World Map listing Blue, Yellow and Red Zones. (GDI forces would most likely be stationed in Blue or Yellow Zones. Nod would be stationed in Yellow Zones or possibly Red Zones. Civilians would most likely be in blue or yellow zones. Forgotten would be in Yellow and Red Zones.)

Blue Zones are pristine with very little or no Tiberium. Yellow Zones are littered with Tiberium and war torn locations. Red Zones are otherworldly hellscapes with mutated wildlife and Tiberium in huge crystal lattices.

Location: Mexico City
Specialty: Massed Infantry

Grand Marshal Raul Juarez made a name for himself in Mexico and Central America playing the Nod Robin Hood. His favored tactics of building public support and recruiting has been to brutally slaughter the various cartels operating in the region after scouting and studying their positions. He would then seize their funds and resources, redistributing them to the bewlidered population along side distributions of food and clean water. He has enjoyed humiliating the local governments by calling out their weakness or more likely corruption in why THEY hadn't done this themselves to bring peace and stability to their nations.

Juarez is a consummate propagandist, hosting fireside talks and radio broadcasts, espousing the glory of Nod and what it brings to the peoples of Central America. He has focused heavily in Mexico prior to the slaughter of Philadelphia, following orders to prepare to establish a stronghold. Once the station went down, he mobilized immediately, flooding Mexico City with sympathizers and militia units before his troops and tanks rolled in. Someone managed to destroy the gates to the presidential compound, allowing the mob to flood the seat of government and kill the standing president. Juarez has since then begun turning the city into his personal fortress and operations base as more and more Nod banners begin to fly through it.

Commander Name: Ignatio Mobius
Intelligence 2
Command 0
Strategy -1
Bureaucracy 1
Location: Munich
Specialty: Ion Storm

While conducting experiments with Tiberium, Ignatio Mobius and his top staff were assaulted by an Ion Storm. With their bunker providing meagre resistance against the violent weather, all those within were believed killed when a lightning bolt struck the building. But the renegade risk taker, the man who escaped death more times than the average GDI Commando, did not die that day.

Rushing to the scene in their prototype Mobius Suits, his team found the man alive, but mutated, and still absently going about his work. With his hair permanently on end and blue and green crystals embedded in his skin, the leading expert on Tiberium had become one with it. And so too had some of the other members of staff, those unlucky enough not to be wearing the armoured exoskeletons of Mobius's own design. Horrified at first, many were appalled at what had become of their lab and themselves thanks to the Ion Storm but Ignatio himself saw this an opportunity to redeem himself. What better way to find a cure for those affected by Tiberium than by studying his own condition.

More like his old self, his gleeful enthusiasm slowly rubbed off on his team and together their research has led to new discoveries. Unaffected by Tiberium and charged with ion particles, Mobius and his staff can do work never dreamed possible, harnessing the very power of lightning be it by beaker or the captured prototype Volt Auto rifle of their enemies.

Unit List
Command (0) = 50 Points

Mobius Suits (1) x 10 = 10
"We'll handle this"
These humans wear special suits to keep them safe from the Tiberium. They help harvest Tiberium more easily.

Volt Warrior (1) x 5 = 5
"We will keep you safe."
Anti Infantry/ Low accuracy.
Forgotten soldiers that have picked up the cause of Mobius and fight to protect him from all the dangers in the world while wielding Volt Auto Rifles.

Ionated Warrior (2) x 10 = 20
Anti Armor.
"Feel the Power that flows through us."
Forgotten that have been irradiated from too many Ion Storms. They seem capable of emitting lighting from their bodies.
If in a group of 10, creates an Ion Storm that litters the battlefield, wreaking havoc.

Technical (2) X 2 = 4
"We'll tear them to shreds."
Anti Infantry/ Anti Air
An old truck equipped with a gatling gun and a crew of 3. If in a group of at least 5, gain Anti Armor. If in a group of at least 10, instantly destroys any air unit in range unless heavily armored.

Gun transport (3) x 2 = 6
"We'll keep them safe."
An old world transport reinforced with stronger hull plating and repurposed Nod Cyborg Gatling Cannons.

Floater (5) x 1 = 5 (Maxed)
"Blows raspberry"
Anti Infantry/ Anti Armor/ Anti Structure.
A species of strange, jellyfish-like creatures that float over the battlefield, propelling themselves with clouds of Tiberium-saturated gas. With both electric and gas attacks it is highly dangerous to almost everything.

10+5+20+4+6+5 = 50

Commander Name: Major General Francis Hamada
Intelligence: 1
Command: -1
Strategy: 0
Bureaucracy: 2

Bio: MG Francis Hamada has risen to command of a Maneuver Enhancement Command (MEC) after a thirty-year career of untarnished performance. As a young officer, Hamada served acceptably in various GDI military formations, largely based in the peaceful Blue Zones. His deployments to conflict were sparse, and he spent much of his time commanding from tactical operations centers in the fortified GDI bases within the Yellow Zone with little personal risk during low-intensity operations. While MG Hamada has never purposefully shied away from austere assignments, he has never volunteered to go deeper into "the suck" than he is required to. As a result, MG Hamada runs a tight ship with careful scheduling and an innate ability to manage the FOB like nobody else. On the other hand, he has historically been inflexible with "soldier issues" such as leave, making him unpopular.

His training schedules are closely adhered to, if merely only scripted and rehearsed well. Deviation from the plan is not acceptable to headquarters, resulting in highly predictable - yet impressively coordinated - operations. As a result, MG Hamada's career was relatively safe and risk-averse, gaining him promotion after promotion as he avoided problems. None of this was an issue within the Blue Zone, as GDI was happy to have commanders accomplish their training and readiness goals on paper. But while the Brotherhood of Nod continues to conduct disruption operations and insurgencies in the Yellow Zone, MG Hamada may be required to counter their influence in an uncomfortably fluid and unconventional environment.
