Crime Alley. Where Thomas Wayne and Martha Wayne were shot dead. The place is now a memorial based around the two, as they were donors to a lot of organizations and helped Gotham in a time of depression. Their murderer is currently behind bars awaiting a death sentence.
The Madhouse. Arkham Asylum is the place where the most criminally insane of Gotham go, and most are taken there by Batman, to get help in some way. Though, most tend to escape. Recently, there have been fundraisers and taxes to get an increase in security at the Asylum so the inmates don’t break out as often, and put as many lives in danger.
The home of the Wayne family, where billionaire Bruce Wayne lives with his butler, Alfred Pennyworth. There is usually a charity event that goes on every year here.
