  Hair: Taking on her usual form, Eunomia tends to have a blonde hair color that she brushes out but leaves unstyled for the most part, however parting with this she will style it to what is "in season" to the Kingdoms and Civilizations she visits.

  Attire: Typically adorning some kind of robe or dress, Eunomia keeps a relatively conservative wardrobe and appearance as she spends a lot of her time among the well-to-do or the ruling classes, having posed as a human Queen before. Though Eunomia more recently (the past 500 years) has opted to done Adventurer's armor and go out and explore all that the world has to offer.
  
  
  True Form Description : Eunomia takes on the appearance of a High Alven female Sorceress as her True Form. Why? She actually just likes the appearance though how she looks matters little, her magic is unrivaled even by other Primordials. She is light, she is good, and she is powerful. Wielding a staff containing the Resonance Gem, Eunomia is able to cast magic that is by far universal in reach if she chooses, however she is more than capable of using magic without the staff. Her armor is imbued with an ancient form of enchantments long since lost to the known universe, making her difficult to harm. While she will prefer to keep rang over her opponent, the staff provides a melee weapon should she be forced into defending herself at close range where magic would leave her vulnerable.

  Favored Humanoid Form Description : Eunomia takes on the appearance of a noble priestess keeping her pale blonde hair, and gentle grey eyes. This appearance allows her to mingle with those she chooses, with little limitations on procedure. While this is her favored human form it is by no means her only. Another form common to Eunomia is that of a blonde haired, green eyed, maiden with fair skin and wearing adventurer's armor with a sword at her hip and a bag slung over her shoulder while she loves to explore Mundus, do quests from the local populace and to just feel needed.
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  
  

  

  
  
  
  Favored Animal Form Description : Eunomia will take on the appearance of a white owl with large violet colored eyes.
• Personality
  
  Good incarnate, the best of the Primordials when dealing with other beings. Unlike Ophion, Eunomia will go out of her way to assist another being, as that is what her definition of being "good" is. The voice of emotion, Eunomia typically has recommended some sort of intervention in the Universe rather than the hands off approach the other Primordials have wished to take, but she does not dare act alone. Compassion rules her life, loving to walk among the Mortal races, Eunomia is by far the most social of the Primordial Beings who rule eternal. At one point nearly a thousand years ago Eunomia grew tired of living away from others and actually came to reincarnate herself into the infant daughter of one of he Kings of Mundus, she would go on to rule their nation as her own for nearly four centuries before "dying" at a ripe old age. It was one of her more favorite times in the lonely life she has had to endure. Now Eunomia keeps a castle high in the mountains on Mundus where she spends the ultimate majority of her time resting, talking to mortals and masking her presence from any of the Gods.

I feel like the misc doesn't say enough about her. The good character still needs flaws so maybe breaking down the personality into specific personality traits might help detail who she is what makes her tick.
