Personality: Having a "Napoleon complex" is an understatement. He thinks very highly of himself, and is also unusually sadistic in contrast to his almost adorable appearance. He is willing to follow orders as long as there is an incentive, and is totally willing to spread lies about you.
Despite all this, he is little to no threat to people and experiments due to his lack of physical ability, and his bad attention span makes it hard to do any evil planning. So expect a thumbtack on your chair, but dont expect that thumbtack to be poisoned.
Backstory: Rigo was born deformed with cyclopia, which is fairly deadly. The parents gave over the child to the facility in the hopes that they could save him. They did, however, he was not allowed to leave the facility and go back to his parents. He doesn't really mind. He has spent his time in the facility doing odd jobs for people, or missions.

Khaoul possesses excellent physical control over his body, able to strike with sound accuracy and perform complex agile manoeuvres in quick succession. He has poor control over his CPU upgrades and gets frequent processing errors due to technical assimilation failures.
Khaoul can punch or slice through steel, block a tank round, leap two stories into the air, travel at 50mph and strike four times in a second. If he did not possess any CPU limitations, he could be capable of accessing and hacking other hardware, act as a database server for up to 20 terabytes of data and even transfer his consciousness to other devices.

Danger level:
D - While Khaoul has plenty of potential to rank at F, the facility's ability to control his upgrades via remote hacking ensure that he cannot prove too much of a threat if they so decide.

Experimental deforms:
No sensation of touch - only external sensors.
No sensation of taste - he also has no stomach or need to eat.
Cannot breathe - he also photosynthesizes with solar panels.
Memory loss - mainly due to data corruption and incomplete coding.

Personality:
Chrome is a proud individual with a mirroring cunning streak that allows him to twist a situation to his favour without compromising his ideals. He is a loyal individual nonetheless and enjoys the company of others. He is an intelligent young man with a surprisingly strong mental fortitude, usually able to keep his cool in even the most stressful situations. Quite stubborn but easily likeable, Chrome would have been a model student if he had been given a different start in life.

Following a psychological assessment in light of his latest neuro-upgrades, it appears that Chrome's sense of emotion and creativity have suffered. Where many new implants have targeted the right side of his brain, it has proven to have stunted Chrome's ability to feel empathy or sympathy, generating sociopathic tendencies. He has inversely become particularly logical and calculated, albeit socially inept. During non-mission interactions, it has been observed that he is quite blunt and appears to forego diplomacy in most situations. While it seems that he is still sound of mind enough to be useable on missions, he is sometimes prone to psychotic breaks and must be subdued via remote hacking to ensure no facility or further personnel damage can occur.

Backstory:
-Arrived at the facility at the age of 5.
-Underwent rigorous physical and mental training to become a suitable candidate for the "Technocracy Exodus Project".
-Amongst 100 other subjects, became the last surviving candidate and subsequently underwent the first procedure.
-Incapacitated for several months to allow the body to acclimatise to the upgrades.
-Moved to cellblock A upon infirmary discharge.
-Spent the next few years undergoing further procedures to slowly convert the human body into a machine for the military.
-Moved to cellblock C as a result of a psychotic break, prompting further mental training and upgrade diagnostics.
-Sent on several remote missions to test the subject's abilities, proving particularly successful in all physical aspects.
-Moved to cellblock D due to subject murdering eight members of personnel including the project's overseer while on a mission.
-Subject quarantined in cellblock D until RnD can provide better upgrades, noted that subject is viable for missions if it's neuro-limiters are turned on.

Personality: With a massive big sister complex, Eira is loyal and cares a lot for the experiments younger than her. She is patient and clever, and sometimes her introvert nature can make her seem cold hearted, but she’s far from it, often overflowing with emotions inside but too proud to show them. In reality she cares way too much.
Backstory: Eira was born in Ireland as the seventh child of the Lockhart family, who owned a small inn. When Eira was six the family business was doing badly, the family was in debt and they had too many mouths to feed. It was then than a mysterious group appeared offering to take one of their children and give it a home. Without second thought, the family gave away their youngest child, the only one who couldn’t help around properly yet, and Eira was transported to the experiment facilities. From there on too much pain and drugs were administered to her, making her memory fuzzy.

