When Raygen was 5, he lost both of his parents in a car accident. He was with them at the time. He had extensive injuries including lacerations, broken bones, but the one that affected him the most, was the loss of his hearing. If Raygen concentrates hard enough, he can use Light Bindings' to create swords of light. But most of the time he can only manage to make small throwing knives as it drains a lot of energy from him.

Well, Raygen's quirks developed early compared to most which would normally develop around 5 to 7 years of age which, caused them to be useless to him. There was one officer in particular who grew attached to Raygen. |Aspirations: Raygen doesn't have many aspirations, mostly he's just attending U.A. to better himself as a person, and if he can help others by the end of it, that's a bonus for him. When Raygen agreed to live with the officer, he found it hard to stop himself from getting bored at the house he now called home. The officer finally suggested to Raygen that he applied at high schools in the area who ran hero courses. And that's how he ended up at U.A. General Personality:
Kaede is very accepting of people, they don't like to judge people before they speak to them and can pass an educated judgment. They relate to people and can often put themself in others shoes with out much problem. They tend to be a mediator in arguments. Kaede is a very creative and expressive person. They like to look for new ways of handling a situation and thinking outside the box. Since Kaede can see multiple sides to a story, they often opts out of voicing an opinion, not wanting anyone to feel ostracized. They may have strong opinions, but may not voice them so not to upset anyone else they often ignore their own problems, choosing to help other people instead. Since they know how to handle other people, handling themself is an issue they would rather ignore. This leads them to bottling up their emotions for long periods of time. While they accept and respect other peoples opinions, Kaede has a hard time changing their stance on certain issues. This feeds into their repressed emotions as well, since they will ultimately go along with everyone else and ignore their own discomfort/annoyance.

Quirk(s): shapeshift/chameleon- that can alter their appearance to mimic any other person or to blend in to their environment.

Weaknesses: While altering their form to look like someone else, they only gain about half of the strength that they would have if they were the person. When blending into the environment, they can only do so for about an hour before shifting back as it puts a lot of strain on their body. They also don't completely blend in with the environment. If you look closely you can always see a faint outline of their form.

History: Kaede’s parents were never pro heros. Instead, their father was an investigator, using his shapeshifting quirk to gather information. However, this lead to him being killed one day when Kaede was 8. Devastated, their mother moved to a new town and begged Kaede to not become a hero. However, since they idolized their father, nothing could sway them to change their path. This caused a rift between mother and child, which led to Kaede being kicked out of their house when they stopped returning to their natural form and came out as nonbinary. Since then, Kaede has lived on their own. They went through high school by themself, paying their way by taking odd jobs. They were accepted into a hero agency once they graduated.

Aspirations: To make their father proud.

  Hailing from Russia, she appears to have a stern and overbearing demeanor due to her tall stature and appearance. However, she is far from stern and in fact is quite childish when it comes to meeting new people and going to new places. She is often described as carefree and energetic, doing as she pleases while also attempting to respect those around her although she ends up making people uncomfortable anyway. She is somewhat of a trouble maker since her wild antic and curiosity often puts her in terrible predicaments. Personal space is a foreign concept in her mind as she is the embodiment of "do first and think later". A wild card, she does have some common sense and tries to restrain herself if the situation calls for it. Loves joking around and playing with children, despite her wicked sense of humor. She's not easily angered but when she is, there's hell to pay.
• Herstory
  
  Born and raised in a small village in the southeast of Russia, Ilya lived with her parents and four siblings, being the 3rd child of the bunch. Her life wasn't anything special. Her family worked as farmers and harvested vegetables to sell within the village during the warm months while relying on fur trapping and selling pelts during the long winter. Due to the recluse nature of her village, they didn't use much technology outside of a small phone which sometime got connection and often time didn't due to strong winds and lack of phone towers. Being a simple and energetic girl, she played with the children in her village, helped with farming and hunting, listened to the elder's story, and continued like this until the age of eleven. The harvest season was terrible, crops all around the village died due to an unknown disease. Nothing could be sold, and whatever was grown and edible was kept for the families that grew them. This caused a food shortage within the village. Winter did nothing to help as hunting became nearly impossible within the abnormally frequent blizzards that plagued them. Things began falling apart, the villagers fighting over food rations, stealing pelts, while the children grew sick due to the abhorred weather.
  
