Dorothy was born into a wealthy family, so she grew up in wealth and luxury. She never had a care in the world, and she still acts this way today. She thought that the world was perfect, but that's how she was raised. She always had a smile on her face and a cheerful attitude, which earned her many friends and admirers. Dorothy was always who they would go to find happiness in the world, especially since she easily brought a smile to everyone's faces. When she got earlier, she started to get into singing. Because she was already quite adored, she fit right in. She is currently a well-known jazz singer, but what people don't know is her longing for a life of danger. She'd always been pampered with a perfect, spoiled life. She started showing interest in the Marinello Family after she heard about it and remembered her parents being old friends with the leader of the gang at their lavish parties.

Dorothy is known for her happiness and feminine charm. She's a positive and upbeat person, which is one of the reasons she easily rose to fame and adoration. With how she was raised, she enjoys the glamour and lavish things in life. She loves going out and being entertained or entertaining others. Despite her wealth and love of luxury, she's not a diva. She rarely even brags. She's almost always seen with a bright smile on her face, bringing a sense of light in any dull moment. Dorothy is also quite the romantic, easily having a crush on boys. She's also rarely lies of raises her voice, but she can still be intimidating in other ways if she wants to be. Many members in gangs today are cold and ruthless, but Dorothy likes to be the heart that brings a grin to those emotionless attitudes. She doesn't hold grudges very well since she often forgets about it, which she does quite a lot.
