The cleaning materials within the closet shuddered in unison as he arrived, and a bright blue light shone underneath the doorframe as the figure dressed in black arrived in the shared household of Mason-Petar. Shaking off the initial discomfort of hopping so far backwards, he lightly pressed a button on the side of his helmet and glanced around to survey his surroundings, through slightly blurry vision. As he turned his head, he crashed into a broom, and desperate not to blow his cover, he grabbed it and pulled it towards himself before it clattered against the door. “Pardon me, Ma’am.” Keve murmured, a slight smirk on his face as he gently moved it behind him. His helmet made a brief beeping noise, indicating that his target was just through the door and down the hallway. Brace yourself, Petar. He smirked again, sliding his hand only the handle and noiselessly opening it.

At first, he kept close to the shadowed walls, before keeping to the right of the corridor, with the full intention of creeping up behind the Lieutenant and giving him the shock of his life. His target soon came into view. Olive skin, leaning over the kitchen counter, with that hazy look in his eyes as he drew on the cigarette perched between his fingers. Ah, I’ve missed that ass, Keve mused to himself. He slid his feet across the hardwood floor, closer and closer towards the his fellow unsuspecting Time Agent, who hadn’t yet noticed him in the weak light of the early morning.

Cassidy had gotten up a little early that day, because he had trouble sleeping. Bad dreams. He got them every once in a while, upon remembering something nasty from his past. Taking in a long draw, the Lieutenant held in the fumes, before blowing a streams of smoke out his nostrils. He enjoyed playing with the vapor, or smoke, or whatever happened to come with the drug he was doing.

It had been such a long, long time since he had last been in space, or at home. Meaning it had been a very long time since he was last preyed upon by an enemy, leaving him unaware and off guard as the intruder snuck up behind him. Finishing off his cigarette, he smothered the tip against the counter, before tossing it across the room and into the sink, causing an audible hiss as it hit the water droplets within.

The Lieutenant turned around in a languid motion, eyes half shut. Immediately, he caught the slow movement in front of him, and he snapped into an alert demeanor, eyes focusing on the black-clad intruder. "A-zaa!" The time agent jumped out of Keve's lunge for him, and slammed into the dish rack, causing silver ware to fall all over the floor. Cas reached for his gun, but it was tucked under his shirt from a lack of preparedness dishevelment, and he ended up only fumbling for a few seconds too soon, as the intruder recovered and attacked again.

Keve didn’t hesitate at the distraction, and lunged forward, grabbing Cassidy’s forearm just before it pulled out the gun, and wrenched it behind him – not enough to pain the Lieutenant, but just enough to show he meant business. He spun Cassidy around so he was facing the counter, and he pinned him to the side of it, pressing his body against the other’s to prevent it from moving. They were both probably matched in strength, with only Keve having the upper hand with the element of surprise. “Well, this is cosy.” He murmured, the helmet’s loudspeaker warping his universal tongue into a unrecognisable deep growl. He chuckled a little at Cas’ attempts to struggle. But then, at that moment, another beeping sound rang out in his ear, and he turned his head in the vague direction of the bedroom – clearly they were not alone.

In the other room, Ade stirred, frowning at he felt the bed empty beside him. Another bad dream? Christ. He wrinkled his nose at the smell of cigarette smoke, where Cas had obviously lit one as soon as he woke up. He rubbed his temples with his fingers as he looked at the clock. 3am? And yet, he could’ve sworn that he heard the jingle of cutlery. It’s a little early to be making breakfast, Ade smirked to himself. He suddenly heard a faint bang in the kitchen, and Adrain frowned, his freckles bunching up by the pained expression on his face. “Cas?” He half-yelled, wincing as the sound of his voice echoed around the almost empty apartment. “…You alright?”

Cassidy growled at the smart comment, and began to thrash under his captor. He bucked his bare foot hard against Keve's shin, and for a brief moment he was free as the intruder cursed and inched back a bit. Cas wrenched himself around, and was met with a palm to his face, as Keve pushed the back of his head forcefully down onto the counter; the Lieutenant let out a loud scream of rage, thrashing and clawing savagely and blindly at Keve's face, only leaving tiny scratches because he was barely able to reach.

