Each Tarot Card contains distinct type of magecraft depending on the symbolic meaning of said card. The forte of this is that there are many types of cards, allowing for a very versatile casting type, however, the cons are that he has to prepare the cards prior to anything and it takes some time to make one, it is not a nigh-instantenous process.

Personality: Morgan is fairly cold and largely indifferent towards the interests of other people. When his Command Seal started taking form on his shoulder, he was rather excited and increased his training regimen in hopes of starting off more prepared. He takes most matters seriously and is very strategical and tactical when it comes to things, trying to plan his moves ahead and do his best in outsmarting others and achieving his desired goal. He puts large focus on doing what matters most to him.

This does not mean he is evil, as he is still willing to help people out of either altruism or because it will benefit him in some way.