Danger Level: B, he is mostly quiet and compliant, but if you really get on his nerves he'll gladly attempt to take a bit out of them.

Experimental deforms: Peter's vocal cords were messed with so that he physically cannot yell, they didn't want him to alert enemies if he was nearby if he was busy taking someone down and he got hurt. He is partially blind when he is using normal eyesight. He can't see too far ahead of him and when people are up close they are still more or less blobs. He has a constant dull pain in his head from the implants but it's bearable, the longer he uses them the stronger it grows until he physically can't handle it anymore. On occasion, he gains bursts of pain behind his eyes, in response, he tries to claw them out.

Personality: To people who don't know him he can seem very rude since he is very cold and blunt whenever he speaks to someone. He prefers to get straight to the point when talking to someone. If you do become his friend, he becomes loyal to a fault at times. His usual calm composure would go straight out the window if one of his friends was to get a major injury.

Bio: Peter had been living in the poor parts of his town, often he would be trying to help his mother gain money. Despite the poor living conditions, he was happy. he had many friends in the neighborhood, including some that often let him sleepover due to his less than ideal circumstances. His mother suddenly grew ill, while she was in the hospital a man had come and offered to take her son and give him a better life. The woman, wanting what was best for her son had easily agreed to let them take him. He was mostly locked inside of a cell until he was 12, which was when they gave him his eye implants. Around this time he had been a fighter, and with his new eyes had attempted to escape. He was easily caught and they put him through obedience training, after that he was much more compliant.

They can survive in cold climates, though hot climate is a detriment to them being able to preform their power. Warmer climates also makes the subject tire out easier than in cold. Getting too warm causes them to faint.
Control: Subject has a good control over their power, though sometimes ice will form over them without them knowing which can be hazardous to those around them if they touch the area as the ice will start to form on the other.
Danger level: Subject is put into holding D, while they may fight back at times keeping them in warmer temperatures seems to make them more compliant. Subject seems to behave well around other subjects, even those they don't agree with.
Experimental deforms: The subjects sense of pain has been dulled from the constant cold they tend to make, this makes it so the subject must be checked over to make sure they have not hurt themselves often. The subjects vision is near sighted, often needing glasses though their power tends to crack the glasses if they don't pay attention to them.

Personality: Rhia is often harsh to those who are staff at the facility. They don't tend to like to follow orders though that doesn't mean they'll always push back just to do it. They only push back if they feel mistreated or being made to do something they don't want to do. To the other subjects she's pretty relaxed and doesn't often take offense to things since she knows they are also stuck in here. She will always fight for another subject if they seemed to be forced to do something even if she herself doesn't like the person. She tries to always see another persons side even if she doesn't get it for others.

Backstory: When she was younger she lived a normal life, being the middle child in the family she often went out with her brothers to explore around. Usually always with other people when she goes out, one day they were both busy and she didn't want to wait. Heading out to explore she ran into some men who didn't look friendly. So she tried to go the other way, except they went with her. Screaming and running now she was chased down and grabbed, soon finding her new 'home' in the facility. For the first bit she did as she was told, then she started to push back. She took to working out whenever she could. She wouldn't go overboard in fighting back and often let time in between before lashing out if something happened she didn't like.

Control: Adept at turning what she wants to gold, but is unable to completely turn off her power, at least on her hands.

Experimental deforms: Her hair and nails have turned to gold. She suffers from frequent spells of nausea, especially after just waking up from sleep. It goes away after she's thrown up the gold that has built up inside her stomach. She also lacks physical strength and stamina, but whether this has anything to do with the experiments or her power is yet undetermined.

