Christine Daae's not one of many emotions. She doesn't seem happy, and she doesnt smile. In fact, she almost seems void of emotions unless you get on the right topic. This makes Christine seem different and awkward in social experiences.  In fact, she rarely laughs unless it's for her own, morbid reasons. Christine isolates herself and tries to stay away from anything that could get her involved in drama. Of course, every person has their own, secret pleasure. For Christine, thats music. Music can make her smile and dance. Music can make Christine sing, it can make her defences drop. Music is Christine's anchor.

History

Christine Daaé was orphaned at a young age. She remembers her parents very little. She was adopted after a year of being In an orphanage.  Christine became Christine Daaé - MiddleCoff mainly because she was a small, blonde, adorable child. Christine was raised to be a sweet, little angel. That was up until her adopted father decided to beat her adopted father. After beating her mother, Christine's father would start hitting her and yelling at her. He was drunk more often than not and showed Christine at a young age what cigarettes and beer are. Christine became a smoker when she turned 15 and absolutely hates it. She wants to quit but she can't.  Christine blames the smoking and the drinking on her father.  She also blames her hatred for everything on her father.

Christine wasn't the only child adopted by her abusive family. When Christine turned 16, her adopted parents adopted a young boy by the name of Mason Blake.

Reason at Lake
​

Christine origionally didn't want to go to the lake at all. For her summer, Christine was planning on staying at home and only going out for work, food, or some other random purpose, like to get away from her abusive adopted father, or to take her adopted brother out and keep him away from their family. But she was bribed and forced to show up at the Lake by one of her friends. Christine obliged and decided to show, bringing her grandfather's camper with her truck.
