Personality: Damian is a very sarcastic guy, he likes to mess around and lightly pick on others in a somewhat friendly way, but hes a nice guy, he tries to do what he thinks is right and will protect those trying to survive with his life, and he would protect those he cares about even harder if that was possible. Hes not the type of person who shows he cares or is obvious about being a "good person" and even comes off as rude at times which makes most people suspicious or bothered by him at first, this annoys him a bit but its not like its their fault hes difficult.
Biography: Damian was once a competing martial artist, he was well known in his area for how successful he was, it didn't seem long before he would compete with the pros, but then once they found out he was a meta-human they banned him from competing even though he never once used his powers while fighting, they still accused him of cheating, so then he had nothing to do except go to school......but then he decided that he couldn't just sit around and do nothing all day, he put on a mask pulled up his hood and made a very reckless decision, "I'm gonna become a vigilante". so he would help out the authorities with catching criminals, normal humans and meta humans alike, needless to say people weren't really happy with what "Volt" (what the media decided to call him) was doing, he was on the news quite often being called a criminal himself and he was accused of crimes he never committed, but he didn't care, he knew he was doing something good so it didn't bother him too much. When the Vaccine came out he was very conflicted, on one hand he could finally compete again, on the other he could never be Volt anymore. In the end he never made a choice, he stalled long enough to find out that the vaccine went wrong and meta humans were going crazy, now he does what he can to survive as he looks for others. (anything about his family and home life will be revealed in rp)

Powers: Electricity generation: He can generate electricity from his body, he hasn't learned how to shoot it off of him yet as a projectile yet but hes learning. He can use the electricity on his body to electrocute anyone hes holding on to, or for a quick shock if he punches or kicks them with the electricity in his fists or feet, its a lot more effective if he uses his staff though since its made of metal. He can also enhance most of his physical abilities by just running the electricity through his body; stronger, faster, etc. hes also immune to electrical damage, although if a meta human with electrical powers attacked him it wouldn't be surprising if it hurt him, even if was resistant to it
