Likes:
A Fight- Given her past and present, Daedra has amassed and been granted power and influence that dwarfs that of most all she's ever really had to deal with. This makes her almost dangerously attracted to those who pose a threat.
Voyeurism- Watching the world collide and unravel through the all seeing eye of the Pyxis satellite
Militant Psychology- Daedra gets sick kicks from the hidden malice of the propaganda campaigns her section employs in their strives to "stabilize regions and free up resources and markets". Enjoying when the little people play into the company hand.
Playing with Food- Daedra enjoys interacting with her targets personally (more or less) especially when she's able to break them down.
Being In, On and Around the Loop- Daedra has an almost compulsive need to know and understand everything. Or at least by her definition of everything.
Tricks n' Traps- Daedra loves subterfuge and will use it sometimes to no logical end, she'll lie and deceive simply because it's an option.
Collector of the Bizarre- Daedra will allocate some resources to the location and retrieval of the peculiar or occult, be it objects, areas or people.
Music- The kind you listen to.

Dislikes:
Cynic
- Hates the general population and has a very Wolves and Sheep way of looking at things.
Losing- Pretty self explanatory
Micromanagement- A stipulation of her work is that she is given blank check status when in operation.
Out of Control- not having the upper-hand or being put in a tough spot
Disappointments- expecting more and getting less.
Sticks and Stones- Not a fan of insults
Foul Creatures- High amount of animosity towards the supernatural
"Do I look like a charity case?"- Unwanted help is taken like an insult.

Fears:
Losing enough control of the situation to actually feel fear.

Personality:
When describing Daedra, things can get confusing very fast. Her personality generally tends to oscillate between sardonic and derisive, kind and playful, focused and steely-eyed and intense and enigmatic. Even being the chameleon she is, all her personas have a distinct air of benevolent superiority; like an older sister who's presence generally means she wants something from you...like your life. While by and large a horrible person, it can't be said that those who talk with her are made immediately aware of this and her work ethnic/loyalty doesn't speak negatively of her either.
Her change in mien is largely due to her surroundings and her habit of adapting to the company she's in. Her demeanor is fluid, her character changing but her core is solid, old, a lingering sentiment of who she once was. It's this version few see and the version most true.

At the moment, she's incredibly bored with her life and hoping Hell City will have something new to offer her.

Backstory:
Little is know about Daedra, save for the fact she was born to a place ravaged by war and crime. The world hardened her from a young age. Daedra used her familiarity with this kind of landscape and inconspicuous appearance to her advantage, acting as a mole and then selling the information as a broker to rival organizations. This obviously tended to be a brief affair, that ended rather bitterly. Eventually, NoxArma found it's way to her little slice of hell and swiped it out from under her and everyone else. She was initially part of the opposition to their guised invasion, however, the more they fought against them the more the common man that had spent the past living under foot (sometimes hers) began to turn on them. Soon NoxArma had the populace on their side and she soon found herself knarked out and captured. She was given an ultimatum. The company saw value in her talent as a mole and gave her the timeless choice; join or die. The pay was handsome, the time was right and the alternative none too inviting so she took the offer. And so began a long and violent career with NoxArma Global Dynamics. She started out small, negotiating internal breaches, working under senior company officers and seeking out snitches and whistle blowers. Eventually, demonstrating enough diligence and ruthlessness she claimed the ranks and was designated a "Surveyor". Here she was tasked with discerning the worth of a particular region through work as a mole or double agent and then laying the seed of the consequent move on the area. Not more than a 4 years ago, during a deep insertion her cover was blown and she was mortally injured and left for dead by someone harnessing some manner of supernatural force. Daedra was only able to partially block the attack, and as a result she lost her left arm, left leg below the knee and suffered severe damage to her bodies respiratory, circulatory, lymphatic and nervous system. It seemed her attacker used some kind of poison attack that stunted her bodies ability to oxygenate itself. The company had very little time to act when they found her. She was nearing brain death and seeing an asset slowly turn to ash the corporation opted to invest just a little more into her and pull her back from the embrace of death. She was given cybernetic limbs and had her near useless lungs removed and replaced with a system designed to do the job of oxygenating her blood and then also forcing the poisoned tissues to utilize the oxygen and sustain life. The nature of the process requires pure or near oxygen to reliably work. Her lack of lungs and a diaphragm makes her unable to breath in or out and so she relies on her mask to pull in oxygen for her.
After that she was reassigned to the less direct role of Force Commander to one of the many "Aid Campaigns" and "Relief Efforts" the company engages in. She accumulated some notable conquerings here and there, though nothing she personally found exciting. Her main qualm with the new gig is that she's much more in the public eye in this position, having to play leader and already charged and acquitted for crimes expertly hidden.
During her particularly boring incursions, her interest in the anomalous manifested into a collection of curious topics, each addition cementing her hate for the abnormal; probably as a method to cope. Recently, a late Surveyor sent word of the "resource rich" Hell City and it's status as a prime candidate, that is, before his demise. With no preparation set, Daedra has been tasked with the taking of the city, a step down in terms of scale from what she'd used to. But apparently, there is reason to believe this city will be a tough nut to crack and that the markets and holdings of certain individuals will be well worth the time wasted on relatively the small target.
She, a company of subordinates, division of Shrike drones and a Pyxis satellite have been deployed to Hell City as the shell organization of Hellion City Security Department. Her higher ups made it very clear that her first and foremost objective is to win over the hearts and minds of the people before she is to begin getting belligerent.