"A-zaa!!" The Lieutenant kicked both his legs up, wrapping them tightly around Keve's upper waist, pulling himself out from under Keve, and taking out the entire dish rack, and coffee machine, causing them to fly to the floor with loud 'bang's and 'crash'es. The glass pot shattered, along with several plates. The rest plastic machine and cups rolled across the floor loudly. A neighbor from below began yelling at the ruckus through the floorboards.

“Oh, Helmi – Petar - there’s no - need to be so – damn - rash,” The intruder grunted as he wrestled with the Lieutenant, lowering himself to the floor and dragging Cas with him. Keve’s helmet was beginning to assault him with rapid, fast beeping noises from all directions – waay too many people were waking up in response to the noise they were making.

He switched the detector off with a press of a button, and continued to battle with Cassidy, holding onto his shoulders and rolling to the side, so Cassidy was now pressed against the glass-covered ground. Cas instantly yelped and released his legs from Keve’s waist, feeling a shard dig into his side, and the intruder took the opportunity to take Cas’ wrists and pin them to the side of his head. “A-zaa, this takes me back,” Keve chuckled, his panting audible from his helmet. Both of them fought like this for a few moments, with each one strong as the other, Keve barely holding Cas down as he struggled.

He raised Cas’ left hand up towards his right, forcing them both to one side of Cas’ head, eventually able to use one hand to keep him pinned. He reached for a silvery-blue cuff at his belt, and he snapped it around Cassidy’s forearm as he still fought desperately beneath him. Keve attempted to try and push buttons on his hopper, but at the last moment he was overpowered, and flung aside as Cas kicked out.

Cassidy would not give up; not ever- and Keve had to know that, because he went through the same training. Cas would fight until he was mortally wounded. As Cas writhed on the glass covered ground, shards dug into his back and side, and made it harder to fight. The crunch of glass and the furious yells of the time agent filled the small room.

Cassidy kicked madly as the device was secured to his arm; he cursed at his intruder just as madly too. "F*cking get off! NO!" He managed to get away from Keve, overpowering the man for a brief moment, and he scrambled backwards, pulling at the cuff, before lunging for Keve, clawing at his hopper, "You- You're a- Time Agent?!" Cas sputtered out between gasps for air and grunts. Below them, the neighbor banged on the ceiling with a broom, and screamed at the two to shut up. Cas was trying to disable his hopper, but couldn't get a grip on the device.

“Now you’ve – ruined the – surprise -“ Keve grunted as he tried to pull away, recoiling at Cas literally clawed at his wrist. The hopper flashed several times, and disengaged with the connection it had established. He grabbed Cassidy by the hair and forced him back a few inches, holding him out at arm’s length, just out of reach of the device on his wrist. He used a voice command to undo Cas’ actions, pressing buttons with his nose to reset it as he continued to keep Cas’ arms away from it. A dull blue light began to glow between them, and Keve sighed in relief, giving Cassidy a hard shove as the order was finalised. It would take a minute and a half at the most for them to be gone.

Ade stumbled into the kitchen after hearing the ruckus, his heart in his throat as he heart Cassidy yowl in pain. Wielding a lamp, he growled at the intruder, “Hey, asshole!” Distracted by the fight, Keve hadn’t even noticed him, and was knocked back towards Cas as Adrian swung the hard metal object at his head. Hearing the foreign tongue and slightly dazed, Keve reached for his plasma gun instinctively and pulled it out, pointing it at the auburn-haired doctor, and backed away towards Cassidy, his old teammate, almost protectively, “Not another move, you,” He hissed at Ade.

When Keve shoved Cas away, he slammed face-first into the floor with a long groan. His eyes fluttered open after Adrian shouted, and he groaned again, "A-zaa," The Lieutenant flipped himself over, revealing his now blood-covered lips and jaw, from a bloody nose the floor had given him.

The Lieutenant used Keve's distraction to ease himself into an upright position, one hand tightly clamped over his gushing nose. The Lieutenant jumped in front of the gun, face twisted up in rage as he grabbed the gun barrel, and began wrestling with Keve again, slamming the time agent into the counter while belting out an infuriated battle-cry, all the while shouting in the universal tongue of the 51st century.

