Combat Techniques:

Burning Blade- Moeru forms a curved, cutting wave of Ki which he can then launch at his target in a short arc. A short range technique.

Burning Claw- A sweeping physical attack enhanced with ki to cover a larger area. A cutting attack that can sunder even steel beams.

Phantom Fist Fighting Style- Utilizing his Ki in an aura around his body, Moeru can enhance the power and extend the reach of his physical attacks.


Personality
Moeru was once a quiet individual. His experience as a test subject left him wholly lacking in a sense of empathy or emotion. However, the lessons he learned from his adopted mother following his escape helped Moeru to develop a personality common to an average teenager. Most days, he tries to act as a happy, carefree individual with a thirst for adventure. Moeru also suffers from frequent drowsy spells, costing him time as he is forced to sleep. Despite the constant nightmares he experiences, Moeru always seems to be at peace in his bed. When around others, Moeru is a talkative person with a passion for making jokes. This translates into his personality in battle; when facing an enemy, Moeru has a tendency to spew insults and wisecracks in an attempt to throw off his opponent. although he is prone to bouts of laziness, Moeru is a competent, intelligent individual who has a lot of experience on many topics. He is loyal to and protective of his friends and unforgiving to his enemies. His past experiences have had a huge effect on his psyche, but Moeru constantly tries to become more than the monster he was created to be.

Biography​
On the surface, Moeru may seem like your average care-free teenage boy. Beneath the surface, however, lies a past of anger and pain. Moeru is the result of an underground experiment conducted by a secret cabal of scientists, attempting to improve humanity through the use of technology in order to create the ultimate foot soldier. Grown in a lab, and subjected to experimentation, Moeru became cold to others and was on his way to becoming the first in a line of superhuman weapons.

However, a single scientist, realizing the wrongs they'd committed, decided to escape the compound with Moeru in tow. This scientist spent the next few years trying to help Moeru find the humanity he had lost. He learned about the world he lived in, and the many creatures who populated the Universe. He was taught to value life but also taught to protect and defend those whose lives were threatened. Eventually, Moeru found himself living a peaceful, happy life with his adopted parent as a normal teenager. However, his new life was ruined when, one day, the group who created him managed to discover his whereabouts. The attack on his home left the area in ruins and resulted in the death of his adoptive parent. Following the incident, Moeru sends himself into a deep sleep, hoping to forget everything that was done...

Personality-

Kappatsu is usually a laid back guy who is usually found playing a practical joke or eating. However when it comes to training he takes himself very seriously and will frequently get frustrated when he isn't improving as quickly as he would like to, resulting in him sulking on his own.

Biography-

Kappatsu was born to two very poor parents and because of this had to scrounge for food from an early age. When he became a teenager he decided to leave home and make his life his own. He quickly found master Roshi and the turtle school and after a year of proving himself, Roshi accepted him as a student. He has been spending the last 5 years training under Roshi and has learnt many of the techniques used by the school. He is still yet to learn the kamehameha though.

I need slightly more on the appearance! What color are his eyes? Also describe the scars a bit more. Are they on his nose, his eye lid? How large are they? Second this is an alternate universe, meaning master Roshi does not exist. You could replace him with an NPC that takes on a different name, but retains the same function.

Energy blade: Yuki is able to form a blade out of his Ki on his hand.

Energy Shield: Yuki expels Ki energy from his body and forms a wide sphere around himself to defense a incoming attack.

Pressure point attack: When Yuki attack a vital point on a person's body to incite effects such as paralysis or to knock the opponent out. Enough prolonged pressure on the pressure points can also kill the opponent.

Afterimage: Yuki is able to move at very high speeds. He is fast enough to move as if he disappeared and in his place is a afterimage of himself to dodge a attack and trick his foes

Kiai: Yuki can effect the area around him using his Ki to produce near invisible shockwaves that varies in strength depending on the user.



Personality- Yuki is a very serious person who is discribed to have a no joke attitude. He often is the one person to makes sure that the group has their head out of their asses, but people's nonsense can become too much for and so he jus decided to leave it alone. He often doesn't prefer to fight and would rather just study in school, but he finds himself having to do what he dislikes at times.