Gear/Weapons:
-Gen III NoxArma Cybernetics attached at the shoulder. The arm is retrofitted with a launcher configuration, arc chain configuration, gladius-like configuration, Aegis ability (shield) and super-heated configuration.
-Gen VI NoxArma Cybernetics attached below the left knee. Designed with combat in mind, the platform is fitted with kinetic boosters and razor sharp claws. She doesn't wear a shoe on that foot so the rhythmic sound of her metal foot hitting the floor as she approaches gave her the nickname One-Two.
-A specially designed mask that filters ambient air into pure oxygen. A necessity after a hexing of some kind left her mangled and afflicted.
-A myriad of mission specific weaponry. A sidearm of some kind on her left hip, rifle on a sling, and collapsible quarterstaff on her lower back, sidearm on her right calf and small, low yield munitions deposited out of the side of her cybernetic leg.
-Command over NoxArma personnel, The Pyxis Surveillance Satellite and a Division of Shrike Drones

Pyxis Satellite- Low orbiting surveillance installation fitted with 115 different cameras, all equipped with a multitude of optics created with the goal of being able to have clear and informative visual on anyone and thing within range. Aside from this the Pyxis is tapped to just about any unsecured or traceable connection making it able to utilizing anything from remote camera feeds to voice recording and text records. A refractive coating makes it almost undetectable.

Shrike Drone- Mass production assault drone capable of sustained flight, agile maneuvering, and experimental cloaking. The name Shrike, aside from being code, is also to do with the fact that the drone is covered in sharp edges, often used to impale targets. While often being able to negotiate hostiles with blades the drones are also armed with an arm mounted machine gun and similarly mounted rail-gun.

Strengths:
Nothing but Time- Daedra loves taking her time and won't rush into anything unless the plan calls for it.
I AM the 1%- Nigh limitless assets are afforded to her by the company.
Superhuman- Procedures to save her, enhanced her physical and mental attributes through the reinforcement of her body to negate the effects of the histotoxic hyperoxia she was given. It instead utilizes the excess oxygen and supercharges the muscles and remaining organs in her body.
From Concentrate- Daedra's already outstanding focus is heightened by her boosted oxygenation.
Charming- Daedra has a knack for putting on a likable face for whoever is in her sights.
Stone Cold- Isn't easily moved emotionally.

Weaknesses:
Obsessive-
Be it for one reason or another once she's set on something, it's set in stone.
Berlin- Her mask makes an easy target to slow her down and her inability to breathe in or out without it makes her time without it short. (However, she carries more than one.)
High Voltage- While the materials of her cybernetics are not readily conductive, strong enough currents can mess with the system that oxygenates her blood and cause her to go into hypoxia.
For Honor- Daedra will rarely turn down a duel but even more rarely forgive underhandedness during one.
FML- Secretly and perhaps subconsciously, her condition has left her welcoming the release of death.
Good Friend- Once she lets you in, it's almost laughably easy to beat her.

Lol, Shisha is probably right to not trust her, especially since law isn't her goal.
Their professions will definitely have them crossing paths, one way or another. (I'm gonna find ya, I'm gonna get ya, get ya, get ya, get ya)
