Setting
The room you wake up in is quite small. There is a twin-size mattress on the floor -- which you're laying on -- that looks worn and old, perhaps even unclean... The floor is fancy wooden flooring, but has scratches and dents into the wood showing abuse and lack of cleaning. On the walls is a layer of golden wallpaper, making the room feel busy and small though there is little in it.
Outside the room is a hallway filled with at least 50 more doors on either side till one finally reaches the stairs that go downstairs. Please use this map as a reference when you are exploring IC.
Stair Hall - This is a dimly lit area on the first floor, and a short hallway from the kitchen and main rooms.
Entrance Hall - An extension of the stair hall, looks to be a place that would have a door, but the original location of one appears to have been filled in with cement.
Pantry - Fully stocked kitchen with non-perishable foods and an assortment of silverware, cooking knives, and dinnerware.
Conservatory - Where one might find large windows with a nice view, instead they are greeted by bricks cemented into the former windows.
Dining Room - A brightly lit room with a long dining table in the middle, and chairs lined on either side.
Gothic Hall - Large room with assorted seating and a broken piano. Not a great place to hide.
Terrace - More bricked & cemented windows in this room, plus a bunch of broken or dusty furniture. Looks to be some kind of storage area, with dressers and bed posts flipped sideways.
Den - Complete with an automatic fire pit that is almost always lit. An array of shotguns decorate the walls... wonder if they're loaded?
Library - Someone's made quite a mess in this room! Books everywhere, strewn across the floor, leafs of paper torn and scattered. There are some books in perfect conditions, and others with blood writing or stains.
Alcove - Another storage area, some bookshelves that have fallen over, seating from the library that got shoved in here.
