The one thing that I'm confused about is how is Akutsiki are still a thing. I thought that this was after the 4th shinobi war. Also where are the Bijuu at the moment, have they all remained sealed by Sasuke?

They have been sealed in people once again but they are in the next gen so the trainee also the Akatsuki was brought back t o life by one of the people who fought with Madara.
