Standing at 5'3 Delphine is quit the catch , she is known as the most enchanting of all the signs . With long light brown locks that reach her upper waist ,her hair is always on point , the color of her hair matches perfectly with her light pinkish skin color . Her figure is slim yet has a beautiful hour glass curve to it , with slender , soft , glowing hands and nails that are always on point . Small feminine feet , she is quit small than most the signs .
Her outfit preferences always seems to be pastel colors mostly white , wearing long gowns/dresses and never anything short . Her light brown locks are usually always usually desgined like so :
History :
Born of royalty , bathed with riches , handled with care ,
Delphine is the 2nd daughter to the just crowned Queen of France Lady Sansa , being the youngest in the household she was ignored most of the time because of her brother his parents are suffering to keep his image looking pure as to when he becomes the king . Lady Sansa is more lean on her youngest daughter than her other children , treating her very differently , not spoiling her , teaching her lessons and punishing her when she's done something wrong ( even the smallest thing ) others might say she hates her but its clear that her mother worries for her and wants her to become an independent women , a women who is kind and not a spoiled little princess like her eldest daughter . It had been a foggy morning for France as it usually is , but just outside the palace gates a celebration was being held , today was the young princess's birthday everything was going as planned the family was having a feast the variety of foods were endless . At that moment a man came into the room , he was dressed of fine silk that looked as if it was woven by the gods . The king was going to scream but once his eyes meet the man its as if he knew that it was time , the dinner had to be stopped by order of the king and the children were sent to their rooms . After a short while Delphine's mother burst into Delphine's room crying . After some time Lady Sansa spoke to her daughter of the tragic fate that god has thrown upon her , Delphine couldn't help but cry . After a few months it was December 23rd that was the deadline , Delphine remembered her mothers word ' Life is to short to wake up in the morning with regrets . So, love the people who treat you right and forget the ones who don't . And believe all things happen for a reason . . . if you get a chance - take it ; if it changes your life -let it. Nobody said it would be easy . WE just promised it would be worth it .' Delphine remember those words when you need me and i am not around ' with a heavy heart Delphine left her home and every thing in it . The destination that they had arrived was marvelous it was as if she was back inside her history books . After a short while she was thrown inside a room , of course she was scared as any child would be but the room was spacious it looked like she was in ancient Rome . Another man had entered her room calming that her mother had begged her father to tell them she wouldn't want to be alone , the man finished telling the story and aloud another man with two beast looking animals . Since that very day Delphine has kept both animals near her at all times , they were the closest thing to family around her . But what kept her alive her was dancing she loved dancing and spent countless hours dancing in her room ( not that she had a choice she had to stay in her room) . She believes that she would give up every thing but her being able to dance . The art of dance and music is the only thing she has left of her mother .
Curse : All her memories of her time on Earth are taken away.
Powers : Within a limited range she can wrap people up in water and reverse their normal nature temporarily, it doesn't work if she cares deeply for the person though, wether it's friendship or as something more, and again it's only temporary.

Quiet similar to the Pisces , Delphine is Deeply empathetic, she often exhibits a gentle, patient nature, but one that is in want of inspiration. She is generous, amiable, she is a positive natured person with a deep sense of kindness and compassion. Delphine is highly tuned in to everything around her including the feelings of others. She is socially popular because of her easygoing and likable manner. She has an uncanny sense of perceiving what a person wants or needs, and delivering it. She is reflexive, preferring to allow circumstances and events to unfold and, only then responding. She doesn't do well in highly structured or regimented situations and generally buck convention. Delphine can be so emotional, needy and intense that she can end up being a real drag to people around her . Delphine is so easily lied to because she so wants to believe. No matter how often she is led astray by empty promises, she keeps the faith and push's on toward her personal ideal. The two pairs go by the name Meria ( mirror ) & Blare ( Brush ) . Delphine has quiet the meek body it can't take the weight of heavy object , escaping to her only hope small weapons . It is very easy for the young lady to carry these weapons with her going unnoticed . She usually carries both , but at times ( mostly ) she will carry her the mirror , because its her main weapon .The mirror it's self is very unique , it was designed just for the young lady. ( Mostley now every one knows she's weak) once you push in the handle and press the blue gem it will become:
This weapon once thrown at the victim will of course attack .Though the attack will very depending on where the master throws it and if the user wants it to be fatal or not for example hitting a fatal point like the thought the blade will slice it clean , or it could just graze the victim only scratching it for a small amount of blood to drip. Theses weapons seem almost harmless , the brush is a dagger once you pull the bottom half you get a glass knife :
Made of the finest glass mixed with diamonds , as you know diamonds are a very strong 'gem' its very powerful and can break into anything including iron .
Other :
The two animals given to her Memphis ( White ) & Leeby ( Black ) . They accompany her every where .
They consider themselves as servants , and family to Delphine , being her protectors .
