It was the year 2789. Everything had been destroyed. Only the lucky ones were able to survive. In a small town in what used to be known as Tacoma, was a girl named Deserae. Since she was 9, she learned to strive on her own.

Deserae was awoken by the sound of ruffling leaves. She slowly opened her eyes and noticed it was still dark. Her heart was racing as the sound got closer and closer. She stood up from her makeshift bed, grabbing the closest weapon to her. "Who's there?" She asked sternly.