Cas managed to get his gun out of its holster, while making sure he was keeping Adrian out of harm's way (by putting himself, instead, in it). He took the butt of the hand gun, and slammed in into the side of Keve's face, before moving to blast his brains out, right between the eyes. But instead, the blue light brightened and began to fill the room even further, making it harder to see. Cas scrambled for the hopper on Keve's wrist, quite hopelessly- he knew it would be too late to stop the command. "F*cking bastard!" He cried, as the light spread out and consumed the room.

************

Mere seconds later, after a trip that seemed like an eternity, Cas landed belly-up with a loud 'thud' on the concrete, in a dimly lit alley way. The Lieutenant let out a nauseous groan, and rolled over, gasping for air. "A-zaa.." Cas had not been prepared for the large time-hop, and that was made known to all when he emptied the contents of his stomach onto the pavement. After vomiting for a couple minutes, Cassidy rolled over again, onto his back. He brushed into a body, and tilted his head to the side, eyelids fluttering. At first, he thought it would be his captor. But then, he caught a glimpse of auburn through his blurry vision. The Lieutenant shook his head, whispering to himself, "Ade... Fuck. Why did you.. Uhh.. Nooo..."

Cassidy spit a wad of saliva onto the pavement, to rid his mouth of the taste of sour acid. He wiped his face with his wrist, and recoiled in pain, before clamping his bloody palm over his nose again. "Helmi, I think you broke my nose!" Cas' vision focused, and he found himself staring down the length of a dark alley, in the middle of the night. Or, well, what only appeared to be the night. Upon looking up, he could see the very distant stone ceiling. A creature resembling a pterodactyl flew overhead, and screeched. The air all around was filled with a hazy steam; the air was hot, and very humid. It only took a few seconds after that for Cas to regain his urgency, and he scrambled to find his gun- wherever it had landed nearby.

Long after Keve had recovered, Cassidy scrambled up and was unceremoniously pointing his plasma gun in Keve’s face, a wild look in his eye as blood and vomit clung to his shirt. “No need to be so sour, Petar. It was just horseplay.” He chuckled, wrenching off his dented helmet and dropping it to the hard concrete with a clatter, “What’s a broken nose between comrades?” He took exasperated breaths as his lungs adapted to the hot, humid environment. Somewhere in the distance, a screech of wheels started up.

There was a faint smile on his face as Cas blinked at him. Keve’s face was surely recognisable, but since he’d last seen the Lieutenant, he’d changed his hair back to the vast mass of dirty-blonde curls that was more his natural style, as well as finally getting rid of a scar that led from his bottom lip to his collarbone, leaving his face bearded, but blemishless. His skin was still a few shades lighter than Cassidy’s, and although he was the same age as him (and a little taller), the crow’s feet that bunched up around his eyes made him look a little older, possibly in his early 30’s.

He paced towards Cassidy, who still looked shocked to see him, and stared deeply into his dark eyes, pushing a frond of hair out of his face. “Alright, I’m sorry. If it makes you feel any better, I think I cracked a rib when our little 21st century hero grabbed onto me.” He turned his head and nudged Ade with his boot, who was drifting in and out of consciousness from the unexpected time jump. His heart was fluttering in his chest, and he had to take deep, deep breaths to get enough oxygen. “Betcha weren’t expecting that, were you?” Keve sniggered.

Ade groaned in response, lifting a shaky hand to his head, expecting to find blood where he hit to concrete. His head was throbbing and his stomach was churning. He looked around to try and make sense of the situation. Out of the corner of his eye he saw the two Time Agents standing next to each other, and he heard Keve’s voice, although he still couldn’t tell what he was saying. “Cas…” He grumbled, struggling to get up to fight off their kidnapper. Keve cocked an eyebrow, learning in closer towards Cassidy, “Wait, you know him?”

Cassidy's breathing was rapid, through his open mouth, as he too took the necessary steps to adjust to the sudden major climate change. Which did not help his nose; it only began gushing even more strongly, from the temperature change.

Cas wiped his face with his fore arm in one furious motion, as Keve removed his disguise. Instantly, Cas' eyes widened, focusing on the familiar eyes. The gun was shakily lowered, and he found himself in shock, unable to flinch away as his comrade stepped to him and began messing with his hair.

