Futuristic Dark, Gritty, and Brutal

I want to work on an RP that is dark, gritty, and brutal.

But what does that even mean? I'm open to suggestions.

Please PM me so we can talk this over.

So far I know there should be blood, murder, betrayal, drugs...

And humor? I dunno. Benjamin Franklin didn't have the entire U.S. Constitution already drafted when he suggested America leave the British. Be my T. Jefferson and let's figure this out.

When I think of RP that is dark, gritty, and brutal, the first thing I think of is a low-fantasy setting, where there are no heroes, and everyone seems to be out for themselves. Like Game of Thrones, or Berserk (the latter I particularly enjoy.)
