Age: 68
Profession: Lore Keeper. Holds a seat on the council in Lagna.
Distinguishing Characteristics: A very intelligent woman, Darla is Lagna's famed Lore Keeper. She knows just about every tale there is to be told and loves to share. When she was younger she married Carmichael and was with child. But after her son passed Darla fell into depression. Of course, that was a long time ago, and she now is a warm and encouraging person, no longer dull and dreary. She's soft spoken but assertive when she needs to be and will put her neck out when she deems necessary. Often times she is called "mom" or "ma" by the residents of Lagna because of her loving and nurturing attitude towards the village folk. But, rarely will you see her on the streets. She is almost always contempt in her room, pondering over ancient lore and historical documents. Her studious tendencies tend to keep her in her chambers, burred in parchment like a book worm.