Personality: Aura is rather reserved, tending not to talk much unless spoken to. She's never known life outside of the facility, but from what she's heard it isn't a place she'd like to go. She is loyal to the staff that runs the facility, some of which have been around her all her life and are the closest proxy to what she'd call her family. She will and has used her power against other subjects at the behest of the staff, both to in their defense and to subdue the other subject. This has led to her being mostly hated by the other subjects, with that isolation only deepening her reserved nature. When she does venture out of her bubble of silence, conversation with Aura tend to be utilitarian, her focus on saying only what needs to be said in order to get done what needs to be gotten done and leaving little room for idle talk. One of the subjects first called her the staff's "little secretary", and the nickname hung around long enough for some of the staff to even slip up and call her that. Aura's silence seems to get a little chillier whenever she hears it.

Backstory: Aura has been in the facility for as long as she can remember. Knowing nothing else, she has no reason to desire freedom or escape. She's the model subject. A scientist once let slip that he was familiar with Aura's mother, so she's convinced that one of the scientists is her real mother. With nothing else to go off of, she can't even use her hair or eyes to try and guess, she just hopes each day to figure out who it is by chance.

Other: The facility's seemingly limitless funds are in part due to Aura existing. Whenever she is injured, gold bubbles up from and seals the wound until it's completely healed. The other subjects assume that her lack of marks is due to preferential treatment and resent her for it, even though she's undergone just as many painful experiments as they have.

Power: slime body structure/shapeshifting- the subject is able to render itself down into a sludge to enter tight spaces, its body can be corrosive and is able to absorb/consume organic substances h(only slightly quicker then stomach acid, however, someone can comfortably float around inside vleer for as long as they can hold their breath), it's main feature is its ability to shapeshift, replicating the physical appearance of someone entirely along with clothing, it is capable of copying the voice of a target but only the phrases its heard them actually say. this extends to station objects at well.

fire causes the slime to slowly lose its form, while extream cold will first cause it to become stuck in its current form and then frezzen entirely most poisons however are ineffective due to well being a slime

Control: vleer has perfect control over its abilities... aside from its allergy to pollen causing it to randomly shift when it sneezes

Danger: incredibly low since it is surprisingly loyal

Experimental deforms: due to being a slime its... difficult to have deformities aside form a possible case of Stockholms syndrome

Personality: vleer, it a bit of a strange subject not only in form but in behavior due to intentional conditioning imminently after its "birth" its had a strange loyalty towards the staff, so convinced by its own mimicry and the conditioning applied to it, vleer seems to believe itself to be part of the staff its unquestionable compliant with orders and is considered a "break" when being assigned to as vleer practically does its own experiments on itself, and also seems to enjoy it, and managing to make friends with a few of the staff. around other experiments vleer takes on the "persona" of a friendly if somewhat overbearing older relative, making attempts to at least keep them out of trouble or inline in .. although it usually fails at this since it can be in every place at once, due to its shapeshifting abilities it tends to be difficult for most to get a good read on vleer to begin, leaving most to make up there own options love em or hate em or just try to avoid em. vleer does have a soft spot for hugs.. although it wouldn't do it to others that would be "unprofessional" however if someone else offers vleer wouldn't refuse.. or if the situation called for it...

Backstory: vleer was the outcome of an experiment designed to turn a human into the perfect espionage tool the experiment was.. somewhat successful yielding a... slime-like creature instead of a humanoid, however, the abilities they wanted remaining intact. quickly it was conditioned to believe it was part of the staff two actors were sent to pretend to be scientists and thus make vleer believed it was one as well, the experiment was deemed a rousing success in the control category well controlling the experiment. experiments in how big and how exact vleer can copy things are still ongoing, perhaps even improving upon it? with its assumption that it was part of the staff, the actual staff found out that it attempted to keep the other experiments form causing to much trouble, it didn't actually bother anyone? it couldn't hurt to just let it do that increased social interaction was needed for it to replicate everything anyway

'Mimic' Essentially copies others powers with rather debilitating side effects. Though mainly is just stuck with passive mind reading.

Will frequently be moved around depending on her mental state and her abilities fluctuations.

