The Gotham Clock Tower is what the name implies - a large clock tower in Gotham. It is currently the headquarters of the Birds of Prey as well as housing the apartment of Barbara Gordon, aka Oracle.
Wayne Manor is a large rundown mansion and former residence of the Wayne family built on the outskirts of Gotham City.
Wayne Manor was the large palatial home of Bruce Wayne and his butler Alfred Pennyworth, and the former home to the late Martha and Thomas Wayne, who were laid to rest in the family crypt on the grounds. Inside, next, to his parent's final resting place is an empty coffin bearing the marker of Bruce Wayne.
As it stands, the manor is a desolate husk, overtaken by weeds and water-stains after years of neglect due to the apparent death of its namesake Bruce Wayne.
The Glasshouse is an ultra-modern house located on the lake on the Wayne Property. Alfred Pennyworth resides there as it was left to him in Bruce Wayne's last will and testament. It is situated directly above the Batcave beneath the lake.
The Batcave was the secret underground headquarters of Batman (formerly also used by Nightwing, Robin, while also sometimes Batgirl), consisting of a subterranean complex, containing all of the numerous sophisticated pieces of equipment utilized in his long anti-crime crusade.
Wayne Enterprises is a company previously run by Bruce Wayne, but with his death, Gotham has left the company all but behind, causing the company to virtually go bankrupt. The main Wayne Enterprises building has been left abandoned, ransacked, and covered in graffiti due to it being left open to both squatters and vandals. Only, with one of its subsidiaries is Wayne Tech keeping the Wayne foundation alive.
The Gotham City Police Department (GCPD) is the police department of Gotham City. On the roof of the building lays one of the last relics of the time of The Batman. The Bat Signal, laws dormant and off. The last time it was ever used by the GCPD was the night Batman and Joker had their final standoff and were both seemingly killed in the process.
