Hey, whomever happens to read this!


I think posting in the introduction threads is self-explanatory... so here are a few things about me; some are role play related, others are not!


I am a writer who is actually working on her own fantasy book series! Not aiming to get published, I just love to write. I want to work as Public Relations for a book publishing company some day, though.


I can play a lot of instruments, and I sing. Not saying I do them extremely well, but I love music. Preferably not electronic, though. I'm more of a cover version (acoustic or Punk Goes Pop) of pop songs or soft/alternative rock sound. Ever heard of Against the Current, Twenty One Two, Alex Goot, Dave Days? Those are a few of my cover artists. My "mainstream" music (as my friends joke) changes on a regular basis. Some days I love the simple He Is We or Alex and Sierra... Other days I like Skillet, Ashes Remain, Conditions, Bon Jovi... Today I actually just want to listen to instrumentals by Adrian Von Ziegler or Blackmore's Night (contemporary folk-rock band)...


I love to read. I also enjoy reading. Reading is AWESOME. Did I mention I like reading? And books? Fantasy is my favorite genre. I won't turn down Hunger Games, though. But I love anything by Cassandra Clare. I loved Eoin Colfer's Artemis Fowl series. It got me into reading back in grade school... Anyway, I write books and I read them because I love them ALL. I kind of watch movies. Men In Black has been my favorite for years. Shadowhunters is the only new television show I have tried out.. Otherwise, I'm a total crime show girl. NCIS, Rizzoli & Isles, Castle (CASTLE CASTLE CASTLE)... yeah.


Okay, let's see... I also do SOME photography. I prefer to be behind the camera, because my really amazing friend likes to model and I work with her on that. I'm unprofessional, but with what I've got I have a lot of fun with! Just a hobby.


I've been in theater since high school... Currently on my sixth collegiate production with my university. Hermia is my role in Midsummer Night's Dream...


I'm a sketch artist?


BASICALLY I live in the Fine Arts department here at school... I talk way too much. If you don't believe me, measure the above information on your screen with a ruler... And I swear I'm not conceited. I have a huge personality and I'm an extroverted introvert who likes for people to know I have a bunch of different sides to me. I mean, I didn't even mention that I play 360. I love Dragon Age, Fable, Mass Effect, The Reckoning, Borderlands... Yeah. I write Fable fanfiction.


WITHOUT FURTHER DELAY: Thank you for reading and I really, sincerely cannot wait to get back into the role playing world. I haven't had time for years, especially when I started working on my own stuff. Hopefully I can fit in around here somewhere. I'm off to chamber choir, but I hope someone responds between now and then!

Grey never says hello to new users; he's too, well... Grey. And let's blame Grey, why not? I always imagine him sitting in some lofty tower watching over mere mortals thinking dark, deep thoughts and, on occasion, when the mood strikes him, he'll turn to his computer and update one of his games.


But then, he's Irish. Very moody we Irish. Irish diaspora for the win! :)

Now then, I know that you have to answers that you're wanting answered now and the first is, you can join any RP that is open. You can find the different RP genres here: Roleplays | RpNation.com - Best Roleplay Forum


They're set up by genre so if you're looking for that Belgariad fandom RP (sorry, none yet exists here) then you'll know you aren't going to be looking in the futuristic genre. Each genre has an interest check at the top of the page and you can peruse this to see if anyone is wanting to create an RP.


If you are trolling the RPs and you just gotta make your own futuristic version of the Elenium, then you can pick the genre (future or fandom? I don't know!) and create an interest check. In the interest check you can tell the whole world about your RP and what you want to do with it. If you get enough people to say Aye! then you create your RP.


If you have any questions, issues, or concerns, don't hesitate to get in touch with either the moderators of your forum (the genre), the Super moderators, or even the admin staff. You can do that here: Site Questions & Information


If you have any questions you need to address to me, please tag me in your comments as I don't always get to every single response in every welcome thread and I end up missing a lot of questions. You can do that by using the @ before my handle.

Are you actually in one of his games? A single day of game time could take up an entire month of real time. A single day.

He made my thread, gave me my intro, I replied and that's it.


No activity since.


He's a busy man, I know, so I'm waiting patiently.


But I have to kill time somehow.
 
Ahhhh! People! Haha. This is exciting. I'll be sure to read through those links, probably once my classes are over for the rest of the day. That way I'm not in two different places. The atmosphere seems really great here. About the tagging... How do I tag?

Ahhhh! @Kestrel! :D I found On My Own on accident and fell in love with it because it describes one of the characters in my book so perfectly. ;.; And the SOUND! OHHHH MYYYYY.
 
There's this one really nice lyrics video to it, and when it's doing the "ohh" "ohh" "ohh" whoever made it put "oww" "oww" "oww." Cracks me up every time. Hahaha.
