- Electromagnetic Pulse: Released Electro magnetic waves. They space out like ripples in water, but through the air, and the further they get apart the stronger each individual ring gets, as they get bigger with distance. It's like a heavy wave of electricity. When compressed or small or close together, you get shocked. But with the distance and the waves getting bigger it feels like a heavy weight of electricity pushing you back and down while shocking you greatly.
- Electromagnetic Field: Magnetic fields that can be used as a shield or weapon depending on the amount of energy Masinori uses.
- Late Bloomer: Can awaken late bloomers abilities and can also take away their powers if needed.
Personality: Masinori is a very honorable person. He sticks to the laws and traditions of Raitoningu. His Empire is his life and his life is his Empire. His people and family come first before himself not just because of who he is, it's more of the fact that he loves his family and Empire. Even with all the love and honor he has, Masinori is very strict when it comes to honor and tradition. The foundation of his Empire must always be taken seriously. With the help of his advisers and the God Okami, Masinori does what is needed to be done. Weather it is to pay respects to those that deserve it to those that must be punished for their crimes.
Behind the Emperor curtain Masinori is a loving and caring father to all of his children. He has two sons and many daughters. He even shows true devotion to his wife.
History/Bio: Masinori grew up with many brother's and sisters. His father had many wives and was considered a great yet harsh ruler. The man was strict with honor and tradition. He was also very unforgiving. He always told his sons that they needed to be strong if they wished to rule Raitoningu. One had to have a heart, but cover it in armor and honor. Masinori looked to the man for some time. Mostly in his younger years. As he got older and chose the path of the Samurai, he started to learn about what the man was hiding.
On the outside his father had a certain personality, but hidden within his personal circle... Masinori found much darker secrets. His father did not only abuse his wives and some of his lesser children... But he abused his kingdom. While in the light Samurais and Assassins were used to show his people good.... He was sending off Ninjas to take care of his dirty work. Masinori even discovered how his father truly became the next Emperor of Raitoningu. He had conspired with some of his uncles to attack other kingdoms and royal families. He learned that this was not the only thing his father or his uncles have done. They thought Masinori would be easy to control so they made him Emperor.
Masinori used this to his advantage and soon was able to out smart his uncles. Labeling them as criminals to the Empire and to the crown... He took away their lightning gifts and then banished them from Raitoningu.
Sometime after that Masinori was able to bring peace to his Kingdom. Since then the Raitoningu Empire has been peaceful and quiet.
