Standing at 5'6 with a slightly muscular build gotten from all the repairing and work she has done, Erin tends to tower over most girls (except those pageant girls of course, they're as tall as skyscrapers). She sports an undercut, a haircut which she got after begging her mom for a couple of years. She has dark brown eyes, and she tries to keep a calm and cool look, but always ends up having a grin on her face.

In the eyes of a stranger, Erin may be a bit cold because of the way she seems to be uncaring to people she doesn't know. But in her perspective, she's just minding her own business by not meddling with other people's lives, unless they say otherwise. She's actually a very keen observer. Her confidence comes from years of developing her skills and talents. But don't be unnerved by her though. She's friendly when you get to know her and is just a huge dork deep inside. She makes cheesy poems and pick up lines when she's not playing video games or reading books in the Fantasy genre. She's very optimistic and sometimes, sarcastically pessimistic. She isn't afraid to get her hands dirty and likes working with machines or anything related to technology.

Born on the 24th of August, Erin grew up without a father. Her mother says he died in an accident, but honestly, she wasn't all that affected. Her single parent works hard and is practically her father too. She lived with her mother and her grandparents for 5 years until her little brother arrived. They decided to move into a house of their own with their longtime family maid. As for Erin's schooling... well, to put it simply, she was a troublemaker. She once cut off her classmate's ponytail when she was in nursery. When she got to 1st grade, she stole two books from the library. And she got away with picking on the other kids because her older cousin in high school scared them. But no matter how notorious she may be, she had skipped a level in kindergarten because she was "a fast learner", in the words of her teacher.
She was enrolled into another school when she moved. Her old behavior hadn't worn off yet. And without her cousin there for her, the older, bigger boys in her class stayed away from her and called her names behind her back. She quickly learned to hide her emotions and act as if their words didn't affect her. When she reached 5th grade, she received her first laptop. There, her gamer life started. Starting with Minecraft, she developed her skill in gaming. Though she wasn't good in the sports the other boys were interested in, she could at least say she was good in something, no matter how ridiculous it sounded. Because of that, she met three boys who became her first real friends in school. Their friendship stemmed from their similar interests. They became inseparable ever since.
The bullying stopped in high school. There, she matured, along with her classmates. She loved it when they had to attend Computer class, when they had projects that had something to do with editing. When it came to extra-curricular matters, she joined the Journalism club. She wrote for the school newspaper for 2 years and on the 3rd, she became the Editor-in-Chief.

They met each other in a match of League of Legends. A lot of trash-talking later, they struck up a conversation and ended up being friends. After a while, they exchanged numbers and found out they lived in the same town. They met up and immediately hit it off. (Summary by Bowa.) Sapphire and Erin encountered each other in an online forum. They've been chatting with each other through private messaging for a year now.

The two met when Nejilika went forth and casually said that she loved Erin's Harley. Delighted to meet a fellow bike lover, Erin continued the conversation, and she eventually found out that both of them played League of Legends. Erin coaches Nejilika in LoL whenever she gets the chance.

One day at Erin's workplace, an enraged customer began shouting and insulting her due to her "not doing her job." Raziel, who was having his car fixed in the same mechanic shop, stepped in and called the customer out on their bad behavior. After that incident, whenever Ray stop by the shop for supplies or to have his car worked on, he and Erin spend the time making inside jokes about the incident and pretty much joking around and talking to each other.
