Name: Eidolon Ophis

Age: 8 Human YearsRace: Adipscorpulentia (Cotton Fat)

Physical Characteristics: The humanoid creatures have large bellies and enormous legs that look similar to ancient tree trunks. stand at 6'4 feet tall normally, with extreme pear shaped bodies. They have long, pitch black 'hair' that ends in blood red claws. The tentacles that make up their hair are hollow and fuzzy, giving them the texture of well-conditioned hair. The hollow hair has the ability to clamp onto flowers and sip their nectar, or spread open and swallow a small bird with a single gulp. A golden headpiece adorns the skull of the creature has the ability to slide over their face, filtering out intense chemicals and activating an intense bio-luminous reaction within the eyes. The glow appears to be a defense mechanism to intimidate predators. The monsters also appear to have tear lines dripping from their eyes whenever they activate their filters, though it could be suggested to be a symbiosis of bacteria. The soft and plush body of the Adips. has given them a high resistance to damage, and helps support a massive layer of muscle. The most Interesting bit of their biology is their six legs filled with squirming cells. With that many legs, they are capable of transporting goods six times their weight, making them invaluable moving cargo. They have a thick but short gray tail.  Their final unique trait is a gray coating on their body, which absorbs heat and releases their toxic waste.

Height: 7'4 in Monster Form

5'11 in Human Form

Planet Information: The planet the Adipscorpulentia were found on is Lerianta-Visconainas, Or 'Savage Coppice'. The planet is baked by intense amounts of radiation and gravity, yet is full of highly colorful life. The Adipscorpulentia are a prime example of that, living on a planet with a hyper-aggressive 'kill or be killed' mentality. The water on this world is drinkable but highly saturated with poisons. 100% of plants and animals on this world have the ability to filter poisons, but some of the smaller reptiles need to get all their water from plants. The unique trait of Lerianta is that supernatural freaks have been found, though not all as useful as the next. An example is a lamia species that can release beams of radiation that slows down the vibration of iron on the blood, slowing down those without a lot of extra blood. One of the top omnivores on the planet is the Adipscorpulentia, though they prefer being vegetarians. They have the best poison filtration on the planet, allowing them to detoxify any plant they come across. Smaller species can then zoom in to feed, which the Adipscorpulentia protects. They are the vanguard of the next generation, though it tends to get them into brawls with some of the deadliest species.

Personality: Eidolon is a trained warrior, refusing to surrender. She holds a high sense of self, and will actively speak her mind about whatever deems is right to comment on. Due to being a recently brought up species, she doesn't fully understand culture. She speaks at times as if she were disloyal or even against her superiors, but she will accept her orders and execute on them as she best sees fit. She is highly optimistic and laid back, doing her missions as fast as possible so she can just go home at the end of the day. She loves efficiency in strenuous tasks, but is pretty much fine doing anything. She however hates disobeying orders and is scared of being replaced. She wants her own freedom and time off, but she also knows that she could easily be replaced... so she tends to be in a state of perpetual anxiety and panic at a slight level. Her happy smile and slightly dull words just prove that she can handle her own emotions. She isn't a fan of death either way though.

Background: The Adipscorpulentia were enslaved by higher powers. The entire race became infamous for defending their cargo violently and poisoning any foe who dares to march at them. They are rather tranquil, and prefer to just listen to orders. All of these factors made it so that they were a perfect fit. The Adips got fatter and stronger over each generation, increasing their ability to hold resources from twice their weight, all the way up to 6 times. They were brought to lower gravity worlds, where they were even stronger and more valuable for a generation at least. But, one was bred for a life of war. An experiment to utilize their strength for brutal combat and peace keeping. Eidolon Ophis, or in English Snake of Disbelief, was allowed three months to be raised like any other Adips. The child was trained to fight for years, injected with artificial machines and growth hormones. A war was  coming, and it would be the perfect time to test her out. Chemicals within her brain awoken to sentience close to the end of her experiments. Before the proper inhibitors were installed, she had to be sent off. In the journey her intelligence was tested, proven to be close to average for a human. However, the ship was derailed from a pacific island to Japan. The ship released its pod, dropping Eidolon next to her savior from total war, Ophiucus.

