If I had to pick one, it would be John Mulaney. His jokes are funny on their own but his delivery makes everything he says hilarious.

Robin Williams actually started in stand-up! The role of the Genie in Disney’s Aladdin was completely built around his pop culture reference filled stand-up style. The team animated one of Williams’s sets and showed it to him to convince him to take the role