When Adrian called for Cas, the Lieutenant shook his head, blinking at Keve in disbelief, as he snapped out of his trance. "Of course I know him. What's more important is..." Cas wiped his hands off on his cargoes, and began helping Ade into an upright position, "You're alive?! We all thought you were toast, Keve. What the f*ck, Keve!" The initial shock had gone, leaving an infuriated Lieutenant. "It's been years! Y-You never reported that you... Somehow... Lived!" Cassidy pulled Adrian into a sitting up position, and began to focus on his love, worriedly telling him to breathe to adjust quickly, and to close his eyes until the dizziness fled.

Keve rolled his eyes as the Lieutenant fussed over his lover, who was now sat up but still looking out of it. “Oh, you have to report that kinda thing now? That’s a shame.” Keve sniffed sarcastically, a slight smirk on his face as he started messing with the hopper strapped to his wrist. 49 centuries in one hop. Ouch. He looked back over at the two, suddenly realising that untrained civilians tend to expire after travelling too far in one go.

Luckily, Adrian seemed to be gradually adjusting to breathing, although he sounded terribly pained. His vision was still swimming and his blood roared in his ears. Even after emptying his stomach, he was still retching. “C-Cas – Cas,” He gasped, his knuckles turning white as he clamped his hand tightly onto his shoulder. He closed his eyes and pressed his face against Cas’ chest like a frightened child, shuddering as another wave of sickness came over him. The memory of the seconds before they travelled flashed in his mind – the nausea and the bright blue light reminding him of when something like this had happened before…

He sat back, his face pale “We – We’re not – We didn’t – are we…?” He panted, looking around him. He stared accusatively at the unimpressed Time Agent standing above the two, noticing the hopper, identical to Cas’. Ade turned back to Cassidy, shaking his head violently. “No. Nononono-” He stammered in disbelief.

Cassidy smirked, only slightly humored by the comment. "Yeah, you have to report things like.. living after your spacecraft blows apart. It's the minor things, like that." Cas fussed over Adrian, frantically working with his hands, while calmly ordering him to keep breathing. "A-zaa, that jump was huge.." As Adrian began to finally calm, Cas focused back on Keve, "Where are we?" It was a whole wide universe out there, and he did not recognize this place, or the air, or the few creatures he had seen so far. They could literally be anywhere.

"Stay here." The Lieutenant dragged Adrian a few feet back, so he was leaning against the wall of the building, before stalking back over to Keve. "Why are we here?" The olive-skinned man smirked at his old comrade, and put his hands on his hips, cocking a brow. "I know you always liked to play pranks and games, but that was a little too far, wasn't it?" A slight feeling of happiness began to creep its way into Cas' overall mood, despite his broken nose, and the fact they were in the middle of nowhere, somewhere, at sometime, against his will. One of his comrades was still alive. That left more than three of them left, and it was sort of a relief. Keve was in many photos in the album, up until his ship exploded. He was the third one he lost. There was something different about Keve, however. Before he was sarcastic, he was prurient. But never... cruel.

The Lieutenant's smile couldn't be fought, and he grinned with a sputter of laughter, "Helmi, you're alive. A-zaa." He leaned in, examining Keve's face, "You even got that scar healed."

Keve purposely avoided Cas’ questions, sidling up to him and wrapping an arm around his waist. “Yeah, well, it turns out more people prefer a flawless face than one with a big ugly scar down it. Which I guess is why you were so unlucky back in training,” He joked. Keve smirked, with a slightly evil look in his eye as he closed the gap between them, pressing his lips to Cassidy’s. He too, missed Cas – but less emotionally than physically. He continued smiling as they broke away. “It’s good to see you again, Petar.”

Cas notiably jumped back at the sound of heavy artillery fire nearby – 22nd century-style bullets hitting the walls of the buildings, and loud screeching of motor vehicles in the distance. Keve didn’t seem fazed by it in the slightest – just slightly irritated. He glanced over to Cas, “A-zaa. Let’s get to a bar or something. I need to ask you something. Besides, it looks like your little pet could use a pick-me-up.” He nodded at Ade, and started strolling down the alleyway, knowing that Cassidy would have no choice but to follow him – whether he worked it out now or later.

