In this world their was once a time where five Chromatic dragons ruled with iron claws over the lands of Agoran. For 100's of years the ruled until a group of powerful warriors stood up to them and slayed them. They found the gathered dragon hoard and collected hoards and went off to create grand cities in their image. The cities are Rowmoor: the city of sentinels, Gita: the city of runes, Heygrove: throne of the gods, Ochanqac:the city of grace, and Llano: city of ghosts. Other cities arose over time and the memory of those five dragons are but a distant memory turned into children's tales to make them behave.
But what has been buried in time has yet to revel its true horror. A storm is breweing and those memories will soon become horrific reality and those children's tales will become living nightmares in Dead Nightmares.
The hero cities
Rowmoor: the city of sentinels, This city was founded by the great warrior of the heroes who defeated the dragons. After the battle he became more religious and decided to create a city of both great warriors and devote believers. This city is the one greatest stop for warriors, paladins, and clerics of all. and of course the town guard who are honored by all in the city known as Rowmoors Brethren.
Gita: the city of runes, The mage of the great heroes founded this city. After the battle he created a city more for the sake of gaining more knowledge then creating a functional city. After awhile it became a thriving city full of mages from sorcerers to wizards.
Heygrove: the throne of the gods, this city was founded by the rouge of the heroes. This city is full of opportunity and wealth. The rouge himself had a giant ego and made the center building where the current head of city lives shaped into a literally throne. The throne is known for its bazaars and shops...and of course the criminal underworld base of operations as the rumors go.
Ochanqac: the city of grace, Named after the bard among the heroes. She was a woman of renowned beauty. After the battle she created a city of art, music, and dancing! All those who enjoy the arts of life come to this city. Bards are the people who come here.
Llano: the city of ghosts, not much is known on this hero. He joined this group halfway on their journey and many say he is a ranger. When the battle was over he built a city...but when anyone visits they claim it is not a city...it is a necropolis. Some it's haunted and many know that any one in the surrounding area have made it tradition to bury the dead in Llano.
The Dragon tyrants of old
Athandrak: the rotting black tyrant, This dragon was well known for causing things only pain. this dragon became insane and ended killing thousands just so he can have rotting bodies around it.
Nglongll: the storming blue tyrant, This dragon was known to wander around and find cities. The dragon enjoyed raining down lightning and destroying a city. Nothing gave it more joy then seeing thousands run away and have no where to go.
Ronglan: the rumbling green tyrant, This dragon enjoyed causing enough damage to have people try and stop it. It would find the strongest warrior and battle him or her. After awhile it grew bored until it had the grand idea of breeding it's own people to fight against.
Savana: the burning red tyrant, This dragon hated magic. It went around and found powerful mages and publicly burned them for all to see. The biggest truth was that the dragon didn't like anyone else having magic and wanted to eradicate all mages so it was the only mage left.
Weturo: the frozen white tyrant, This dragon wanted to freeze the world. It was obsessed with territory and wanted to create a kingdom in its own image. Though any know this was the leader among the five. The brains beyond the tyrants rule for 100's of years.
