Personality: Charlotte is the person who you would look at in a party and go 'Calm the fuck down girl!' Because she can be that hyper. She can be jittery and bubbly and always tricking you before she may steal a thing or two from you. She has had been called a few names but the cheeky little shit wont let that bother her. Along with her bubbly self, she can be a little of a jester
Though, on the flip side of her happy and bubbly self she can get down and seem weak in many areas. Her voice goes quiet, she's weaker, wont eat, cant steal correctly ,and much more. She has had depression from a long age but she stays usually in her happy moments. She hopes to stay happy by her bubbly, party mood.
History: Charlotte's parents had signed her up for the genetic mutation test, her parents needed her to say yes and she accepted, thinking that it wasn't going to be permanent. When the scientists had done the experiment on her, it had messed her up for a little while. As she lived as a fox, she had hid in a broken and run down factory and lived off the food she had until she had to do something. She went out and stole stuff from others. Soon after her beginning in thieving she was brought into the Lira Harp affiliation and work with them.
She has made her way to learn how to work with blades and few hand guns. She hasn't done any assassination jobs yet and is hoping she wont have to. Her thieving skills haven't gotten to where a guard can usually hear her.
As she soon worked with them