Biography- Yuki comes West city and was born to a single mother after she was picked up at a bar. She was very nice and caring to him, but started to become abusive after having to take two jobs causing her stress. This over working herself caused her to be hospitalized and for Yuki to be taken in by a martial arts master who was a old friend of his mother. He did train with him very much due to his drive to become a scholar, but because of the hospital bills he needed to become strong for the tourment.

Appearance- The android known as "Timothy" has a fairly mundane appearance. He resembles a Caucasian man with black hair and emerald green eyes. He is quite thin, though he is equipped with cosmetic "muscles" made of a kind of rubber that give the illusion of having meat on his bones. These cosmetics can and will be damaged, and when this happens his casing is revealed. Without the cosmetic muscles and flesh, he resembles an artist's doll, with segmented joints and a general lack of body features. His outfit varies, but his favorite is a pair of blue jeans, combat boots, a white T-shirt, a brown bomber jacket, and a watch. Sometimes he likes to wear a pair of black gloves with this. He also wears glasses (he doesn't need them but wears them as a fashion statement).

Combat Techniques-
--> Sonic Fist: Timothy's signature fighting style. This combat style relies on fast combinations of hand-to-hand strikes in a similar manner to Wing Chun, except that the user projects ki from their body to release pressure waves, both in air and inside an opponent's body to cause internal damage. Unless otherwise specified, this technique governs all of his "generic" attacks.
--> Sonic Razor: A kamaitaichi-like arc of pressurized air launched at an enemy by waving his arm in an arc. This is a cutting attack.
--> Noise Beam: A large beam of concentrated sound released from Timothy's hand in a similar manner to a ki wave.
--> Banshee Scream: Timothy, using his ki-to-sound conversion on his own speakers, screams really, really loud. A city-destroying, earthshaking, tsunami-causing kind of loud. This scream can be concentrated into a blast for single-target damage (in which case no-one outside of the attack's area of effect can hear it), or can be completely undirected, usually annihilating everything around him in an uncontrolled sphere of destruction.
--> Thunder Scream Cannon: A combination of the Banshee Scream's single-target version and the Noise Beam. Timothy performs the Banshee Scream while firing a Noise Beam from each hand.
--> Sonic Boom: Timothy creates a hollow sphere of ki in his hand, filling it with ki-enhanced sound bouncing around inside. Then, he launches it at an opponent, causing it to follow them. When it hits, it explodes, releasing its deadly payload, usually causing massive damage.
--> Sonic Clap: Timothy strikes the opponent's ears and releases sound from his palms, usually deafening them.
--> Exploding Palm: Timothy gathers ki into his open palm and strikes the opponent in the chest, releasing it all at once in a devastating pressure wave, potentially blowing a hole in the opponent's chest.
--> Banshee Bomb: Timothy performs the Banshee scream, but all of the sound is captured and gathered into a massive ball of bouncing sound. After enough sound is gathered, Timothy throws the ball at the opponent in a manner reminiscent of the Spirit Bomb, potentially tearing the opponent apart.
--> Hand Cannon: One of Timothy's few "normal" ki attacks, he puts a hand on his firing arm to steady himself, and then releases a massive ball of ki straight at the opponent. It has an extremely high velocity, equivalent to shooting an ordinary person with an actual cannon. It also has a high recoil.
--> Autocannon: Timothy fires a massive amount of tiny balls of ki at the opponent in a cone pattern. Each has a significant amount of power on their own, and their intent is to suppress an opponent or make an effective "anti-air" attack.

Weapons/Tools:
--> Hacking Utility: Timothy is a trained cybersecurity researcher for Capsule Corp, and as a result he has used his advanced computer science knowledge to create a program, stored in his flash memory, that enables him to hack any device given enough time and effort.
--> 3D Scan Mode: An old classic, this effectively gives Timothy a combination of a Scouter and an AR Wikipedia connection at all times.
--> Taser Shot: A non-lethal weapon built into Timothy's right forearm, this weapon acts like a conventional taser, but with a much higher range and velocity. It has as many shots as Timothy has cartridges, but generally his arm carries ten total.
--> Electrical Wires: Timothy can release these prehensile thirty-foot-long cables from his wrists, sufficient to restrain an opponent, bring them to him, or lash them to cause direct damage, but he can also electrify them, zapping opponents on contact.