Experimental deforms:
None constantly but gains ones briefly here and there defending on her mimic ability, often will suffer from the pain others feel or even have random injuries appear without a seeming reason.
Also has a tendency to get dizzy or easily confused/overwhelmed, essentially.

Personality: 124-00 goes very quickly from her often bland emotions to excited or more fittingly child like ones, the latter matching how she was originally, the former seemingly a side effect of what is either a mental disorder developed through trauma or a possible effect of her mimic ability. However when expressing emotions she can be very eager to join others, and has a tendency to trust others easily, or at least want to believe what she thinks of them, surprising considering she can read their thoughts. She can be harsh to the other experiments and scientists when in her more expressionless state, it's recommended not to lie to her and use blunt words, all staff must wear an interceptor when discussing sensitive topics regarding the facility.

Backstory: Was found on the streets by a police officer at the age of three, her mother came in begging they give her child back, but homeless and unable to provide the men in suits quickly took her away, saying her unique personality would be greatly beneficial for their program to aid the other children, promising her doing this would help her mother she reluctantly went along.

At the facility it was true they left her untouched briefly, planning what was best to use, she was often left with other younger experiments going throughprocessing, her innocence and positive attitude good for the facility raised young ones, some of the staff and guards even growing fond to an extent. But then a new experimental trial drug came out B2- out of the whole 010 batch she was the only to survive the testings rigorous process. Backstory: Rigo was born deformed with cyclopia, which is fairly deadly. The parents gave over the child to the facility in the hopes that they could save him. Personality: Aura is rather reserved, tending not to talk much unless spoken to. She's never known life outside of the facility, but from what she's heard it isn't a place she'd like to go. She is loyal to the staff that runs the facility, some of which have been around her all her life and are the closest proxy to what she'd call her family. She will and has used her power against other subjects at the behest of the staff, both to in their defense and to subdue the other subject. This has led to her being mostly hated by the other subjects, with that isolation only deepening her reserved nature. When she does venture out of her bubble of silence, conversation with Aura tend to be utilitarian, her focus on saying only what needs to be said in order to get done what needs to be gotten done and leaving little room for idle talk. One of the subjects first called her the staff's "little secretary", and the nickname hung around long enough for some of the staff to even slip up and call her that. Aura's silence seems to get a little chillier whenever she hears it.

Backstory: Aura has been in the facility for as long as she can remember. Knowing nothing else, she has no reason to desire freedom or escape. She's the model subject. A scientist once let slip that he was familiar with Aura's mother, so she's convinced that one of the scientists is her real mother. With nothing else to go off of, she can't even use her hair or eyes to try and guess, she just hopes each day to figure out who it is by chance.

Other: The facility's seemingly limitless funds are in part due to Aura existing. Whenever she is injured, gold bubbles up from and seals the wound until it's completely healed. Experimental deforms: Peter's vocal cords were messed with so that he physically cannot yell, they didn't want him to alert enemies if he was nearby if he was busy taking someone down and he got hurt. He is partially blind when he is using normal eyesight. He can't see too far ahead of him and when people are up close they are still more or less blobs. He has a constant dull pain in his head from the implants but it's bearable, the longer he uses them the stronger it grows until he physically can't handle it anymore. On occasion, he gains bursts of pain behind his eyes, in response, he tries to claw them out.

Personality: To people who don't know him he can seem very rude since he is very cold and blunt whenever he speaks to someone. He prefers to get straight to the point when talking to someone. If you do become his friend, he becomes loyal to a fault at times. His usual calm composure would go straight out the window if one of his friends was to get a major injury.

Bio: Peter had been living in the poor parts of his town, often he would be trying to help his mother gain money. Despite the poor living conditions, he was happy. he had many friends in the neighborhood, including some that often let him sleepover due to his less than ideal circumstances. His mother suddenly grew ill, while she was in the hospital a man had come and offered to take her son and give him a better life. The woman, wanting what was best for her son had easily agreed to let them take him. He was mostly locked inside of a cell until he was 12, which was when they gave him his eye implants. Around this time he had been a fighter, and with his new eyes had attempted to escape. He was easily caught and they put him through obedience training, after that he was much more compliant.

