Kallista is the youngest of the Zabielski family, and because of that, she's almost always felt like she had to prove herself. Her two older brothers and her older sister were always perfect it seemed, even as children. Katherine was born first, followed by Kellan a year later, and then Kai and finally, Kallista. Kai and Kallista were closer in age compared to the other two, so the four children were almost always divided by that fact. While Katherine and Kellan were fairly close, it was almost the same for Kai and Kallista. As children of Henry and Tessa Zabielski, a prominent lawyer and surgeon respectively, they always had everything they ever wanted and needed. Money was never an issue for the Zabielski's, but as they say, money can't buy happiness.

Just before Kallie hit double digits, their mother was killed. It was stone cold murder, an angry visitor at the hospital who shot her in cold blood because she couldn't save his loved one. Their father got the news and Kallie still hears the sound of his devastated sobs in her nightmares. Losing their mother really broke them, because she truly was the glue that held them together. Katherine withdrew into herself, throwing herself into her studies so she could follow in her mother's footsteps and become a surgeon as well. Kellan started acting out, partying and getting into all sorts of recreational drugs. He quickly became the black sheep, even going so far as to drop out of school senior year.

That left Kai and Kallie. Their father became almost a robot of a man, and a drill sergeant to boot. Failure was not an option in the Zabielski clan, and while Henry and Tessa had never wanted their children to fail, there was a sudden pressure to be perfect. Perfect grades, perfect clothes, perfect friends. Kai got into sports, but Kallie just wasn't as outgoing as her brother. She joined glee in high school but never does solos. If she attends parties, she's generally a wallflower, and she doesn't drink or smoke. She definitely doesn't do drugs, and unless you're close with her, you might see her as quiet and maybe even a little stuck up.

She doesn't have a huge group of friends, but she does have a few close ones. She strives to be perfect at everything she does because she wants to make her father proud. Maybe a part of her thinks if she can succeed there, he might turn back into the man he once was. Somewhere in trying to be perfect for everyone else, though, she lost a part of herself. Or maybe it happened when her mother died and her older siblings each went their separate ways. Either way, she's a senior now and she wants to try and break out of her shell. But where and how to start?

Kai was born third in the Zabielski family, after an older sister and brother. His younger sister Kallista is about a year or so younger than him, making them closer in age than the older two, Katherine and Kellan. He was always closer in general to Kallie, but the four siblings got along fairly well. They had their fights and disagreements, sure, but overall they were happy. Their father was a well respected lawyer, their mother a surgeon in the local hospital. They had a decent life, one where they didn't have to ask for much, and if they did they definitely got it. Their parents liked spoiling their kids to a degree, and Kai was definitely spoiled.

He was around ten or so when their mother was murdered, shot in cold blood at the hospital she worked at. Someone was angry with her for not being able to save their loved one, and so they took her away from their family. Losing the woman was a blow to the entire family, because she truly was the glue that kept them together. Katherine withdrew into herself and Kellan became the black sheep of the family the older he got. He dropped out of high school and left the family home, and with Katherine gone too, that left Kallie and Kai behind. Their father had become a strict man, but a shell of the man he once was.

Being less than perfect was no longer an option in the Zabielski home. Kai always struggled more than Kallie, but they helped each other out where they could. Granted, Kai was more popular and outgoing than Kallie, but she'd never really shown an interest in being like that. They drifted apart over the course of high school, but Kai likes to think they still have the bond they once did. He spends alot of his time out of the house, claiming to be at practice or whatnot. And most of the time, he is, but he also parties hard and likes to try most recreational drugs that come his way. He's reckless and a little wild, but so what? He likes to have fun.

Bio: Chase is, and always has been, an all American kid. Growing up in rural Georgia with pastors for parents, he was your textbook pastor's kid. As a child he was bright, and friendly, and kind. His sheltered lifestyle kept him from a lot of the trouble his peers got into.

That did not last long, it never does with pastors kids. Chase quickly found his voice, and he put his parents under the same amount of pressure that they put him under. He was a force of nature, constantly getting into the worst kinds of trouble. Even as a pre-teen, he was impossible to keep track of.

During his adolescence Chase could be found on the riverbanks of middle Georgia, or going on rowdy vacations with his friends to the Appalachian mountains. He was friends with the kids no one else was friends with, the outcasts of small town society. Partly because it bothered his parents, and partly because he fit in best with them. He felt like the black sheep of his own family, even if he was a basic country boy. His parents were pastors of the small county's biggest church, and his older brother was a star student with a future in the Army secured by the time he was seventeen. Chase had no idea what he wanted to do with his life, and when he was that young, he didn't care. He ignored his parents constant pleas to study a little harder, to find something he loved doing, or to just come to church. Chase didn't want that life.