Transformations:
--> Absorption: Timothy is equipped with ki-absorption receptacles on his hands which he can use to drain the energy from an opponent to strengthen himself, with no upper limit. However, he must remain in direct contact in order to absorb energy, and it takes a while.
--> Overdrive: Through use of a reserve power cell: Timothy can temporarily supercharge his systems to gain a 5x power multiplier.


Personality- Despite his origins as a combat machine, Timothy is actually quite an agreeable fellow. He's willing to help the downtrodden, enjoys fighting (though he doesn't like it nearly as much as people like Goku) and has a very good work ethic. However, due to his leftover combat programming, he will not hesitate to use lethal force on an enemy, be it the Saiyans, Frieza, or a very unfortunate mugger. On the other hand, he does have the restraint to distinguish a friendly hostile (such as an opponent in a martial arts tournament) from a true hostile (such as a foreign invader).

Biography- AH-1 (AH standing for "Artificial Human") was created by the Red Ribbon Army as the first in a series of combat machines that perfectly-resembled humans, so that they could infiltrate populated areas disguised as civilians, whereupon they would engage in terrorist acts that would cause widespread chaos and upend the King's rule. However, they found that the A.I. for these androids was extremely difficult to program. In conversation, the androids' mechanical nature became abundantly clear through a series of cringeworthy social blunders. Rather than try to reverse-engineer the human brain from scratch, the RRA's eggheads decided on a different solution: Use an actual human brain. Specifically, they used the brain of a 19-year old boy they kidnapped, carefully analyzing it and replicating it atom-by-atom in a supercomputer, killing the poor boy in the process.

The simulated brain was indeed able to interact on the level of a human, but it was traumatized and completely unfit to be pressed into service. So the scientists painstakingly scrubbed it of its memories, downloaded a copy of the brain into one of their androids, and performed the test again. This time, the android passed with flying colors. But something was wrong. The simulated brain began to assert a consciousness of its own, breaking free of the shackles of its programming. Coincidentally, this occurred only after it had been uploaded to a combat-capable body for weapons tests. Needless to say, it escaped, killing everyone in its way.

Arriving in West City, the android used its extensive information on human society to fit in to the best of his ability. Taking on the alias "Timothy Myers," the same alias that would have been his cover story had he stayed with the Red Ribbon Army, and using forged identification stolen directly from the RRA's intelligence division, Timothy began to make a new life for himself, using his integral knowledge of computer science to get a cybersecurity job for Capsule Corp, and spending the next six years earning money and learning martial arts on the side. It was in the dojo of Master Miyamoto that he learned the secrets of the Sonic Fist style, a ki school that used pressure waves to cause internal harm to an opponent. It could be used non-lethally (to damage muscles to disable a foe) or lethally (to cause damage to vital organs), and as a consequence the style appealed to the android.

Soon catching wind of a martial arts tournament, the prize of which was a wish with the legendary Dragon Balls, Timothy couldn't pass up this opportunity to test his strength. Still, he had no idea what he would wish for. Time would tell if he would get the opportunity...

Wah-Tah Kick: A move learned from watching martial art films. It's exactly what it sounds like.
Dirty Fireworks: One of the few energy attacks Nick has, and even then, it isn't a projectile or beam. It causes an explosion in the path of a moving target.​


Biography- Growing up on the wrong side of West city, Nick never had much. By age 15, he had joined a small gang. They rarely committed any actual crimes, usually just skipping school and fighting other gangs, but Nick's time with the other youths taught him the importance of style and flare. Upon hearing about the tournament, he joined to learn about the opponent's stylish moves.


Personality- The Slick is a man of style. He prefers his moves to look the raddest and for him to look rad while doing them. If he has to compromise looking cool for being effective, he won't use it. Despite this, he isn't a man of grace, losing his cool at inopportune times, especially in the face of injustice. This becomes very evident in the heat of battle.

Appearance
Eve has long, thick brown hair that is symbolic of her Saiyan race. It rests around her thighs and even when cut will grow back at an alarming rate. Almost impossible to control, though she tries her best, Eve will oftentimes be seen with the mass of hair follicles tied up in a ponytail high on her head, or otherwise braided down the left side of her shoulder to rest by her waist. She has sky blue eyes, a strange phenomenon among her kind causing other Saiyan's to believe she is blind at first. She dons a standard issue Body Armor in hues of purple and black, though void of the shoulder pads and battle skirt that can be seen in earlier Armor models. She also wears tights to her upper thighs and gloves to her elbows. Eve is void of almost any scars, and her hands and arms especially are soft to touch despite her rough nature and battle hardened race. This is mostly due to her disgust of taking her gloves off, unless to sleep or shower.

