One x One Draconic Slavery Characters

Name: Iryelle Razdullahan
Age: 19 years old
Gender: Female
Species: Human

Appearance:

Personality:

The one trait that people usually notice first is Iryelle's (sometimes admittedly unwarranted) confidence. Regardless of her age and lack of experience, she acts with unshakable certainty of someone who has survived countless battles. Sometimes she crosses the imaginary boundary and her confidence twists into downright arrogance. To make things even worse, Iryelle is also prone to exaggerating a lot when she speaks about her deeds, so people usually take her stories with a grain of salt. Nevertheless, despite all that, the young woman is generally popular among her peers since she's mostly friendly and extroverted.

It's also easy to get along with her since it's virtually impossible to insult her; this is partly due to her ego and partly due to the fact that she's simply a bit insensitive. The other side of the coin is that she can be fairly inconsiderate or even ruthless when it really counts, all with a smile on her face. It's not that she lacks a moral compass, she merely believes that ends justify means and certain things have to be done. If she ever doubts her actions, she doesn't let it show. Iryelle gives off an impression of being really carefree most of the time, but that exterior hides someone who places great importance on her duties. In fact, Iryelle thinks that she is defined by them.

Bio:

Born to a wealthy family with connections to aristocracy, Iryelle had a better luck than most. If she wanted to, she could spend her life doing exactly nothing and still having better living standards than vast majority of the citizens, but her personality led her down a different path. At the age of thirteen, she voluntarily gave up her heir-ship in favor of her younger brother Bryst and became a famous dragon rider's apprentice. Nobody is quite sure how she managed that since that particular dragon rider - Oyra of Trynsugi - was notorious for rejecting every single apprentice that wished to study under him, but the general consensus is that her family's fortune may have had something to do with it.
Now she's close to completing her training, or at least as close as one can be without having a dragon of her own. That's something Iryelle plans to change soon.

Name: Molan Scur
Human Alias: Emil Roman
Age: 20
Gender: Male
Species: Storm Dragon

Appearance: Molan, like most Storm dragons, has white hair with grey eyes that occasionally appear to be flashing when he is upset or emotional. Unlike most storm dragons though, Molan wears a dark hooded cloak over a light, metallic, grey armor. His face is normally very composed, distant, glaring, yet when fighting it lights up with a wild joy no human could match.

As a dragon Molan appears with a stark white body, with deep grey or black spikes and markings. The spikes can be found nearly all over his body from the tip of his tail, the tip of his wings, and the horns on his head… just name a few of the places. Most people think that Storm dragons have all of these spikes and horns in order to further attract lighting during their self created storms.

Personality/Bio: Molan and his twin sister Indira were born wild at the top of a tall mountain, but they were hatched in Dragon Knight captivity. Neither of them have ever been truly free and it took them years to learn how to fly confidently although if they were born in the wild they would have learned within weeks. The only thing they did not fail to learn was discipline and how to fight as a human, not just a dragon. Everything else though, magic, instincts, sensing, even transformations were hard to master without their parents by their side. Since Storm dragon's value family bonds, the Dragon Knights thought it best to keep them together for mental stability, which turned out to be the right choice because Molan worked harder to protect his sister from danger and Indira calmed the rebellious nature of her brother.

As a hatchling and through adolescence, Molan was never matched up with a fixed rider while Indira found one not to long after reaching maturity. The reason for this was because although he was born in human civilization, he always craved the wild. He did not behave as well as his sister, in fact he seemed to purposefully mess up and cause damage wherever he could. They were not exactly pranks, but they were tricks that were more or less not harmful. He seemed to enjoy forgetting his orders, getting too rough during practise with normal humans, and causing storms by ‘accident’. Yet he never did anything damaging enough to get him killed or separated from his sister, only disciplined in the most bloody ways. Now though, now that he is past the common age of pairing, the superiors are insisting that he get an official rider and not just get tossed around as a back up. They are hoping that by matching him up he will settle down more so that all of their years building him as a warrior will not be wasted.

Other: He wants to meet his parents more than anything, he has always felt like he was missing something.
Indira Scur (20)- The extremely passive, broken twin sister of Molan. The only time she shows any backbone or opens up is when it is dealing with her brother, protecting him from others or protecting Molan from himself. She is very skiddish in normal situations, flinching anytime anyone even raises a hand in her direction, and she is not the best dragon in the service but she is good enough to at least stay alive. Perhaps due to this, she is often covered in bruises and cuts all over her body.

Crevan Reynard (22)- This has been Indira's rider for the past 4 years. Crevan's grandparents were riders, so were his parents, and due to this he was more or less pushed to join the profession as well. Creven has shown no true love for serving the king nor for the dragons themselves, he only seems to enjoy the unrivaled power and authority that the title grants him... and he uses both of these things at the drop of the hat.