  Ilya's oldest brother, Nikita, had left the village a few years ago to attend school in America. He'd occasionally visit, bringing with him gifts for her and her siblings as well as money for their parents. Upon returning home, and seeing the current condition of the village, he persuaded his family to move with him to America which all but their father agreed to. His life was too ingrained with the town's and decided he'd stay there and do what he could to help out. With that, Ilya and her family moved with her brother to America where she was first exposed to the concept of heroes. She found the people dressed in tights and fluttery suits to be silly at first, but after watching them perform wondrous feats and awed by their bravery, she couldn't help but idolize the men and women who appeared on the screen. She lived the remainder of her young life in America, became educated in heroism and the English language. During her stay, she did go back with her brother to see how her father was holding up from time to time only to see how ragged he had become in his attempt to return the village back to it's original state. Seeing him tired and nothing but bones, Ilya knew that if she couldn't convince him to come with them then she at least wanted to help him in his endeavors. Thus, she decided to become a great hero not only because she thought them to be cool but to hopefully bring in money so that she could help rebuild her home along with her father. Ilya studied incredibly hard to get into UA and luckily got accepted. Now, she lives with a host family who're helping her learn the Japanese language and culture.
• Quirk- Moth

  A mutant quirk, Ilya can do anything a moth can do. She is capable of flying with the wings protruding from her back. She has heightened vision as well as being fully capable of seeing in the dark. Along with her vision, she has an extraordinary sense of smell which is both a blessing and a curse. This allows her to smell over long distances, approximately a mile out, but it also leaves her vulnerable to foul smells. Her wings constantly release small scales that could pose dangerous if too much is inhaled due to their powdery nature. She is capable of producing silk from her mouth of varying strength depending on her health. These work as rope or slight deterrents if need be. Lastly, she is capable of climbing on walls by producing a sticky substance from the tips of her fingers.
  
  
  Weaknesses

  - Has an odd attraction to bright lights, especially in the dark. This causes her to lose focus on missions. Can be dimmed by wearing shades to dull the light source but can still cause disruption.
  - Due to having the physiology of a moth, she does not like getting wet as it disrupts her ability to fly.
  - Cannot handle strong smells.
  - Creating silk causes massive strain on her body and so cannot be produced often without causing nausea and vomiting. Using too much can potentially leave her malnourished and cause her to faint. She must consume a large quantity of food in order to maintain the ability.
  - Cannot control the scales falling from her body, only the rate in which they fall. Essentially, if she moves her wings scales will fall off involuntarily.

  Hailing from Russia, she appears to have a stern and overbearing demeanor due to her tall stature and appearance. However, she is far from stern and in fact is quite childish when it comes to meeting new people and going to new places. She is often described as carefree and energetic, doing as she pleases while also attempting to respect those around her although she ends up making people uncomfortable anyway. She is somewhat of a trouble maker since her wild antic and curiosity often puts her in terrible predicaments. Personal space is a foreign concept in her mind as she is the embodiment of "do first and think later". A wild card, she does have some common sense and tries to restrain herself if the situation calls for it. Loves joking around and playing with children, despite her wicked sense of humor. She's not easily angered but when she is, there's hell to pay.
• Herstory
  
  Born and raised in a small village in the southeast of Russia, Ilya lived with her parents and four siblings, being the 3rd child of the bunch. Her life wasn't anything special. Her family worked as farmers and harvested vegetables to sell within the village during the warm months while relying on fur trapping and selling pelts during the long winter. Due to the recluse nature of her village, they didn't use much technology outside of a small phone which sometime got connection and often time didn't due to strong winds and lack of phone towers. Being a simple and energetic girl, she played with the children in her village, helped with farming and hunting, listened to the elder's story, and continued like this until the age of eleven. The harvest season was terrible, crops all around the village died due to an unknown disease. Nothing could be sold, and whatever was grown and edible was kept for the families that grew them. This caused a food shortage within the village. Winter did nothing to help as hunting became nearly impossible within the abnormally frequent blizzards that plagued them. Things began falling apart, the villagers fighting over food rations, stealing pelts, while the children grew sick due to the abhorred weather.
  