Boa was sold to the facility when she was born. Her parents were told that their first child had the potential to fit into their experiment, she would be one of the greatest human beings to ever live. Being poor and desperate, the family accepted the terms and the payment, an agreement was made to pretend Boa never existed and to carry on with their greatly improved, wealthy life somewhere far away from the facility. Personality: Rhia is often harsh to those who are staff at the facility. They don't tend to like to follow orders though that doesn't mean they'll always push back just to do it. To the other subjects she's pretty relaxed and doesn't often take offense to things since she knows they are also stuck in here. She will always fight for another subject if they seemed to be forced to do something even if she herself doesn't like the person. She tries to always see another persons side even if she doesn't get it for others.

Backstory: When she was younger she lived a normal life, being the middle child in the family she often went out with her brothers to explore around. Usually always with other people when she goes out, one day they were both busy and she didn't want to wait. Heading out to explore she ran into some men who didn't look friendly. So she tried to go the other way, except they went with her. Screaming and running now she was chased down and grabbed, soon finding her new 'home' in the facility. For the first bit she did as she was told, then she started to push back. She took to working out whenever she could. She wouldn't go overboard in fighting back and often let time in between before lashing out if something happened she didn't like.

Personality: the vleer is extremely friendly, to the point where the appendages on its head will often wrap around people its talking to, it may even inportualy hug them in a random bout of affection, if allowed to go on for too long it may accidentally engulf the person, its also extremely chatty swapping topic on a whim wever it gets bored thanks to its short attention span and childish nature, a second odd feature is that it seems to prefer to be around more dangerous experiments, when left in a room with two different test subject its will gravitate towards the one considered more dangerous why it does this is yet to be explained

Ariana is rather sweet and loving, almost motherly though she’s never had any children or even a boyfriend for that matter. She’s very devoted to her work in every sense and often times treats the experiments under her like her own children. Often called out for her “mothering” of them but she isn’t one to refuse it as it’s true. That aside though her work always comes first in her eyes. She’s sweet, kind, loving. Though beneath she has a sacred addiction for her experiments. So much so she created even her own little experiment that a company's her everywhere named coco. Deep down she refuses to let any of her experiments go as they are special to her, her creations, her children.
Backstory:
Ariana always grew up with a love for science and what it could do. The possibilities where always endless. She was born into a house of love and compassion, her parents feeding her wants and desires every step of the way till she graduated. Instantly she went on to school to learn everything she could. That’s where she fell in love with genetics. Everything you could do with it was exactly like her childhood dreams of science how the impossible could be achieved.

When she started her practice though she was let down. Held back by the laws and restriction of a world that had no inclination to see how far science could take them. So she studied and tested in secret till she was picked up by ERAA. They offered her everything she could desire. A place unhindered by the worlds foolish laws to let her study and see how far science could truly bring them. It was glorious. So glorious she refused to ever give up this opportunity.

Control: He cant "control" being a fairy, and he cant "control" glowing in the dark, but he can control flight. He is great at controlling his flight as long as there isn't a fan on in the room.
Danger level: B, and every cell he is in must have a fly swatter around.
Experimental deforms: Memory and knowledge capacity limited. He can lose his train of thought, occasionally.

Personality: Having a "Napoleon complex" is an understatement. He thinks very highly of himself, and is also unusually sadistic in contrast to his almost adorable appearance. He is willing to follow orders as long as there is an incentive, and is totally willing to spread lies about you.
Despite all this, he is little to no threat to people and experiments due to his lack of physical ability, and his bad attention span makes it hard to do any evil planning. So expect a thumbtack on your chair, but dont expect that thumbtack to be poisoned.
Backstory: Rigo was born deformed with cyclopia, which is fairly deadly. The parents gave over the child to the facility in the hopes that they could save him. They did, however, he was not allowed to leave the facility and go back to his parents. He doesn't really mind. He has spent his time in the facility doing odd jobs for people, or missions.
Roommate: "I swear to god, if you give me a roomate just because I "dont take up much space", I will personally dine on your ear drums."

