Backstory:
Duke has been in camp since he turned 4. He was born in a harsh neighborhood in New York where gangs and drugs dealers were evident. He attended the local kindergarten, he lived with his mother and his aunt, one day his mother was going to pick Duke at the kindergarten and got assaulted and killed by 2 guys when she refused to give a ring and a bracelet she had. His aunt decided to leave Duke at the place her sister wanted to send him when he became older camp Half-Blood. He's lived at camp ever since, he never saw his aunt again and the only place he can call home is camp. He has been the only son of Boeas ever since he entered camp which has given him a hard time, his powers manifested when he was very young and was forced o suppress his emotion though he still misses his family and wonders why did they leave him at camp.
Personality:
Duke is a serious, cold and direct person, he enjoys reading and prefers to keep his face inside a book than talking to others. With his friends he is a bit different though, he becomes a more open person, he expresses some emotions and he lets his happy side out. He loves dancing and having fun (even though he prefers that no body knows). He is extremely intelligent and he has a great analytical and

Powers and abilities:
He is able to control snow and ice as well as generating small amount of them and freezing water, he is also able to summon freezing wind and use it to boost his jumping and speed. His emotions affect his powers in a large scale as they react to anger, sorrow and nervousness.