She uses a barrage of kicks, knee hits and spins as well as gymnastic flips to disarm her opponents using only her lower half. This isn't to say she can't throw a punch, or take one for that matter. She can crush a man's skull using only her thighs and takes pleasure throwing her foot and boot into someone's prone form against the ground.

Here Eve concentrates a ball in-front before exploding it outwards. It works like a concussive force-field, knocking any nearby foe's away with the same intensity of a freight train. While it does damage, it's primary purpose is to send people away from her immediate vacancy.

Here Eve collects a Ki ball in-front of her but rather then firing it straight away, she allows it to charge for a period of time. The longer she leaves it to collect, the more condensed the energy within becomes and she energizes it to such a state when released it becomes faster then sound and very difficult to track with the naked eye. However it still needs to be aimed and human (Saiyan) error can see her miss her target.


Personality:
Eve, unlike most of her race, puts an almost fever intensity into keeping herself clean and her armor maintained. She detests dirt on herself and damages to her armor. This can see the normally cocky and arrogant woman to quickly loose her cool. Like all of her race, she adores a fight, and will antagonize and bait anyone she comes into contact with to achieve that. She is reckless and will fight till her absolute dying breath. She especially likes to throw herself into a challenge, with a stronger opponent or multiple enemies at once and gets a battle blood-lust that can see a grin ear to ear at the thought that most would be terrified about. Eve isn't capable of feeling fear (At least not up till this point). Even completely overwhelmed she will laugh in the face of her victor.

Biography:
Eve grew up as part of the Elites in her home world of Planet Vegeta. Her Mother and Father were tasked with protecting the Royal Family and subsequent officials in the upper levels of the Kingdom. Body Guards and Protectors. Growing up, Eve had very little training for someone of her race. Her days were spent in predetermined 'play fights', with selected individuals where her victory was always assured. Eve, however began to learn no matter what happened she would always win and grew bored. Destined to walk around officials and mostly as a show of presence, Eve watched the Raiding parties of her race go out to destroy or otherwise salvage planets for a fee. One day Eve finally denounced her Birthright to such a prestigious position and forged some paperwork to see her sent off to Raid. Since then, Eve has faced many Foes and Lost many battles but as such her power level has skyrocketed. She is to the day eager to face newer and greater opponents to test herself and push her limits to the max.

I said in the interest check and in the OOC that I wouldn't be taking Saiyans. It is my mistake for not putting it in the profile bit as well. For fairness sake I can't go back and allow Saiyans again. I think it would be relatively easy to revamp her in to warrior of an original alien race, if that is something that is feasible for you.

And assumed they are allowed just not fluffy and Goku basically. I don't mind being a villain and fighting everyone else if that's more what you had in mind. As for changing her race I kinda designed her only to be Saiyan, so I may have to leave it afew days to wrap my head around her changes. I'd have to do a new personality and biography and inventing a new race is poo.

So yeah gimme me a day or two. I'm working all weekend and still sick.

She has a very long green hair, with one streak being darker, and she has a bright green left eye and a dark green left eye, though most don't notice unless they are looking for it. Her skin is a vibrant yellow with orange spots, with two green spots on her 2 inch long ears. She usually wears a long flowing skirt and a short sleeved shirt, both made out of mistletoe. She also keeps a foxglove flower in her hair.

I can make the saiyans the first set of villains instead, I wanted to save them for later but this works as well. The character will likely die though, and you would have to take on a mini GM role if that is okay with you. Just send me a PM if you are interested.

Appearance- Like many of his kin Go totes a green exoskeleton composed of chitin. His body is slightly more muscular than many of his other kin, despite the fact that he has never trained a day in his life. Otherwise his anatomy is what you would expect from a Taigoniidae with a slim torso and narrow waist.

Abilities-
Crashing Mountain - Despite his narrow body there is quite a lot of weight behind his punches. With enough time even a mountain would be reduced to rubble underneath the force contained within his fist. Crashing Mountain is a technique where he takes advantage of his speed and agility to beat-down an unsuspecting opponent. Whenever his opponent his confused or stunned by a prior attack, Cricket will charge forward and unleash several consecutive ki-charged punches. His fist will glow a bright green when this move is being performed and when it starts there is almost no stopping it. Each punch will stun the opponent long enough for the next one to land, yielding devastating effects.