  Ilya's oldest brother, Nikita, had left the village a few years ago to attend school in America. He'd occasionally visit, bringing with him gifts for her and her siblings as well as money for their parents. Upon returning home, and seeing the current condition of the village, he persuaded his family to move with him to America which all but their father agreed to. His life was too ingrained with the town's and decided he'd stay there and do what he could to help out. With that, Ilya and her family moved with her brother to America where she was first exposed to the concept of heroes. She found the people dressed in tights and fluttery suits to be silly at first, but after watching them perform wondrous feats and awed by their bravery, she couldn't help but idolize the men and women who appeared on the screen. She lived the remainder of her young life in America, became educated in heroism and the English language. During her stay, she did go back with her brother to see how her father was holding up from time to time only to see how ragged he had become in his attempt to return the village back to it's original state. Seeing him tired and nothing but bones, Ilya knew that if she couldn't convince him to come with them then she at least wanted to help him in his endeavors. Thus, she decided to become a great hero not only because she thought them to be cool but to hopefully bring in money so that she could help rebuild her home along with her father. Ilya studied incredibly hard to get into UA and luckily got accepted. Now, she lives with a host family who're helping her learn the Japanese language and culture.
• Quirk- Moth

  A mutant quirk, Ilya can do anything a moth can do. She is capable of flying with the wings protruding from her back. She has heightened vision as well as being fully capable of seeing in the dark. Along with her vision, she has an extraordinary sense of smell which is both a blessing and a curse. This allows her to smell over long distances, approximately a mile out, but it also leaves her vulnerable to foul smells. Her wings constantly release small scales that could pose dangerous if too much is inhaled due to their powdery nature. She is capable of producing silk from her mouth of varying strength depending on her health. These work as rope or slight deterrents if need be. Lastly, she is capable of climbing on walls by producing a sticky substance from the tips of her fingers.
  
  
  Weaknesses

  - Has an odd attraction to bright lights, especially in the dark. This causes her to lose focus on missions. Can be dimmed by wearing shades to dull the light source but can still cause disruption.
  - Due to having the physiology of a moth, she does not like getting wet as it disrupts her ability to fly.
  - Cannot handle strong smells.
  - Creating silk causes massive strain on her body and so cannot be produced often without causing nausea and vomiting. Using too much can potentially leave her malnourished and cause her to faint. She must consume a large quantity of food in order to maintain the ability.
  - Cannot control the scales falling from her body, only the rate in which they fall. Essentially, if she moves her wings scales will fall off involuntarily.
  
  
  Aspirations

  Would like to be a hero to send money to help her father rebuild her hometown. She also think they're cool.

General Personality:
Kaede is very accepting of people, they don't like to judge people before they speak to them and can pass an educated judgment. They relate to people and can often put themself in others shoes with out much problem. They tend to be a mediator in arguments. Kaede is a very creative and expressive person. They like to look for new ways of handling a situation and thinking outside the box. Since Kaede can see multiple sides to a story, they often opts out of voicing an opinion, not wanting anyone to feel ostracized. They may have strong opinions, but may not voice them so not to upset anyone else they often ignore their own problems, choosing to help other people instead. Since they know how to handle other people, handling themself is an issue they would rather ignore. This leads them to bottling up their emotions for long periods of time. While they accept and respect other peoples opinions, Kaede has a hard time changing their stance on certain issues. This feeds into their repressed emotions as well, since they will ultimately go along with everyone else and ignore their own discomfort/annoyance.

Quirk(s): shapeshift/chameleon- that can alter their appearance to mimic any other person or to blend in to their environment.

Weaknesses: While altering their form to look like someone else, they only gain about half of the strength that they would have if they were the person. When blending into the environment, they can only do so for about an hour before shifting back as it puts a lot of strain on their body. They also don't completely blend in with the environment. If you look closely you can always see a faint outline of their form.

History: Kaede’s parents were never pro heros. Instead, their father was an investigator, using his shapeshifting quirk to gather information. However, this lead to him being killed one day when Kaede was 8. Devastated, their mother moved to a new town and begged Kaede to not become a hero. However, since they idolized their father, nothing could sway them to change their path. This caused a rift between mother and child, which led to Kaede being kicked out of their house when they stopped returning to their natural form and came out as nonbinary. Since then, Kaede has lived on their own. They went through high school by themself, paying their way by taking odd jobs. They were accepted into a hero agency once they graduated.

