[Captain Hawkeye]

Lane heard the whimpering and walked around till he saw Yuki. "Yuki?" He asked weakly then saw the blood. He rushed over to her. "Oh no."

Yuki clenched her jaw"I-I'm fine"she said weakly "we'll have to wait out the storm"she said still clenching her leg

 

[Captain Hawkeye]

"You're not fine." He said and looked at the wound. He held his hand over it and slowly a light began to form. The wound healed up and lane pulled his hand away

Yuki watched wincing slightly "thanks"she said

 

[Captain Hawkeye]

He nodded weakly and looked down

 

[wolfie13]

Yuki looked at him"are you ok?" She asked softly

 

[Captain Hawkeye]

He shook his head weakly

 

[wolfie13]

Yuki reached out taking his hand gently "what's wrong?"

 

[Captain Hawkeye]

"I'm a monster." He said

 

[wolfie13]

"No your not lane. A monster would have left me here to bleed out but you didn't you chose to stay and heal my wound"your not a monster don't ever think that"

 

[Captain Hawkeye]

"Yuki... I almost killed you." He said, shaking his head. The wall behind them started to shake as the storm pounded against it. Lane looked up and cursed. Quickly he grabbed Yuki, wrapping his wings aroun her, and ran out before the wall could fall on them. He kept his wings around her, protecting her from the sand.

Yuki kept close as they moved "this way there's a sand sucker den"Yuki said

 

[Captain Hawkeye]

Lane nodded and rushed to the bunker. His body was covered in wounds from the storm by the time he got there.

Yuki looked at him "you need to sit down"

 

[Captain Hawkeye]

"I'm fine." He said setting her down inside.

 

[wolfie13]

Yuki still looked worried "see you aren't a monster"

 

[Captain Hawkeye]

Lane shook his head and weakly sat down. The wounds slowly started to heal

Yuki watched and sighed looking down leaning back

 

[Captain Hawkeye]

Lane looked at her worriedly

 

[wolfie13]

"I'm just glad I have you back"she said her eyes closed

 

[Captain Hawkeye]

"I guess..."

 

[wolfie13]

Yuki looked at him"lane your not a monster you save my life"

 

[Captain Hawkeye]

"Then what am I?" He asked, looking her in the eyes. "What the heck did that man do to me?"

 

[wolfie13]

"He turned you in to a hybrid but that doesn't mean your a monster trust me he's created monsters and you aren't one of them"
