Original Character:

latest

(Essentially Marvel's Carnage but instead of blackish red, it's blackish green).

Alias: Raptine
Current name: Carter Perkins
Real name: Carter von Doom
Relatives: Victor von Doom (Father) Morgan le Fay (Mother) Caroline le Fay (Older Sister)
Alignment: Neutral (Anti-hero/Anti-villain)
Base of Operations: Apartment in Brooklyn
Occupation: Self employed stock holder, have multiple offers for engineering position since his graduation
Status: Active
Citizenship: American
Martial Status: Single
Place of Birth: Castle le Fay, though officially found in orphanage somewhere in Massachusetts
Species: Human
Age: 19 Height: 6'3" (varies with symboite)
Weight: 215 lbs (varies with symboite)
Eye color: Green
Hair color: Brown

Powers: Same as Carnage (but of course only with the symbiote):

  • Superhuman Strength: Raptine is super humanly strong. He has shown himself to be stronger than Spider-Man and Venom combined and the same as Carnage and Toxin and can lift about 80 tons; this is not his true limit as his strength increases with his size and variable muscle mass. Perkins himself, however has the strength of a regular human being.
  • Superhuman Speed: Raptine can run and move at speeds superior to those of any normal human being, but only with the symbiote on.
  • Superhuman Stamina: Perkin's musculature generates considerably less fatigue toxins during physical activity than the musculature of an ordinary human. He can physically exert himself at peak capacity for about 24 hours before the build up of fatigue toxins in his bloodstream begins to impair his function.
  • Superhuman Agility: Raptine's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the finest human athlete. Perkins, without the suit, is just slightly higher agility than the average human.
  • Superhuman Reflexes: Perkin's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are superior to those of the finest human athlete, and even superior to those of Spider-Man, but only when he has the symbiote on. Other wise he's just slightly better than the average human being.
  • Superhuman Durability: The tissue the symbiote renders Perkin's body much harder and more resistant to physical injury than the body of an ordinary human. Perkin's can withstand high caliber bullets, great impact forces, powerful energy blasts, and falls from great heights without sustaining significant physical injury.
  • Regenerative Healing Factor: Despite this, however, it is possible to injure him. Raptine is able to rapidly regenerate damaged bodily tissues much faster and more extensively than an ordinary human. It isn't known, however, if he can fully regenerate severed limbs or missing internal organs, although he appears to have regrown the lower half of his body. Perkins is immune to the effects of all Earthly diseases and infections as long as he remains bonded with the symbiote. Without it, he is a mere regular human being that can't be poisoned.
  • Wall Crawling: Much like Carnage, Spiderman, Venom and Toxin, Kasady has the ability to cling to virtually any surface. He can rapidly crawl, walk, or run across even slickened surfaces.
  • Webbing: Raptine, like Carnage and Toxin before him, can project a powerful, organic web-like substance similar to the webbing Spider-Man has. He typically uses this webbing to swing from building to building or as a means of immobilizing someone. The webbing is exceptionally strong, much more so for even the finest human athlete to break.
  • Constituent Matter Generation: Raptine can generate tentacle-like appendages from various parts of his body, which he often uses either in combat situations or to restrain someone.
  • Constituent-Matter Manipulation: Raptine can morph sections of his body, such as his hands or feet, into bladed weaponry such as spikes, blades, or axes. Raptine can also detach these bladed weaponry if he chooses to. For example, he often forms spikes that he expels from his body. The weaponry, however, disintegrates after being separated from his body after a period of about 30 seconds.
  • Partial Immunity to Spider-Man's Spider-Sense: Due to the Raptine symbiote being a child of the Toxin symbiote, Raptine's attacks can't be detected by Spider-Man's Spider-Sense. However, Spider-Man can still sense Raptine's presence and general location, so not as effective as the immunity of its predecessor Carnage or Venom.

But also:

  • Poison Touch: Due to the Raptine symbiote being bonded to Perkins when poison flowed through his veins, the organic matter of the suit is actually composed of poisonous materials. For the humans without specific protection or immunity, merely touching the stuff will seep poison into their system, paralyzing or even killing them in large doses. Perkins is also immune to all poisons due to his bond with the symbiote.
  • Indomitable Will: Like his father, Carter's will power renders him immune to all attempts at reading and controlling his mind. It also makes it enormously difficult to project illusions in order to fool him within his own brain.
  • Genius Level Intelligence: Though not on the level of his father or Reed Richard's peers, Carter is considered by the average human as a "genius" via his IQ level and intellect. Perhaps with time and the proper tutelage he may reached that stage, but for now his mental prowess remains at where he's at now.

Weakness:

  • Extreme sensation: Raptine can't tolerate extreme heat, cold, anything, and will weaken the bond between Perkins and the symbiote
  • Sound attacks: Raptine, unlike Toxin and Carnage, have Venom's weakness in that extreme pitched sounds will affect the symbiote, forcing it to detach off of Perkins if exposed to it for a while.

