He has light brown hair that stops a little past his shoulders and hazel eyes with his left being a bit lighter than the right. He pretty short standing at 4'6 and claims that he hasn't grown since middle school. He has a bit of more feminine curves and is often mistaken as one by those who don't know him.
Personality: (Pre-plague and post-plague)
Before the Plague Dakota was a very childish boy and loved to have fun. He often played games or watched movies at his best friend Lucas's house. He was often teased for his girly looks and learned to ignore it when he could. He has a major sweet tooth and usually had some type of sweet within arms reach claiming that he can't function without them. Many wondered how he was so skinny with all the sweets he ate.
Dakota is now a quite boy who doesn't talk much, rather than not talking because he doesn't want to, he claims that it's because nobody actually wants to interact with someone like him. He still retains his childish side and his love for sweets however they now only show when he feels comfortable around someone or when he thinks he's alone.
Biography: (Pre-plague and post-plague)
Dakota gew up with an abusive and alcoholic father spending as much time as he could at Lucas's house. Lucas knew however he was sworn to secrecy and had to watch as Dakota came over to his house with more bruises every day. Dakota and Lucas would often go to Lucas's house together and Dakota would go to his own home some time after dinner when he thought his father was drunk and passed out on the couch.
When the plague hit Dakota and Lucas were both infected, Lucas died but Dakota somehoe survived and a few days later he discovered his powers after having an emotional breakdown when he went to Lucas's parents feeling their pain.
He was soon taken in by some guards having seen him having another one of his emotional breakdowns and things were moving all around him.