There isn't a way to make him more serious of a character without sacrificing the basis of what makes him interesting. I am sure there is enough sad teen bois to make up for his smol neglectable anger.

Experiment: He wasn't turned into a fairy per say, but more of a collection of experiment the scientists happened to use together that made him into a fairy.
First, cylopia is a birth defect that causes a child to be born without a mouth, nose, or ears, and only one eye that takes up their entire head (this is real, look it up). The longest living specimen of cyclopia lived for about 4 days (if I remembee correctly) due to a generic deformity of human capabilities.
For Rigo, this left the brain malformed. Even if they had saved the kid by fixing his face, there would still be the problem of brain damage. They fixed this by 1. Stunting the maximum growth height of Rigo, and 2. Connecting lose connections in the brain to a membrane they converted into a pair of wings.
Noticing the child now resembled a small fairy, as a joke experiment they decided to add a bioluminescent gene to him. This bioluminescent gene can be observed in jellyfish, and has been proven to be able to be transfered to other organism. The only difference between the procedure irl and in fiction is that irl, they would have to insert the bioluminescent gene at his conception. You know. When the parents do the do. So lets just leave that detail out and deal with a little inaccuracy. So now he is a "fairy".

I guess as a final way to make my character serious, I will give him a "snap" condition where he will go absolutely mental. Seeing fire makes him go insane.

Power: slime body structure/shapeshifting- the subject is able to render itself down into a sludge to enter tight spaces, its body can be corrosive and is able to absorb/consume organic substances h(only slightly quicker then stomach acid, however, someone can comfortably float around inside vleer for as long as they can hold their breath), it's main feature is its ability to shapeshift, replicating the physical appearance of someone entirely along with clothing, it is capable of copying the voice of a target but only the phrases its heard them actually say. this extends to station objects at well.

fire causes the slime to slowly lose its form, while extream cold will first cause it to become stuck in its current form and then frezzen entirely

Control: vleer has perfect control over its abilities... aside from its allergy to pollen causing it to randomly shift when it sneezes

Danger: incredibly low since it is surprisingly loyal

Experimental deforms: due to being a slime its... difficult to have deformities aside form a possible case of Stockholms syndrome

Personality: vleer, it a bit of a strange subject not only in form but in behavior due to intentional conditioning imminently after its "birth" its had a strange loyalty towards the staff, so convinced by its own mimicry and the conditioning applied to it, vleer seems to believe itself to be part of the staff its unquestionable compliant with orders and is considered a "break" when being assigned to as vleer practically does its own experiments on itself, and also seems to enjoy it, and managing to make friends with a few of the staff. around other experiments vleer takes on the "persona" of a friendly if somewhat overbearing older relative, making attempts to at least keep them out of trouble or inline in .. although it usually fails at this since it can be in every place at once, due to its shapeshifting abilities it tends to be difficult for most to get a good read on vleer to begin, leaving most to make up there own options love em or hate em or just try to avoid em. vleer does have a soft spot for hugs.. although it wouldn't do it to others that would be "unprofessional" however if someone else offers vleer wouldn't refuse.. or if the situation called for it...

Backstory: vleer was the outcome of an experiment designed to turn a human into the perfect espionage tool the experiment was.. somewhat successful yielding a... slime-like creature instead of a humanoid, however, the abilities they wanted remaining intact. quickly it was conditioned to believe it was part of the staff two actors were sent to pretend to be scientists and thus make vleer believed it was one as well, the experiment was deemed a rousing success in the control category well controlling the experiment. experiments in how big and how exact vleer can copy things are still ongoing, perhaps even improving upon it? with its assumption that it was part of the staff, the actual staff found out that it attempted to keep the other experiments form causing to much trouble, it didn't actually bother anyone? it couldn't hurt to just let it do that increased social interaction was needed for it to replicate everything anyway