Cas narrowed his eyes at Keve when he avoided the questions, and his grin faded into a suspicious stare, "Keve, I aske-" The agent was cut off, as Keve closed the space between their faces, lips crushing together. He should have backed away, but after a few seconds he kissed back, raising his hands to grab onto Keve's jacket and neck- but stopped himself there, and let them instead freeze in the air. He pulled away with a huff, and a hazy stare at Keve.

He jumped in shock at the sound of firing from nearby, and he perked his eye brows. "Bullets. They are using primitive... bullets... here. But-" He glanced up at the cave-like ceiling again, listening to the nearby screaming, shouting, and the sound of roughly-used motor vehicles. A sour odor wafted from the street into the alley, and Cas wrinkled his nose. "A-zaa, are we in one of those poor planets. A rotten ghetto planet? This is all so.. disgusting and... uncivilized seeming."

At the suggestion of a bar, Cas shook his head, looking back over his shoulder at Adrian quickly. "No- no, no, no.. Not going anywhere, unless you tell me where I am, and why. I refuse to go."

“You kissed him…” Ade’s voice came as a tired, confused whisper behind Cas, “You – you just kissed that guy.” That guy, who had attacked Cassidy in the middle of the night, pointed a gun at Adrian and kidnapped them both, in the future. Ade struggled to get to his feet, pressing himself to get to the wall and climb up. When he did manage to stand, his legs were struggling to keep him up. “Cas – Cassidy – what the fuck is going on?!” He stammered, stumbling over to his lover and grabbing his shoulder.

Keve's smile cracked at the word ghetto, disliking the Lieutenant's snooty tone, “Oh, come on, Petar. Don’t be like that.” He dug his hands in his pockets. As he turned away and continued walking, Cas defiantly stayed put. “I’ve really missed my old comrade, you know. Even seeing you at a distance makes me all, tingly, inside…!” Keve shouted over his shoulder. He tapped a button on his hopper, making the cuff around Cas’ wrist send him a violent electric shock.

Cassidy was listening to both of his friends yelling at him, and kept looking back and forth between them, trying to focus on the situation at hand. He ended up 'shushing' Adrian, waving away his words with one hand, dismissing him quite pompously in a swift decision. But this was how Cas got when he worked; he needed to focus, and he would deal with Adrian later.

Cas' face twisted into confusion as Keve seemingly got irritated and angry, "What- I can't know where I'm at??" The Lieutenant stiffened as Adrian pulled him by the shoulder, and shrugged him off, narrowing his eyes at the agent, laughing grimly as he tried to interrupt the other, "Keve, if this is a prank it's going a little far, I thi-" The shock traveled up his arm and through his body, only causing greater shock on his face; it caused Cas to stiffen with a stammered cry, before voluntarily stumbled to the side, to grab the wall for support as he convulsed for a few seconds. It was brief, but left Cas breathing heavily, opened mouthed and head hung, unable to control his mouth to speak right away.

Cas remained like that for almost a minute, before lifting his head as he regained control. "K-Keve, that was.. not funny.." He laughed nervously, "It really.. really wasn't, comrade."

Keve paused half-way up the alleyway, wincing as he heard Cassidy yelling in shock behind him. He quickly turned around and started walking towards them again, wondering if he had gone too far. It’ll just loosen him up, he thought, his grin returning as he patted the Lieutenant lightly on the shoulder. “Sorry. Just thought I’d see if the shock feature was still working.” He encouraged the Lieutenant to walk with him with a forceful hand on his back. Cas stayed put, and Keve rolled his eyes. “This planet is called Vos. You’re in an underground city called Alefa – the largest here – and we’re about…” He checked his hopper again, “…73rd century. Happy now?” He said, leaning over and stealing a peck on Cassidy’s cheek.

As he wrapped his arm around Cas’ shoulder, he could hear Ade protesting behind him. “Hey,” He yelped in exasperation. His hair was damp and was beginning to stick to the sides of his face. The humid environment was making him sweat bucketloads. Worst still, he was totally and utterly confused, and neither Cas nor Keve were answering him.

Keve looked over Cas’ shoulder, and smirked at the taller man with pity. “Oh no. Your master not paying you any attention? What a shame.” He murmured, still in their universal tongue. Once again he tried to half-persuade, half-force Cassidy out of the alleyway, just as another round of open fire began on a nearby street.