History:

A secret love child between Morgan le Fay and Victor von Doom, Carter was not unlike Caroline le Fay. Unlike Caroline though, his mother couldn't bare to be with Carter for long periods of time, his appearance even as a babe reminding her too much of Victor. Thus Carter was sent to an orphanage in Victor's time, and grew up there with a given name of Perkins instead.

An immensely bright child, Carter inherited the brain and untapped magical potential of both his mother and father. He also has Doom's willpower, which anyone who knows Doom could see clearly in his eyes. In fact, while he isn't identical to his father, he carries himself subconsciously enough that along with the similarities that people who know Doom well would know who he's probably related to. Carter graduated high school at 16 and then got his bachelor's degree in engineering at 18 from MIT before moving to work for a firm in New York.

When Victor von Doom disappeared and Lucia von Bardas wanted to solidify her power in Latveria, she found out about Carter's parentage. Wanting to eliminate Carter early to avoid a possible usurper to her power, she sent assassins after him. They were successful in their mission and Carter found himself on the verge of death after eating a meal poisoned by them. There, on his deathbed in a New York hospital, a newly birthed symbiote from Toxin found him. Its existence, kept secret by Toxin due to Venom and Carnage's hunt for him, required a host and found a particularly vulnerable but strong one in Carter. Too weak to stop it, Carter could watched as the moving sludge moved over his body and formed a new suit. To the symbiote's surprise, Carter's willpower overwhelmed it immediately, rendering it a reluctant but loyal servant to him almost before it finished latching on to him. When it tried to influence Carter's feelings or control even a fraction of his body, it felt immense pain being driven into it from Carter's auto psyche, and even more when Carter made a decision to actually do it. From then on he felt his body strengthened, and left the hospital a day after the "miracle" happened. Since then, the symbiote lives in the shadow of Carter's clothing when not a suit.

Even before his college education, Carter's been determined to find out who his mother and father truly are. He believes that by finding out, he could understand himself more and become even stronger, as well as maximize his potential, which he inexplicably felt isn't at its max at the moment. Now he wants that even more, to understand why someone tried to kill him, as well as get even with his would be killers.

Allison "Ally" Atkinson (by Jessy753 Jessy753 )

34bbf7124e926c85b0c325fea84cc6da.jpg

Alias: Goldie | Age: 21 | Citizenship: British / American

Alignment: Neutral (Tries her best to stay neutral to said topic)
Lives in a small apartment in Brooklyn
Occupation: student of law and marine biology
Status: Active
Martial Status: Single
Place of Birth: London
Species: Mutant
Height: 5'9" (varies with high heels)
Weight: 165 lbs
Eye color: Blue
Hair color: dark brown

Powers:
  • Talking to gold fishes
  • Manipulation of time
She's able to fast the time backwards. Hence changing and experience time all over again. But the more she uses her power, the more it will take from her and change things.
(e.g. moving the wrong grain of sand can cause a tornado)

Weakness:
  • Fishes
Whenever those animals are around, she gets easily distracted. She usually stops near aquariums as well as rivers or lakes to talk to the animals. Ally finds them more interesting than humans.
  • Fear
Allison is afraid to use her second talent because of bad memories linked to it. Yet it doesn't really bother her because she does like talking to gold fishes way more.
History:
Ever since she was a child, her parents had told her not to use her talent. They were afraid of what their daughter was capable of doing. Still she experimented with the fact that she was able to turn back time. But she never went back for more than five minutes. Until that one day that her father had chopped wood and accidentally chopped off two fingers. That day, she had tried to go back and successfully prevented her father from doing so. But as a result her father had lost his job weeks later due to taking a wrong decision the day after the incident at work. This caused her to slowly accustom to her parents' fear of her talents and hide it well from others.

Even as soon as her family moved to New York, they kept Charles Xavier's visit from her. They didn't want their child to have any link to those strange people but wanted her to grow up the way they doomed normal. Soon she lost interest in her ability except for the one she actually thought was special: Being able to talk to fishes. Gold fishes to be exact. She loved talking to them and was trying hard to understand other species as well.
Her love to animals - or gold fishes in specific - inspired her to study both law and marine biology. She wanted to help and fight for those animals rights in the near future. Even as soon as she spotted many fishes in an aquarium and they seemed unhappy to her, Ally would go and try to free them eventually.

Once the Civil War or the Registration Act had come around, she had stayed out of it like most of the other Mutants. She watched the Act closely as it reminded her too much of the one, in which the Mutants had to get registrated. But she has managed to doge that bullet as well. Hence she watched the Registration Act for superheroes with a raised eyebrow, hoping to stay out of that all. After all she never intended to actually use her mutation except for talking to fishes.
