CITY-1
City-1 being the capital has the largest population of 27 million and is the most urban of all cities. It has the most diverse population of the world which makes it home to some of the oddest of people. This also makes the city the one with the highest population for heroes and criminals alike. The heart of the capital boasts a vast skyline and the most bustling city with a large business district. Should one venture deep enough into the city and know their way through the hundreds of alleyways and shady areas, they would find the hidden 'underground' of the city. The infected underbelly populated by organized gangs and wrong-doers. Outside the heart of the city are the densely populated residential districts. Some districts being noticeably wealthy and some poverty-stricken. The outskirts of City-1 are surrounded by various small farms and grassland and further beyond are small towns in all directions.
Hero Association HQ:
In the very center of the city lays the main HQ of the heroes association. The building is host to several office rooms dedicated to communications, databases and intelligence gathering. Else where are various 'restricted access' rooms reserved for executive members who carry the appropriate security clearance. The top 5 floors contain the offices of the head chairman and several of the highest administrators within the association along with large meeting rooms where certain heroes are gathered on special occasion.
