Fenric is a giant of a man, true to his heritage, although nowhere near comparable to the average giant. Mind you, as he has gotten older he has gotten to slowly fit the bill. He has mainly used his height and frame to his advantage although never truly pushing the limits of his body as he probably could. Nonetheless with his broad shoulders, barrel chest, and thick frame nobody on any of the athletics teams seemed to mind in high school. He could also stand to tone up and maybe slim down a bit to look more so the viking at 7' tall and 220 lbs.

He has always preferred to wear his long, looking a lot like the late Peter Steele with his hair, although a rich honey-blonde, much like his parents..much to his surprise. In addition, slightly to his irritation once he realize it, he sports a mustache and goatee like his father.

He is prone to wearing simple clothing like jeans and a shirt, usually sporting a wolf theme somewhere. It has become a bit of a game for him and friends as he doesn't always make it obvious, often having assorted scenes, different languages, and symbolism that always connects to wolves. He tends to wear boots in every outfit, no matter the attire, usually black, and somehow makes it work every time and still look good. And very rarely is he seen without a pair of wrap around shades, usually giving him a somewhat predatory and bad-boy look. When off, albeit rarely, his eyes are revealed to be a rich ice-blue that women have lost themselves within and men have had to swallow their fear down from seeing.

Childhood:

Fenric was born an orphan as far as he knows for the orphanage in Wayland MI found him on their doorstep in the dead of winter during a great blizzard, with only a note upon his chest. It simply said that his name was Fenric and he belonged in a large family. Mrs. Collins hardly knew what to think of finding a child out in the middle of a raging blizzard, but she hardly wasted no time in getting them inside, as she could hear a chorus of wolves howling in the forests nearby rather ominously.

Fenric spent very few years at the orphanage, in fact only two, but in that short time he had learned to crawl, eventually walk, as well as how to "take care of his business" well before most kids were figuring out it was even important. He was smart, cute, and very alert even in those days. And such traits were part of what got him adopted so early by the Frosts, a mixed heritage couple with Mr. Frost being English and Mrs. Frost being German. Both had moved to Colorado a few years back after they married having decided they liked the area during one of their vacations together.

Fenric was nearly never seen without a group of friends, a pack is usually what his mom called it with the way they roamed. Maybe it was his fascination with the story that was told of his first night at the orphanage of the winter and the wolves, but it seemed the boy was endlessly fascinated with the cold and wolves from that day on and likened much of what he did to such things more often than not.

He had learned to read, write, and speak English (with a proper accent I'll have you know as his father would say), German (with the accent readily apparent when he got angry, much like his mother), as well as Swedish due to the surrounding community near Detroit, as well as the many stories of the Norse legends he readily took to. Something his mother blames his middle school teacher Ms. Angrabrodia for, regaling him with ancient stories from her homeland. And being such an impressionable youth, and the fact that he "secretly" had a crush on his teacher might've helped, he ate it all up.

It was the trickery, deception, and very "to-the-point" attitude that he seemed to hone in on when it came to the traits he valued and related to so much. Needless to say this got him into as much trouble as it got him out of. And he was usually the one with the quick wit, the smart mouth, the right trick, and ready to wrestle if all else failed.

In high school many of his traits came through even more so, with others showing themselves more so than they did before. The boy became a bit of a "giant" where others were concerned. As by the beginning of high school he was already 6' tall and still growing. And on top of that he showed broad shoulders, a barrel chest, and an overall thick frame. The wrestling team claimed him for parts of the year, when the football team wasn't, or when he wasn't preoccupied with the many other things he did like chess, drama, swimming, or spending time with the boy scouts. The latter not as much as he would've liked at times with his talk of gods, adventures, great battles, proving one's worth, and so on around many traditional Christians.

Upon graduation at age 16, as he had excelled past many others, he was met by a wiry man with an ever-present smirk and a woman with curves that turned every head in the school...much to the chagrin of assorted wives and girlfriends. They introduced themselves as his parents, and given such information he passed this to his foster parents and they told him to go spend some time with the adults maybe he could learn why they were here.

And what he heard floored him, leaving him caught between great disbelief and a faint shimmer of childlike wonder and hope. He was the god Loki and she was the giantess Angrboda, which being the smart one he was Fenric he made a mental leap between his middle school teacher's name being very similar and how the giantess in the stories was a shapeshifter. Both parents looked pleased, although Fenric couldn't help but notice the way his father looked him over as if sizing him up for his worth, whereas his mother looked pleased and perhaps a bit hopeful.

It wasn't long before Fenric realized that they were deep in the local forest and a pack of wolves trailed them leaving Fenric both in awe and a bit scared. Loki seeing this rolled his eyes and snuck up behind the boy and snarled behind him as if a wolf attacked. It cared the boy almost enough to piss himself even as he quickly spun and reached to grab for, what he thought, was the fur of the shoulders as if ready to toss the creature. Loki simply smirked and then was gone.

His mother soothed his mind and simply handed him a large, curved blade with a hilt shaped in the traditional Norse way. The blade reminded him of a very large fang and mentioned as such, leaving his mother to smirk as aware of an inside joke. She also handed him a necklace with a skull at the centerpiece as if shaped of ice with two fangs on each side also looking like they were carved of ice. She soon taught him a few tricks and mentioned about other Scions, like he was and where to find them. He was told not to mention much about his heritage, and bound him from being able to speak of his true mother directly. She told him of why she did it of how it might bring harm to him if it was known...although never telling him how h was a bit of a fluke born of such entities as he was and born mortal.

Adulthood:

Fenric moved to England to Gain a further education focused on a double Major of Literature (Norse mythology of course) and History (focused on Europe), with a minor in Psychology. He finished both Bachelor's degrees in 2 years time both to the chagrin of his Professors, most of who had been the brunt of the "Yankee's" jokes, and to the great pleasure of his English relatives. He soon moved to working on his Master's for both degrees and a Bachelor's in his original minor, finishing all up in yet another 2 years. He also had taken a fascination in Mentalists like Daren Brown, assorted stage Magicians and Hypnotists around the world, and has spent plenty of time and money learning all he could from them and about them. He has personally met his idols at least once or twice and has made an impression on every one of them. He had spent a couple of years "sowing his wild oats" as his uncle would call it before settling down a bit.

Now at the age of 24 he lives on his own living off of money put aside for him and invested by his father, which one he s not sure yet, as well as by him. In addition he also earns money as the youngest Professor in the history of the University he attended and occasionally doing shows, lectures, and such in any of his many passions. He is fluent in many more languages due to his vast intellect as well as being noted for his perfect recall of all things he has ever experienced. He is also well known for being able to captivate an audience and is the most well loved, admired, (as well as secretly desired by many students), of all Professors through the University.

The sword in question, known Fenris's Fang, is in fact one of his brothers fangs, albeit a much smaller one. It was forged into a proper sword blade, mainly alloyed with adamantine to give it sharp edges. Loki had it made by using some blackmail information he gathered on a few Dwarves. So it is any wonder the blade is not cursed, much to Fenric's fortune. It allows him to channel Animal and War while also containing the power of the great beast's bite where if an opponent is denied their DV for whatever reason the blade does Aggravated damage instead of Lethal.

The necklace given to him, known as Mother's Grief, allows Fenric to channel the Frost, Illusion, and Death purviews. Fenric has no interest in learning Death, but his mother thinks he might later, and well, if he knows his history, which he does, then he would realize that his sister rules the land of the Dead. So it might be good to make nice someday she said.
