Born in New York City, New York to Mr. and Mrs. Carter (Agents Panther and Jaguar), their parents’ jobs as agents of DELVA were never kept secret from the twins, and while they didn’t start training as early as they could have, for the sake of giving them a tiny bit more of a childhood, they officially began training at age 5. The siblings took to the training easily, starting missions within their first year of training. They worked solely within their family until the age of 10, at which point they began to be loaned to other senior members of the agency; this was the point when it became obvious that the siblings had little interest in anyone they were not related to. Still, while the twins stood off a bit from the other agents, they progressed quickly through the ranks, soon becoming some of the best agents in Junior Division B, even with their not so moral behaviors.[/SIZE]

Wavy brown hair that’s so dark it’s almost black is cut into an asymmetrical bob with bangs chopped off at a level that not only allows you to see the ‘sincerity’ in her coffee colored eyes, but the very faint raise of an eyebrow- the only tell of her irritation while playing nice. The other dominating features of her oval–shaped face are a slightly-upturned nose and full lips, generally pulled into a slightly-too-wicked smile that hints at her true nature, if only a little. Her caramel toned skin is free of any scars or markings, and kept perfect mostly through a large arsenal of acne products, facial cleansers, and moisturizers. Besides all this, Raine is tall, towering over most other girls as she's just shy of 6'.
