[Dark Sanctuary]

Mystovia, a land that did not exist physically. There were records of it that claimed it to be a spiritual realm that was connected to earth long ago, but none have ever entered. This is a lost record of a person on earth who claimed to have been there.

You do not know where you are. All you can feel is that you are floating. All you can see is a dark void. A voice echoes in your head, a single question that you know is about your own existence.


'Who are you?'


As that question is asked, you knew the answer yourself. It was your own existence after all. A teenage girl. Then, you feel everything fading away around you.

You wake up in your bed covered in sweat, a slight throbbing resounding in your head. You can't quite recall what you dreamt about during the night. Pulling apart the curtains by your bed, bright light filters in, blinding you momentarily as you shield your eyes. After you get accustomed to the brightness outside, you gaze out the window.

The sight of the ocean waves splashing against the sandy beach and recording is calming to your eyes. As you open the windows, the sea breeze blows in, a slightly salty taste in the air, but not too strong either. This was your favourite spot, and the place you decided as your home. In the distance, you could make out the faint outline of the seaport Shantereo. You remembered that you have some business there later, but what exactly was it? While going about your daily morning routine, you ponder on it.
