Magnetism - can repel/deflect or attract metallic objects to her with varying degrees of success based on their weight etc. She not completely bulletproof, if the gun is powerful enough or she's caught off guard she could still get injured. If it's a really heavy object like a truck she can pull herself to it instead/repel herself like she would repel a bullet. Note: she can't control metallic objects, just push them away from her/pull them closer to her or vice versa in a straight line, so it's entirely possible for the object to get blocked by a low wall or something.
Heat manipulation - With her right hand she can supply enough heat to melt steel and with her left she draw heat away to cool something to absolute zero, depending on the circumstances. Usually it only works for tangible things, but in a room or small enclosed space, she can use her powers to cool or heat up the air to a certain extent since it's constantly moving.
Reduced gravity - she can sort of fly, well it's more of floating really. She won't be having dramatic aerial battles, but she can move around decently well, just not very fast. It's a part of her magnetism, but in this case she's messing around with the Earth's magnetic field. She hasn't fully got it down yet though, and she doesn't like going too high in case she messes up and plummets to her death.
Enhanced eyesight - She can 'zoom' in on things by blinking and has X-ray vision.
Background: Charlotte had a pretty normal life growing up in Jasifa. Her mother died shortly after she was born, but her father did a good job of looking after her even as a single dad. He remarried when she was ten and she was for the most part left to her own devices as a teenager. Not to say she was neglected, but her father and stepmother had their hands full with her much younger step siblings and as the oldest she was expected to be able to look after herself and not do anything too stupid. She spent most of her high school years out of the house, mostly only staying in if she was needed to look after her younger siblings. As a result she ended up a little detached from her family, but she didn't mind too much. Charlotte did pretty well in high school, juggling many extra-curriculars and her studies effectively, and did the same in her university while getting a masters in naval engineering.
When Charlotte graduated she was immediately offered a place in the military's R&D department. She accepted and moved into a naval base where she joined the teams in designing new warships and improving the old, occasionally even serving as an engineer on the new ships along with a few other project mates on patrol (in 'peaceful zones' of course, though they ran into a minor conflict in one such case) to monitor how well it functioned in a real scenario. Charlotte volunteered to join the 515th Battalion in early 2017, though she has intentions to return to her old job in the future when all this trouble is over. If she makes it out.
