Backstory: #3244 was previously known as Doctor Nicholas Alexander, #3244 graduated from [REDACTED] University in 19██. #3244 was recovered from the [REDACTED] Particle Test Facility after an unknown anomaly disrupted routine tests at the [REDACTED] Particle Test Facility. The anomaly was believed to be an unknown burst of radiation that either mixed with or took the place of the normal radiation used at the [REDACTED] Particle Test Facility. Neither the atomic structure or the source of the radiation has not been determined at this time. How #3244 gained its abilities from the accident is currently unknown but it is theorized that it gained its abilities from the anomalous properties of the radiation. How #3244 is able to manipulate the molecular structure of objects is unknown at this time.

Dr. J████: Okay. First Question: What do you remember happening?

#3244: I worked there for a long time, I had moved to [REDACTED] just to work there, and-

#3244: [hesitates] It was a normal day of testing, I think we were testing a titanium-based alloy recovered from [REDACTED]. It was recovered from a [REDACTED] bomber plane and [REDACTED] wanted it analyzed. It was an odd job but it was a pretty normal day as they go. Doctor J████ later died in Foundation medical care. Autopsy found that multiple arteries and veins surrounding Doctor J████’s heart had ruptured causing a lack of blood traveling to vital parts of Doctor J████’s body. Cause of death was concluded to be hemorrhaging.
It is hypothesized that #3244 was responsible for this, but no direct correlation has been found. If it was caused by #3244 than this level of molecular manipulation from #3244 would be unprecedented. It is also hypothesized that #3244’s molecular manipulation ability is increasing with time, but no proof of this has been found.
#3244 has shown increasing molecular manipulation ability and has killed 23 personnel and 3 Researchers along with Doctor J████. #3244’s abilities seem to be able to increase exponentially. With only 4 seconds of exposure to #3244 a person will die if #3244 wills it.
#3244 has killed an additional 77 personnel and has caused over 17 Million dollars in damage to technology used to communicate with #3244. #3244’s molecular manipulation abilities have increased over 17 times since the addendum 3244.2 and over 177 times since initial recovery from [REDACTED]. Because of these facts we would like to request Keter Class reclassification. We predict that within the next 2 years #3244 will gain the ability to manipulate the molecular structure of the entire Earth, causing an XK-Class Extinction Event.