Cassidy listened to the planet details, and inched back at the peck on his bloody cheek. "Vos. Its atmosphere is toxic. Did they.. They dug underground and made cities?" He took another long glance upwards, and the pterodactyl looking creature screeched and flew overhead again. The Lieutenant was not buying the 'test' excuse, however, and pushed back against Keve's forceful pushes, "Now.. Why are we here."

The dark skinned time agent pulled himself away from Keve, and shook his head, pointing at Adrian as he spoke in the universal tongue, "Don't talk to him like he is a dog, Keve." Cas let the anger flee his face, and he turned fully towards Keve, searching his face for the truth. "Come on now, tell me what is happening. I don't appreciate the secretiveness of this. If you want me to trust you, stop acting so damn superior and just tell me here. A bar could be just as bugged as a random alleyway, if that's what you are worried about."

Keve stifled a chuckle, crossing his arms at the Lieutenant’s suspicious gaze. “Bugged? Cas, I’m not worried about that. There’s nothing secretive going on. So settle down.” He shrugged, “I just wanted to chat with an old buddy of mine. Is that such a crime?” Cas’ facial expression was still creased with distrust. He clearly wasn’t buying it.

Keve scratched at his chin, “Alright, if you must know…” he drawled, searching his mind for a viable excuse, “I felt sorry for you.” He started fiddling with his hopper as he spoke, avoiding Cas’ gaze. “I was looking around Andromeda’s files – you know, to see how my few surviving squadmates are getting on – and I saw where you were stationed, and how long you were expected to stay there. 20 years is a damn long time, Cassidy.” He looked up, eyes clouded with what looked like pity. “I honestly thought they were punishing you for something. I mean, I know you. You don’t even have a place to live because you get itchy feet and you wanna move on so much. And I know how much you love staring at nebulas and galaxies from the hood of your ship.” Keve pulled out a voffy from his pocket, lighting it and pressing it between his lips without taking his eyes off the Lieutenant.

“Since you’re so loyal, I knew you’d do as you were assigned. So I figured I’d drop in, give you a few days unexpected vacation.” He leaned over and held one out to Cassidy, “…And maybe help me out with something while you’re here.” He smirked.

Cassidy pursued his lips, listening to the excuse with fleeting distrust. "You looked around Andromeda's file? You mean you hacked into them?" Cas sounded so serious, but soon began laughing, shaking his head. "I remember one thing about us- rule breakers. Despite the..." He swallowed hard at the sight of a voffy,"... Loyalty."

He took the drug graciously, and hastily lit it with the laser he never threw away. He tilted his head back, and blew a ring of vapor from his open mouth. A grin of happiness flooded his face, and he laughed some more- taking another long drag before becoming all smiles, as the high began. This time, the single voffy seemed stronger than ever. Probably because of how long it had been since he had had one. The Arab-looking male grinned, "You rescued me.. For an adventure?"

Keve grinned back at him, “Yup. Just like old times, hmm?” He murmured, nudging Cassidy with an elbow. “C’mon, I’ll tell you about it when we get to the Kazbah.” The two walked forward, with Keve looking over his shoulder and cocking an eyebrow at Ade. “’Ou coming, Ertling?” He said in slightly slurred English – his pronunciation was nowhere near as refined as Cas’. Adrian stumbled nervously behind the two, who were soon reminiscing about past missions inbetween clouds of smoky vapour.

---

The Kazbah was a typical gritty, poorly lit bar, filled with poor and hopeless individuals drowning their sorrows. Keve led Cassidy over to a booth that was fairly isolated from the rest of the place, handing him four or five voffs to keep him going. Ade recoiled at the people – creatures, really – that they passed as they entered. If there was any doubt he was in the future, it had been erased by some of the more frightening occupants in the pub. He noticed a few of themnod in recognition at Keve, sticking out the tip of their tongues and baring their teeth against it as he passed – a universal sign of respect on Vos.

Keve had his arm slung around Cas’ shoulder, listening intently as he finished his story. He narrowed his eyes at Ade as they sat across from them, nodding at him as Cassidy finished. He pulled out a wad of silvery-thin card-shaped things, and counted them out, sliding them across the table to Adrian. “Vaask for me and Peetar, servant.” He sniffed at him, lighting another voff.