The worst of his rebellion was when he was fifteen. Chase disappeared, along with a few other kids he had grown up with, for several days. It was nothing sinister, the kids had just run off with some camping gear and stolen beer. They returned home before law enforcement were even on their trail, despite their parents filing missing persons reports on each of them. Chase figured, once again, his parents were simply overreacting about him being a teenager.

Nine weeks later, he came home from school to find his parents waiting for him. He was used to these conversations, they would sit around their kitchen table and he would listen while they droned on and on about him needing to get his life together. This time, it was a lot different. They let him know that a parent called, a parent of one of the girls he had disappeared with a couple of months before, and that the girl was pregnant. They told them that she insisted that Chase was the only one who could have been the father. Naturally, his parents made it very clear that they, as well as the girls parents, had already decided that the baby would be carried to term, and that she and Chase were going to get married.

Chase felt like the world was ending. The truth was that he didn't feel anything toward that girl, it was a camping trip full of alcohol and bad decisions. He did feel something for one of his other friends, but in rural Georgia one didn't express affections toward members of the same sex, so he had never showed it. Now he realized he was stuck forever with this girl, and he would never get to experience anything else.

The parents of the two wayward teens found it more difficult than they ever imagined to coordinate a marriage between them. Chase was not the only one who fought them tooth and nail. The girl, Julia, also refused to do as she was asked. Neither teenager would show up for church, or marriage counseling with another local pastor, Chase spent more and more weekends disappearing, drinking, partying.

By this time, his older brother was graduating from his basic training in the Army, and was marrying his high school sweetheart. It was only weeks before Julia would give birth to not just one baby, but what turned out to be twin babies, a boy and a girl. Chase and Julia's parents made a difficult decision for the teenagers, that turned out to be an answer to both of their prayers. Chase's brother would adopt the twins, and they would grow up with all of the benefits and luxuries the military could provide them. Chase would only see them once every year or so, and Julia, though an offer was extended to play a part in the kids lives, chose to cut off the Redding family completely after she gave birth. She changed towns, and Chase has not seen her since.

Chase's parents tried to make the best of their situation, but it was far too late for them. They couldn't take the judgmental gazes from everyone else in town, especially knowing that as pastors, they had failed their community. Their own son the cause of a teen pregnancy, out of wedlock, and refusing to get married and raise his own children, and worst of all he showed no remorse. He, in fact, considered it a blessing that the kids were whisked away to Virginia, where his brother was stationed first.

His parents eventually closed the doors to their small church, and, falling back on his father's accounting and finance degrees, they moved to Florida to start a new life.

Things have not been good between Chase and his parents ever since then. The bitterness of losing their religious status is evident, and their love for their son and only child remaining at home is noticeably strained.

Chase misses home terribly, which is only causing him to act out even worse as he enters into a new high school to complete his senior year.

His parents have begged him not to tell anyone about anything that happened back in Georgia, and Chase does not intend to. He is hoping to leave that disaster behind, and has finally decided it's time to find out what he's passionate about in life.

Personality: Having been raised in a Strict Asian Family, Brenda had to give up many liberties that many would take for granted. While this left her bitter, she became very family oriented and caring as a result. As a result of focusing on School for most of her life, Brenda is very attentive and focused on her goals in life. As a Friend, she is noted to be very easygoing, nice and caring, as she will always be there whether a shoulder is needed to cry on, to vent or any of the sort because she leaves an Open Door Policy. However, she isn't the strongest emotionally and can be considered light-hearted, but that doesn't necessarily mean that she is. One rude comment, depending on its severity can send her straight into tears. An Emotional girl, she also cries very easily compared to most girls. Whenever she is mad at someone, she can stay mad at them for an extensive period of time, with her longest grudge being at least two years long if not any longer.

Bio: Most of her School life was focusing on Academics, as she came from an Asian Family, so Academics was very important in her Family. Since Elementary School, Brenda had always strived to be the best, top of her class, everything. By Middle School, she would always have the highest grade in all her classes. All four years, she took Advanced Placement and Honors Classes because of Academic Skill Level. In terms of being social, she had very few friends, but was often bullied because of her race and the fact that she 'wore too much make-up'. She even had to deal with physical bullying, which included pulling her bra strap, yanking on her hair, shoving her around, etc. Eventually, she had enough and was caught on a bad day. She proceeded to give her bully, a merciless beating and got suspended for a whole week. She got off Scott-free on the criminal charges because witnesses said that she fought both in self-defense and she was being bullied and harassed. Sophomore year, everyone steered clear of her because of that fateful day her Freshman year.