  Hair:To keep it out of the way her light blue hair is normally cut into a short blue bob. Oftentimes it's a mess and it's unclear whether or not that was her intention.
  Eyes: Her almond shaped eyes are a light grey.
  Height & Weight: Sitting at 125 lbs & 5'3 she's perfectly average that way. Her body shape is almost an hour glass with a little more weight on the bottom than the top.
  Sexuality: Bi, with a slight preference towards other women.
  Fashion: When not doing hero work she tends to wear expensive designer clothing meant to accentuate her best assets. Normally those consist of high waisted pants and short tops or form fitting dresses.

  Kazene Ito is known to the world as a flirtatious, relaxed, young hero. With this in mind, she's not exactly known for hero work or handling serious matters the best. In a way she's just been doing her best to keep in the spotlight. If you get past this mask she puts up however you'll make a very loyal friend who will send you things 'just because'. Dig a little deeper and you'll find some self-conciousness, as most people have. Hers is centered not around her body image but around the reputation she's starting to develop. Despite knowing what she was doing when she set it up, it eats at her insides every now and then. Choosing to be seen as a bit of a ditz was actually a very calculated move on her part and she refuses to see her plan fall apart. In that way she's horribly stubborn, and trying to get her to change her mind is near impossible. Her opinion of others varies. If she can, she likes to research people ahead of time so she can figure out her approach. In instances where there's no time for it she'll wing it with her usual facade, but that can rub people the wrong way and has prevented her from making friends in the past. The time you're most likely to meet the 'real' Kazene Ito is just before she falls asleep or just when she wakes up. Sleepy, she's unguarded and soft-spoken and willing to admit that she just wants the best for everyone. It's possible to irritate her at this time though, and that's probably a thing to fear. Like her hero career, she puts a lot of thought into revenge. Even if it's just a small thing like salt in your coffee.

  Born the only child to a pair of hero's, she had a bit of a repuation to live up too. Especially since the Ito name was already known before they took up hero work. Her fathers family owned a television company and produced some of the most popular reality TV shows that were going on at the time. One of them even featured the hero couple in their domestic life and ran for a few seasons back when she was still in elementary school. It ended when tragedy struck through. Her parents, both heroes who messed with matter, died in a tragic incident involving a gang that had gotten too big for their britches. They'd managed to thin the forces incredibly with their sacrifice so it wasn't like they were leaving in a horrible way, but it was much too soon for the young girl.
  
  The large home they had became empty, and with it, so did a piece of their daughter. Much too young to live on her own one of their old assistants took up caring for the girl, although there focus was much more on managing the estate. It left Kazene a lot of time by herself. Sad with the loss she looked for other ways to keep busy; other ways to get attention. When she hit junior high she was briefly quite the rebel, but that was cleared up when her caretaker told her about reputations. She'd always had a bit of a view on how people saw her, but it only specifically became her problem when she got into hero courses.
  
  As a second generation hero the expectations were rather high for her and she ended up tripping into her current identity. During the televised sports festival (that her own company was broadcasting, no less) someone picked up on some chatter she had with her girlfriend at the time. Just cute nothings and luck wishings, but when she threw the match against her they used it to paint her in a certain light. From then on, she just kinda went with it.
  
  Since she's been out of school for awhile she's let her old caretaker keep running the estate. All she asks is access to the funds her parents put away, and that occasionally they do 'where are they now?' specials specifically about her. With the media at least a little on her side, she's pretty content.

  Portal
  Using her memory Kazene can create a portal to places she's spent an extended amount of time at. The less time she's spent there though, the more energy the portal will take to maintain and the smaller it'll be. The portals can also only be centered at her hands, so sending someone else somewhere is a little harder than just jumping through one herself. In combat she occasionally uses them to drop onto her enemies, for the element of surprise, although it will tired her out
  
  Costume: Her costume has gone through a couple changes since her youth and this last one has only been used for the past year and a half. It was chosen to go with the persona she uses, and because it's surprisingly easy to move in. The accents are the same colour as her portals.

  Quirk: Doing anything else while holding a portal open is near impossible, so it's kind of a 'go as quickly as possible' situation. If she holds one that's too much for her she'll just pass out until her body replenishes the energy spent.
  
