Creation, to many, is infinitely expanding and evolving, similarly to the many species within it. This is true, in the year 2016, on the planet known as earth, where billions of civilized individuals, as well as trillions of organisms. As technology is pushed forward, so are the very capabilities of the human kind.
A discovery, that the government calls Deviants, has been told to the very public. Deviants, also known as superhumans, metahumans, and mutants, are people who have been gifted with special abilities, some beyond comprehension. Some of these powers naturally developed in genes, others have been forcibly imbued within the body, and some have been caused by freak accidents.
For centuries, sightings of these supposed "abilities" have not been proven, and dismissed as mere myth. However, through recent studies and uprising, it has been finally acknowledged that these deviants are indeed among us, and vast in numbers. However, the world's reaction to such news has not been rather well received. ..
The government calls these metahumans as threats to naturally civilization, some anti-deviant extremists have rallied together in protest against them. As such, the deviant population has had their own responses to this sudden unveiling, using their abilities for whatever purposes they please, be it forming factions, or their own greed.