Ade sat across the table, stunned. He blinked at the man, still having no idea who he was, “Excuse me?” He said, raising his voice indignantly and looking at Cas. “Did he just call me..servant?!”

Cassidy took the voffs gratefully, immediately lighting another one. The Lieutenant failed to notice the nods of respect, and had no idea what the teeth baring and tongue showing was- he'd only heard of this planet; he had never actually been to it. With a practiced motion, he gracefully drew on the voffy, and held it to the side elegantly, and snickered as he spoke in equally practiced, and elegant, English, "Yes, two drinks, servant- two vaaskeses."

Cas' playful grin shone in the dark bar, because of his white teeth against his dark skin. But after a few moments he began giggling, and leaned backwards towards Adrian sloppily, resting his back on his shoulder as he relaxedly reassured Adrian in English, "Oh, Helmi, Adrian, we are only joking." Well, Keve was not joking. But Cas thought he was. Holding out his hand, he demanded a hand-grab (the 51st century version of a 'high-five') from Keve. He embraced Keve's hand with his, squeezing it mid air with another line of laughter, before resting all his weight on Ade's shoulder, dropping his arm lazily.

A creature from nearby, behind them, tensed up and hissed towards Adrian in the universal tongue, "Shut up, you!" Cas did not realize it was a 'gang' member, and looked back over his shoulder towards him, and apologized for his partner's rowdy behavior. Cas nudged Adrian, telling him not to speak so loud in English, or to draw attention to them.

Ade recoiled, glaring at Cassidy through the voff vapour. “Cassidy, what the hell is going on?!” He demanded through a hushed voice. Keve snorted from the other side of the table, “Casi-dee, what thee Helmi is goings on?” He mimicked, a wise grin on his face as he reached over and pulled the cash away from Ade. “I’ll get us something to drink, and then we can talk about why you’re here, yes?” He said directly to Cassidy, wandering away towards the bar, leaving Cas and Ade alone.

He reached the bar, locking eyes with the server, and spoke softly, barely above a murmur. “Two double Vaaskes, please.” The server cocked an eyebrow, having not heard him, and Keve repeated the order, gesturing him closer so he could hear him. He waiter cleared his throat and leaned over the counter, “Pardon me, sir, I didn’t quite catch-“ Keve leaned over to meet him, planting a cheeky kiss on his lips before he could respond. “Can I have two double Vaaskes...and....the time you finish work, perhaps…?” Keve spoke louder this time as the server recoiled, blushing furiously. “Uh-hum, that’ll be…uh…470, please.” He said, shaking his head and busying himself with fixing their drinks. Keve slid a few of the flimsy cards across the counter, winking at the young man as he added a few bills extra. “That’s for having such a nice ass.”

Back at the table, Ade huffed impatiently, wrenching the voff from Cas’ fingers. He held it above the shorter Lieutenant's head childishly, “You’re not getting this back until you tell me what the hell is going on,” He growled, still whispering for fear of upsetting those either side of him. “Who is that guy?! Where are we?! Why the fuck did you kiss him?!”

Cassidy was too high to be in a bad mood over Adrian's anger, and snickered when Keve mimicked his love. He shook his head, making fun of Keve's accent in the universal tongue- not realizing how much it bothered Adrian that he couldn't understand anything they were saying.

His mood only faltered a tiny bit when Adrian wrenched the voffy away, and he suppressed yelling out in protest. He perked a brow, "Oh, Helmi, Ade- you think you could keep me from getting that back, even if your life depended on it? Even if the planet depended on it?" He poked at Ade's cheek, giggling in a giddy manner.

Cassidy leaned against the back of the booth seat, before tilting his head to the side, with talent blowing a huff of vapor that he already had drew in earlier out, into Adrian's face. "Have some, Ade~" Cas placed a dark hand on Ade's and closed his eyes, "We are on Vos. It's a ghetto planet. Scum of the universe live here.. It's very poor. Lots of drug dealers, and shady creatures- if you haven't noticed." He spoke in a low voice, so no one could hear from surrounding tables. Cassidy smirked at the jealous tone, "Oh- so that is what this is about... He..." Cas leaned in with a grin. "Kissed.." Cas poked Adrian's nose playfully, "..Me." Cas pecked Adrian on the lips, giggling happily.