Milo and Elena have an okay relationship. When Milo was a child the two were all they had an were very close. As Milo got older and into things Elena didn't approve of, their relationship was effected and they are no longer close. Elena loves Milo and wants him to have a good life and stay out of trouble and makes it known to her son.

Tim Morel - Step Father
Tim and Milo are cordial to one another. While Tim tried to make an effort to get to know Milo when he first met Elena, the young boy was not interested. The two now keep things respectful for Elena's sake. Tim is open to getting closer to Milo if ever given the chance.




PERSONALITY
There are two sides to Milo, one is the outgoing and charming salesman, the other is the shy and laid back goofball. Not many people get to see the second side since he doesn’t really like to share the real him. Not many people could tell you how Milo thinks or feels about many things, and that is done on purpose, as he tries his best to keep his opinions to himself as to stay out of drama and on most people's good side. While Milo is not afraid of conflict, he definitely doesn’t like to deal with it and will do as much as he can to keep the peace. For the most part, Milo can stay pretty even keel and keep his composure during stressful or tough situations. Not many things can shock, upset, or rattle him.

Milo is a great communicator and uses not only his words, but his charm to keep himself out of trouble in school. In social situations, he can fit into different groups of people easily. He loves a good laugh and can joke with the best of them. His observation skills and quick wit make up some of his best comedic moments. Trust is one of the things that Milo takes very seriously, if he feels that he cannot trust someone or if his trust is broken, he will not deal with that person. In his head, your word is bond, so he never goes back on his promises and hates when he is lied to.

BIOGRAPHY
Milo’s childhood was far from a fairy tale. His mother Elena, was a teen mom and his father wanted nothing to do with him or his mother. The hard times that befell him and his mom when he was a child were extreme, from times when they didn’t have food to eat, to times when they didn’t even have a place to live. Even though they had financial struggles, Elena tried to be the best mom possible, she was loving and always tried to to keep Milo as happy as possible, regardless of how little they had.

When Milo was about eleven his mom had more steady income coming in, but it still wasn’t all that they needed. That was when he took it upon himself to try and make some money to help their little family. There were a few teenagers in his neighborhood who Milo noticed always had money, new clothes, jewelry, ect., so he approached them to see how he could make money like them. As soon as he stopped talking the tattooed teens laughed in his face, they didn’t take the soft spoken small kid in front of them seriously. But that didn’t deter Milo, he decided that since they wouldn’t teach him how to make money, he would just watch them. So everyday after school he sat across the street from the teens hangout and watched what they did. While he didn’t actually learn much from his observations, he did earn the teens respect, and they decided to help Milo out.

Only a few weeks after he started running with his new gang, Milo was bringing in money to not only help with the bills at home, but buy himself nice things. The teens taught him many ways to make money over the next couple years, from stealing to dealing, they did whatever they could, and Milo took to it all very well. Turns out he was a great salesman, and was also really good with numbers. During his time doing his street hustling, his mother was not happy about it but Milo didn’t care. The way he saw it was that he was doing it to make sure they were both taken care of and to take some stress off of her shoulders.

When Milo was fourteen, his mother got married. It was a bit of a shock to him. While he of course knew she was dating Mr. Tim Morel, Milo never had any thought that his mother actually really loved the guy. With his mother’s new marriage not only did he get a new “step-father”, he also got a new address. Milo was very against moving away from his hometown, no matter how low class it was, it was his city. To make matters worse, not only was he moving to a new city at the beginning of his high school life, he was moving to a rich neighborhood. Mr. Morel just so happened to be the top broker at a large financial firm, and worth quite a bit of money.

The first couple months at Milo’s new school, he kept to himself and didn’t really engage with anyone, he more so just observed the rich kids he thought he had nothing in common with. But after he started to get a feel for the school and learn how the kids there operated, he saw an opportunity to do what he was good at again. He knew he could start his own business operation at the school and make money off of all the rich kids. He reached out to some of his old connections and began making new ones in his new city. His plan was to be the go to guy to get any and all things for the trust fund kids of his new school.

Over the last couple years Milo has been successful in his entrepreneurship, not only making plenty of profit, but also in raising his own social status in the school. While he only has a couple people he actually considers friends, he knows everyone at the school, even if some won’t cop to their interactions with him.
