Personality: Pre-plague, Dahlia was an extrovert; she was loud and sociable with the many people she knew well, but a lot of times, she was shy, so she was a shy extrovert. She was kind and caring and did more than what she necessarily had to do. She was very trustworthy; you could keep a secret safe with her for as long as you wanted. Dahlia loved helping people and listening to their problems. She smiled quite often and tended to be very passive-aggressive. She avoided conflict at any cost and even tried to solve a few. She also loved being adventurous and taking risks.

Post-plague, Dahlia has almost completely changed. She’s quieter, more shy, and her emotions have been practically beaten out of her. In the beginning, she was quite impulsive because she hated the mere thought of being locked up and controlled because of her destructive powers. She usually stays inside and rarely tries to talk to anyone.

Biography: Dahlia was born and raised in Rollingwood, Travis County, Texas. It is an extremely small town with a population of 1,508. Her family was loving and caring. She was a very typical child, going to a good school and hanging out with friends. Dahlia would be classified as a shy extrovert. She longed to talk to people, but she was very nervous. This didn't help her with her sociability. She had many friends, but Dahlia moved from place to place as both of her parents got promotions and all kinds of job offers. Her mother had been in medical school before she met Dahlia's father, who was studying to become an attorney. Her father would move from firm to firm, getting the best job offers as his reputation got better and better. Because of this, Dahlia learned how to not form strong bonds with her friends so she wouldn't end up feeling upset about leaving them. To this day, she still struggles with forming close relationships with people.

After the plague, Dahlia was devastated. Her only close family was her mother and father. At the time, they were expecting to have a baby. The plague killed her mother and father, along with the unborn baby. However, Dahlia was different. She didn't die or stay human. The plague affected her differently, in a way she wouldn't have ever thought. She ended up with electrokinesis. She realized this when she sent voltage into her phone by tapping on it and it automatically redirected to her. This was startling, although the shock was minor. She also saw little electric volts dangling around her fingertips. Not too many days later, she was counted as a mutant and was sent into the camp.

Powers: Electrokinesis – the ability to manipulate electricity

Wristband color: Blue

Strengths: She tends to be very calm and even more quiet. She doesn't react very easily; she is usually a blank slate.

Weaknesses: Dahlia tends to be quite impulsive. Her powers also tend to backfire. Many times she has shocked herself, but not with enough voltage to accidentally kill herself or seriously injure another person.
