the kingdom of hearts
the queen of hearts
the red queen is known for her harsh ruling and her deranged interest in biomachinization. wonderland's inhabitants and creatures being part machine was the red queen's ideal world but more than a few disagree with her opinion.
the king of hearts
the red king; blessed with looks, intelligence and betrothed to the 'love of his life' known as the red queen. yet in reality, the red king spends his time staying quiet and allowing his love to do as she pleases.
the knave of hearts
the knave of hearts is a soldier whose loyalty to the queen goes so far as them giving up their own life for her. they never leave her side, unless she demands it, and even then they are wary.
the caterpillar
the caterpillar is a mad scientist that works for the queen of hearts. he is responsible for the drugs eat me and drink me, more commonly known as crumpets and tea. crumpets are meant to control, drink me is meant to kill.
time
time was a previous experiment of the red queen back when the white rabbit worked for her, but the white rabbit stole away the time, leaving him an empty prisoner with no control over time at all.
morning glories
two soldiers that have been experimented on by the red queen. their loyalty is undeniable and they hardly ever leave her side, having been with her since they were children. as for how the queen feels about them...who knows?
the rebellion
the queen of spades
the white queen is the younger and more beloved sister of the queen of hearts. their kingdom was ruled by both of them once, now she is desperately trying to gain control. she beleives that biomachinization is wrong.
the king of spades
the king of spades is the loving, obedient husband of the white queen, but he doesn't let his inner thoughts out in the open very often. what is it that he may or may not be hiding? and how does it affect his queen?
the white knight
the white knight is hiding a secret: they were once an experiment of the red queen and has metal protrusions that make them seem almost dragon-like. but their loyalty is undeniably with the white queen.
the mad hatter
the mad hatter was once the leader of a gang, but when strife hit wonderland, they found that allying themselves with the white queen would be most beneficial. now, they are the leader of the rebellion.
the march hare
the march hare is the right-hand to the mad hatter, loyal only to them and no one else. while they disagree with allying themselves with the queen of spades, they recognize that the mad hatter knows best...for now.
the dormouse
the dormouse is an assassin and a member of the mad hatter's gang. they are known for making their victims look like they are sleeping. they are loyal to the mad hatter, and used to be friends with the cheshire cat.
bayard the bloodhound
the bloodhound is an ex-soldier of the queen of hearts who escaped her clutches and made their loyalty to the rebellion, even though they may not agree with the mad hatters motives all that much.
the in-between
the white rabbit
the white rabbit once worked for the red queen, until her methods became too much for him, so he went into hiding. he stole away the essence of time from a previous project and used it to time travel.
alice liddell
alice is a girl from modern day that the white rabbit accidentally brought her back with him. she was not prepared for the world of devestation she was brought to. but there's something...not of this world about her.
mary anne
mary anne is a project of the white rabbit. a marionnette (hence her name) artificial intelligence...with a human brain and heart. she is also his maid and very loyal to him, even if she doesn't understand everything.
the lizard
the lizard is an assistant to the white rabbit, having once been a "pet" for the queen of spades. they are fascinated by the white rabbit's scientific methods, and while loyal to him, still voices their unease.
cheshire cat
the cheshire cat is a drug lord who isn't on anyone's side. they have stolen expirments from both the caterpillar and the white rabbit, and sells them to common folk. especially the drugs.
the tweedles
the tweedles are twin spies with no real side. really, they just give information to anyone who pays them to give it. they are aggravating, annoying, and known for their pranks. and still, sometimes they are the only hope.
