History: 


After the blast of the atomic war the inhabitants of Vault 27 found themselves overcrowded and with not enough sustainability to make it to 20 years. After ten grueling years the roughly 2,000 inhabitants of vault 27 emerged into the hot and humid environment already adapted, living nearly always with at least one other person in the same room as them it was heaven. They had found themselves in between Lake Rosalie, Lake Kissimmee, and Tiger Lake, with Two G.E.C.K.S., given to them because of their overcrowding, they created the city of Trelagos, the green jewel city. They became a beacon of Hope in Southern Florida, those who didn't raid joined, and in time the other vaults would make alliances and soon a trade network. For years it worked as well as one could hope, but the migration of supermutants brought with it a threat. All the raiders and tribes went south and east to avoid the monstrosities

Were they intentionally crowded? Because 1,000 is the standard for Vaults. If you have double that then a Vault wouldn't work, because even at 1,000 hotbunking is required, resources would be strained. Ect. All the systems used to keep 1,000 people healthy, normally the maximum amount of people able to be in a Vault, wouldn't be able to keep up with demand. Especially for ten years.


Why're Supermutants in the area? They're in the Southwest, the Midwest, they're in the Commonwealth and at D.C. But why would any number really be found in Florida and Georgia?

Even supermutants need to migrate South for the Winter.

That doesn't address any of the points I made. If 1,000 is the maximum then 2,000 wouldn't be able to survive within the same exact environment as a standard vault for ten years.


Cannibalism would've had to be resorted to, or an attempted mass culling of the vault population.


Like you don't have double the food or water. You do have double the population. Logically that would mean your vault would fail in a few years if drastic measures weren't taken.

Dude Vaults are stocked for  20-50 years for a normal size, that's why they came out so early

That has citations. And would obviously show if it was recently edited. You claimed recently that vaults had 20-50 years worth of food without any source but your own assumption gleaned from Vault 13.

Wikis are bad sources in general, I need a .org, .gov, or a first hand account.
