Crimson Catalysts [idea]
Dust rolled across the hot deserts of the planet's landscape, bodies of dead Haktu littering the fields of dirt and sand. Vulture-like creatures dug their sharp beaks into the chunks of flesh buried beneath the insect-like invader's exoskeletons in hungry flocks. The resonated loud, humming drones as they ate quickly, eager to avoid the next conflict. As one reared its head up to investigate a wind-ripping sound, only to find a jagged arrow fly hard into its skull, ripping through it and another two buzzard's heads. They took off frantically, letting out loud, rhythmic hums of warning. The archer stood atop a hill, wooden and detail-carved bow in hand. Dirtied bandage wrappings draped over his head, revealing only a pair of hawk-like eyes, burning with intent. That intent, in fact, was war. He turned around to face a small band of similar warriors, nodding in acknowledgement as the rumbling of footsteps and the droning of fly-like wings hummed in the air. The archer gripped his bow tightly, glaring as he turned his head back to face a cloud of enemies. "Niktu vas kerai." He spoke in his native tongue, the others repeating it loudly. It was a war cry. A proud one. Let their conquest continue.
Info: The setting for this rp is in a Sci-Fi galaxy, with spacefaring aliens and global companies and factions waging wars and forging alliances with each other for dominance. Above was an example of a race in this RP: the Eckari, a human-like people being subjugated on their war-torn world by the Haktu, an insectoid race from a neighboring planet. The Eckari are led by Echanu Han, a proclaimed demi-god by his people and enemies alike due to his ferocious prowess on the battlefield. Another faction in this RP will be Kinder Industries; a rich, vast company dealing in various things from fashion design to weapons research to, even, marketing on entire planets themselves. The heads of these factions are, accordingly, Echanu Han and Aubren Kinder. Their friendship, forged in the fires of war, will reshape the workings of the galaxy itself. But whether this be for good or ill is yet to be seen...
You can rp as any race you want, be it friend or foe of Echanu and Aubren. You can rp as the leader of an alien race, or a simple slave rising to power. I and Sadow-Sama are the leaders of this rp, and we will approve/disapprove accordingly.
