Background: Eric has always been a curious child, he would always like to try and explore and learn new things, which caused a lot of stress on the orphanage caretakers. Thats right, Eric was an orphan, and one that drove the Old married couple that ran the orphanage crazy with him always trying to wander off on his own. He would always try to run off into the forest that the orphanage sat by, so the caretakers would always have to keep an eye on him more than the other kids. Once he grew up a bit he had picked up the habit of playing tricks on everyone at the orphanage, whether it be another kid or a caretaker he would love to mess with them, although him messing with everyone also distanced him a bit from the other kids a bit because it bothered them, this was a bitter time in Eric's life because he had watched so many other children in his orphanage get adopted and he felt like they were abandoning him, so when the other kids started to be bothered by his pranks Eric didn't understand why, he just thought he was having fun, he wasnt hurting anybody after all. The caretakers had stopped watching him as closely anymore because he would no longer try to run off into the forest anymore, or so it seemed. one day Eric and another one of the other children decided to sneak into the forest at night, but when the other child got injured while trying to climb one of the large trees while Eric shaked it trying to mess with him, Eric had to carry him back and explain what had happened. Ever since then Eric would always make sure no one else would try and go into the forest in fear of anyone else being injured or worse, this event in the forest seriously disturbed him, he never really realized how one bad mistake could get someone else seriously hurt, so he started actually thinking about how his actions would effect other people, he even stopped messing with the other kids, now realizing that he was kinda being a jerk. once he was 16 years old the old couple actually adopted him since he was the oldest child there now and Eric didnt show any signs of being adopted, Eric didnt mind this at all, since he thought of everyone at the orphanage his family he was glad he got to stay, (Not to mention he now has a last name) which is why he asked his new parents (he still feels a little weird thinking of them as parents,) if he could work as a caretaker in his free time after school. They didnt see why that would be a problem, since the kids loved him and his goofy smart ass personality and it seemed like the other caretakers had warmed up to him as well now that he wasn't making things hard on them. Him and the other orphans would get bullied a lot at school and one day Eric decided to step up to them, and ended up getting beat up, but Eric had watched how he fought, and now he was trying to learn, so he wont hesitate to stand up to them again. Only time will tell if hes able to pull it off though

Personality: Eric is your typical smart-ass, He seems like he doesn't take much seriously, he acts dumb but hes actually a surprisingly focused and intelligent person (he shows that side of himself very rarely) He also tends to enjoy trying to imitate others, whether it be an attack, or just an ordinary talent like singing, Eric feels like the fastest way to pick up on something is to watch and learn. He's also values friendship a lot considering most of his friends he considers his family, if you get close enough to him that considers you family then he'll protect you with his life. Eric doesn't really like people to know what hes thinking or feeling, usually hiding it behind a mask of sarcasm. It makes him uncomfortable for people to have seen him when he gets really angry and explodes, when he breaks down and cries, and stuff like that. If you see him at his worst he wont know how to deal with the situation (Because no ones ever seen him at his worst yet) Although he might not Be constantly pranking everyone 24/7 anymore, he occasionally will pull a harmless one, or tease someone a little bit, but if it bothers them then he'll apologize for it and wont do it again until he feels like he's close enough to them to try.