  Personality: Her vanity and concern about public image are the main points to hit. Fame is fickle, after all and all she wants is to keep herself and her last name in the spotlight.
  
  History: Mentioning her parents, while may not have an immediate effect, will hit her hard later. If mentioned how they view her she may burst into tears regardless of location. It's an easy insult.

  More than anything else, she wants to make her parents proud. Making sure their legacy lives on is another concern of course, but she figures the best way to do that is to keep herself known. It's hard to forget something that's always in your face.

Just asking out of curiosity, how much concentration does it take for her to use her quirk? Like say... if she was having to think about too many things at once, or if she was attacked at the same times from different angles, would that make it hard for her to use her quirk? Other than that question, I like her.

I think its not exactly second nature like breathing but closer to the effort it takes to keep your head float when you're swimming. Like, being barraged she may be able to make one to slip through or a small one that exits her other hand but it'd take more out of her and she may pass out. Mostly she's an evacuation hero since she spends most of her civilian life in popular areas.

Kuroh can manipulate space around objects to make them disappear, travel, and appear, using what he calls 'the void'. |Kuroh's Weakness: Because Kuroh's quirk is invasive of the natural laws of the Earth, it takes a lot to all of his concentration for him to summon his voids. If he gets distracted while he is holding an object in the void, it's very likely that he will lose that object forever. That's why he doesn't transport people using his quirk. |Misaki's Quirk: Multiply (A creation quirk) ~ Misaki can create copies of items that he has touched. He can only re-create items that he is touching or has previously held within the last 24 hours. |Misaki's Weakness: Misaki's quirk is a wild-card. Most of the time it works to his advantage, but other times the copies that he creates are quite; sized challenged.. On top of that, he can't create just anything, even if he knows the inner-workings of an item. He needs to have come into contact with the item within the last 24 hours for his quirk to work. So he's trying to convince Kuroh to try and keep a bad of stuff in his 'void' so he has items on hand all the time. I think its not exactly second nature like breathing but closer to the effort it takes to keep your head float when you're swimming. Like, being barraged she may be able to make one to slip through or a small one that exits her other hand but it'd take more out of her and she may pass out. Mostly she's an evacuation hero since she spends most of her civilian life in popular areas.

The only problem was that this sudden enthusiasm was coupled with an unfortunate sudden loss of interest; Tobirama always viewed his interest in these activities as being of a 'vampiric' nature, in the sense that undertaking these activities was a means to sate the sudden surge in interest then to prolong that interest into a hobby or more ideally a passion. Though he bemoans this lack of effort in regards to hobbies, he makes no effort to try and change this aspect of himself. Tobirama takes a similar view to his relationships with people, though on the surface level he may seem jovial, funny even charismatic, he uses it as a front so that his relationships remain static and to keep them from deepening to any significant emotional level. He finds the idea of 'needing' friends somewhat foolish, believing that it is only emotionally needy people that need such comfort and camaraderie to stave off loneliness and their inability to deal with it. 2. Formidable Stamina: Tobirama possesses nearly twice as much stamina as the average human being which benefits him greatly in regards to the combat, tracking, threat detection and movement amongst other things.

Weaknesses: Tobirama tends to act by himself and acts knowing that he is being supported by none so when thrust into team situations, he has little concept of teamwork and may even prove a hazard to those around in those circumstances. He believes that his own skill-set fully suffices for any mission that he may find himself on, denigrating the abilities of others in the process. The husbands grandfather lived with them, and as it so happened, he was once a prominent hero in that area of Japan and was well-known in the community. The older man along with the the couple where the first to notice the boys Quirks activate and along with the education he would have received in school, the boy received training from the grandfather mostly in the physical regard, as the older man had a Quirk that bestowed upon him great strength and saw in young Tobirama a physically-based hero like himself. The man trained all aspects of his enhanced senses, whether it would be through hunting animals by making use of his hearing, sense of smell and increased eye sight or through noticing changes in temperature in the house through his increased thermoception, the grandfather made sure that young Tobirama manifested his Quirk to the best that he possibly could. Now, Tobirama the local high school, undertaking the Hero Course in order to become a hero that instils hope and dispels fear.

Aspirations: To become a hero that instils hope and dispels fear from the lives of the people of Japan.