Goal: Eidolon was born to fight against the Star Scouts and the Council. She was created to wage war in physical combat, though is determined to even use mental means if necessary. She is loyal to her masters, be it other aliens or Ophiucus. Either way, she won't back down...

Tier: Boss Level / 3

Alien Powers:

Khaos Hair

 • Eidolon's hair has the ability to move freely like a squid. They act like a proboscis, allowing her to drink nectar or blood. Due to its size, and the weight of the hair, she can consume small animals and crush them within her hair. If one of her tendrils are slashed open, a weak poison and strong acid will spray for close to a minute, weakening Eidolon. She can use her hair to impale targets and drink their blood any turn she wants, but can channel it to keep on drinking from a foe. Every post she drinks a targets blood, she gains their stamina

Axolotl Survivability

 • Due to a need for sure survivability for ANYTHING on Eidolon's home planet, her body naturally has a form of controlled 'cancer'. The cells expand constantly and hide within her fat, giving her her monstrous appearance. The cells can quickly repair most damage to Eidolon, and even allow her to regenerate entire organs within a few hours. In battle, her scars seem to just fade away, leading to some foes losing hope of even scratching her... which just makes it all the more easy to rip into them. She can survive for three months without food, a month without water, and a three days without breathing. Eidolon every 3 posts can regenerate a large amount of HP, healing the damage from a 5/5 strength Star Scout. She can survive without her excess limbs, so her disguise is literally after she rips off her own limbs and adjust to Earth's gravity. She can regenerate her monster form every 20 posts. Any time she bleeds, the wound will nearly instantly clog up.

Radiation Cascade

 • Due to the intense radiation of their home world, Eidolon are used to constantly being poisoned.  Due to her being one of the most toxic things on the planet, Eidolon shuts her poison vents. She can't digest food during the duration she has them shut, and bloats a bit. She can hold a week's worth of poison, which she can release in a gas form, or turn into a aqueous solution. In battle she gains a mane of black flame, and massive, gaseous wings. The flame and wings are her poison, which gradually rusts anything near by, and melts flesh. She can unleash a protective bubble every three posts that will horrifically hurt foes in a 2 meter radius (Counts as both physical and elemental damage), every two turns she can unleash radiation bursts from her tentacles like lasers, and every post her hair is poisoned, dealing more damage over time.

Relationship Journal!: (After every round of acceptances I will place code into your profiles for you to fill out. An example of what it will look like is below. Basically this section is like a diary where you get to think about how your character feels about everyone else's. Results should not be influenced by what someone else has put. The "Attraction" scales show the potentiality for your character to develop either a romantic or friendly relationship with the other. Talk to your fellow RPers, plot, build characters, and figure out how your character feels about their peers.)

I do like where this character is going, but there are still a few things we'd like to iron out.

Would it make sense to say that she doesn't know who enslaved her people (because it sounds like she was raised in captivity somewhere), but Ophiucus more or less saved her, adding to her loyalty, and then began training her as a power source?
I think that would be the best workaround to incorporate your lore while working around our own.

However, we're still a bit confused on how she got into the school. How does she have a separate human form from her alien form?

Another thing is about her powers. It will be easier for us if we have some way to quantify them that works with the current system (ie: having turns and actions for limitations). Especially for the second power, we're going to need to know more on how specifically that works. Look around at some of the Star Scout powers for examples on how they limit theirs. But fundamentally it seems like they will all be okay.

And finally I hate to be the bearer of bad news but I think it might still take some time to bring her own into battle. The way I see the RPing flowing is the initial battle against a mystery enemy, then some character interaction, and the next battle will be where we introduce Scout Ophiucus, and then the next battle after that can be Eidolon's intro. Don't know how long that will take...though I think you mentioned you don't mind waiting a bit. If we can make sense of how she could be involved in the school that might help too.

Changes have been made!

1st - She was saved by having her location changed, and is now a friend to Ophiucus and his group

2nd - Now she (rather gruesomely) abuses the fact she has intense durability and the ability to survive without her organs... so she rips off her legs and consumes them to gain the energy to regrow them later or keeps them somewhere (Her room is most likely highly filtered and covered in air-tight steel or something)

3rd - Now has turn limits and rules to her attacks
4th - Could she be a background character or a technical 'civilian' beforehand?