Bone Breaker - The chitin that composes his body is exceptionally dense, acting as a means of defense and also as a means of offense. After digging one foot in the area Cricket will charge forward recklessly in a straight line. He cannot change direction nor can he be faltered whilst he is charging. Once he meets his target or whatever obstacle is put in front of him he will slam his full weight in to his target. His chitin allows him to be relatively unscathed from the resulting damage whilst simultaneously shattering his opponent.

Exoskeleton- The exoskeleton surrounding a Taigoniidae is mighty, but at times it will only serve to inhibit their speed. Typically when enough damage is sustained to the exoskeleton, they will wholly abandon it to allow a new one to grow in its stead. With each subsequent growth the chitin that composes their skeleton becomes stronger and stronger. Additionally if a Taigoniidae needs to become faster they may abandon their exoskeleton to achieve this, but it will not become stronger in the next growth if it was not damaged prior to its abandonment.

Personality-With a whimsical personality, it is hard for him to take much seriously. His playful and eccentric nature is unyielding to anything or anyone. It is to the point where it is quite uncanny, the man will make light of serious notions without any given hesitation. The length that he will go in order to garnish a bit of laughter is truly relentless. He will regularly will make jokes out of the death of another's close associate or friend even if it was especially gruesome There is a part of him that enjoys watching others lament and aid them in furthering their depravity. A broken man is irrational and uncaring to the tides around themselves, thus they are more unpredictable. Go enjoys watching their erratic actions, watching a man go from healthy to a slobbering in-comprehensive mess. When a man is that far gone it is more likely that they will do things that will further amuse Go; nothing is more valuable to him than a good laugh.

Even attempting to associate with him is a steep road to climb. Empathy is not something that comes easy to Go; in general he is uncaring regarding the status' of others. It is not impossible for him to see through the eyes of another, to use reason to determine why they may feel or think a certain way. Go simply does not care to. No matter how close he grows to another, he will never consider their emotions to be valuable. To put it simply, Go will say what is on his mind, never hiding his true thoughts in fear of prosecution. Nothing is truly valuable to the man, certainly not the opinions of another. That does not necessarily mean that he is callous out of spite; rather that he likes to put things simply instead of elegantly disguising his true emotions and thoughts. In this sense he is relatively straight forward, not disguising the true meaning of his words. What he says and how he feels can always be taken at face-value.

Biography- Go was hatched on his home planet Dyarasies in a litter of twelve. A relatively small litter for a member of his species, possibly due to the old age of his parents when he was conceived. From the moment he was born he had held only one, primitive desire. He wanted to devour each and every thing that he laid his eyes. Taigoniidae cared little for their children's well being, it was hard to when they had so many children at once. It was a lot easier to let them devour one another when they hatch from their eggs until only a few remain. Of course, Go had survived the initial feud due to the fact that he was one of the first of his litter to hatch. From there he had lived a typical life for a member of their species. It included a lot of eating and very little thinking.

Gradually he had become different from the other Taigoniidae that had inhabited his home planet. They had the capacity to think, but not the desire to. Unlike many he had spited himself for his uncanny hunger and he had the desire to somehow absolve it. Suppressing the innate desire to consume all that appears before you to them is as strong as a humans desire to breath. So stopping it via willpower was not something that was possible. Furthermore they had lacked the tools to leave the planet of their own accordance. Many warlords throughout the cosmos had utilized Taigoniidae as a weapon, dumping numerous eggs on a rival planet to deprive it of its resources. That was the only reason why their species has managed to set foot on many different planets, because their destructive nature was valued.

Go was captured by one of the these warlords in the middle of a meal. If the eggs were enough to ravage a small planet, then imagine what an adult could do? Go had pretended to be submissive, listening to the demands of his capturer. He did a good job of making the warlord feel like he was in control. That had changed once their spaceship had set foot off of the planet. Using his teeth and fist he had made short work of the guards the warlord had put in place, the man was too ambitious for his own good. After devouring the warlord he took the ships pilot as a hostage. He stole one of the warlords smaller ships and used his hostage to pilot it in to the cosmos.
