Fabia always thought it's entertaining to watch. Also she basically never uses her arms. It's much more convenient to use telekinesis, right?

Fabia honestly doesn't know where she came from, but she's pretty certain that she was born in a small village as a result of people trying to summon a demon of some kind. Anyways, Fabia terrorised the residents of the village for a solid decade before finally being chased out by an angel that had been called down for help. She then travelled from place to place, causing disturbances and ruckuses before the same angel came and chased her off again. Eventually she was caught by the angel, rather embarrassingly too. Since Fabia was quite young for her race the angel forgave her and sent her off to Fantasy High. Hopefully she won't cause too much trouble there as well...

But instead of throwing it away, he put it back down, because in that instant, it had sprung back to life, looking better thank it had ever looked. Despite looking tough and boy like Tatsu is the kindest most shiest girl you will ever meet, although she can have quite a mouth when she opens it. Tatsu is determined to reach her goals and will go to all lengths to protect what she loves. They were a completely normal family, but at around the age of 5, Tatsu was starting to act a little different like lifting things with her mind. Her parents freaked out a little bit and her brother- Takeshi- learnt to be even more protective of her. They moved closer to Fantasy Highschool that they had heard from a rather different oracle lady. Tatsu was bullied at her old school for being... Well... Different. So she learnt to stick up for herself by learning mixed martial arts, and began to hang around her brother more. Her mind works differently from others, instead of seeing things like a chair or a human, she sees them in numbers and blueprints almost like a robot.

Two years later Tatsu was born, Takeshi started to notice his powers when he was around the age of three. He was homeschool, his parents too afraid that he was some demon or something. So they went to an oracle and she told them that there was nothing to fear, that he was just a decent from god. When Tatsu's powers started to arise he knew the amount of pain and struggle she would go through so became almost like an alpha protecting his mate. He began to be highly protective of her not allowing anyone to get close to her, they established a bond, their minds connected, so she simply followed him around like a lost little puppy until she got to school.

• Psychokinesis: Crowley can move objects around with his mind. The maximum he can carry with his mind without straining is 100 pounds. The maximum amount he can carry is 150 lbs, but this is increased when in a life or death situation. Yes, this means that Crowley can pick up his body and move it (Because he only weighs 110 pounds)
• Legless: Crowley doesn't have most of his legs, as they are amputated from halfway down the thigh. Being able to to use prosthetic legs allows for him to do a combination of things depending on which legs he chooses to use, for example:
  • Latch his foot into a small crack (while sacrificing balance)
  • Run faster than a normal human being (Surprisingly, it is proven that blade legs are faster than human legs... likely because someone using prosthetic legs only has to direct energy into their stump of a leg instead of the entire leg to run)
  • Change his height
  • Fight with a more powerful kick (either heavier or bladed) (while sacrificing maneuverability)

Personality: Crow frequently thinks optimistically. There is always something to crack a smile at. He believes that things will always go right with the right amount of effort. Failure means gained knowledge, not a loss. However, sometimes Crow believes himself above consequences and will go take reckless risks because of his positive outlook on life
He isn't a social animal but has no problem talking to others. In fact, he really enjoys talking to people and throwing his worries to the world. When talking with others, he is candid, having no problems telling his thoughts, and finds ways to manage to make them seem acceptable thoughts. Even when there is no way for him to make it sound good, Crow still tells the truth. However, Crow makes sure that he is extremely affable, being the one that you can always get an honest opinion from.
Being nonjudgemental, Crow expects for others to not judge him. He values constructive criticism.
Arachnophilia (the love of spiders) is Crow's quirk. He longs for spiders to crawl over him, enjoying the tingle that he gets when the arms of the spiders graze over his skin. His philia is not sexual in any manner, just an extreme interest.
Crow is not one to talk about his lost limbs. If someone asks, he'll lie about how he lost them.

Backstory (Birth - Shadow Coast): Crow tends to keep his past a secret. What he will tell to others is that he was born as an only child. His arm was chopped off in a family accident. One of his legs was crushed in a machine at his father's work. The other leg stopped working because he broke it too many times. Around the time before joining Shadow Coast, Crowley's parents kicked him out of the house because they assumed that "pansexuality" meant Crow was a "I'm uncultured lover" and disowned him for that. However, what he says about losing his leg and leaving his house was a lie. He has a much darker reason.
What he isn't willing to say is that he was a test subject. His father was a scientist, who was convinced to use his child in a series of tests that weren't exactly sanctioned. They used bits and pieces of magic on him, seeing how a non-magical being would react to being implanted with magic. It was catastrophic. Crow developed frostbite (they tried ice magic on him) on his calves, forcing the scientists to amputate them to keep Crow alive, and used false legs to allow for Crow to stay on his feet. Telekinesis Magic was another magic that they used, and it stayed in Crow easily without fading away.
His mother was horrified at the tests put on Crow and tried to 'put him out of his misery.' She tried to kill him with a knife, but only successfully cut off his left arm before she was smashed against a wall with Crow's telekinetic magic. Crow's left arm was replaced with a robotic arm to convince him that 'he was still loved'.
One day, when his father and the rest of the scientists decided to inject fire magic into Crowley, he retaliated, smashing the scientists against the wall of the lab, effectively caving in their ribcages and killing them. He then telekinetically released himself by grabbing a key from a scientist and releasing his bonds.
Fleeing from the lab, he discovered his father with a gun, mumbling incoherent words, the gun trembling, pointed directly at Crow. His father was then shot in the head by a government official, who brought Crow into a foster home and sending him to Shadow Coast Private School to learn about his telekinesis and better use it.

Backstory (Shadow Coast - Euphorian High School): Upon leaving Shadow Coast after his first year of high school, Crow came back home with knowledge of how to control his telekinetic magic. he then transferred to Fantasy High School, as the school had better ratings than Shadow Coast.

• Psychokinesis: Crowley can move objects around with his mind. The maximum he can carry with his mind without straining is 100 pounds. The maximum amount he can carry is 150 lbs, but this is increased when in a life or death situation. Yes, this means that Crowley can pick up his body and move it (Because he only weighs 110 pounds)
• Legless: Crowley doesn't have most of his legs, as they are amputated from halfway down the thigh. Being able to to use prosthetic legs allows for him to do a combination of things depending on which legs he chooses to use, for example:
  • Latch his foot into a small crack (while sacrificing balance)
  • Run faster than a normal human being (Surprisingly, it is proven that blade legs are faster than human legs... likely because someone using prosthetic legs only has to direct energy into their stump of a leg instead of the entire leg to run)
  • Change his height
  • Fight with a more powerful kick (either heavier or bladed) (while sacrificing maneuverability)

Personality: Crow frequently thinks optimistically. There is always something to crack a smile at. He believes that things will always go right with the right amount of effort. Failure means gained knowledge, not a loss. However, sometimes Crow believes himself above consequences and will go take reckless risks because of his positive outlook on life
He isn't a social animal but has no problem talking to others. In fact, he really enjoys talking to people and throwing his worries to the world. When talking with others, he is candid, having no problems telling his thoughts, and finds ways to manage to make them seem acceptable thoughts. Even when there is no way for him to make it sound good, Crow still tells the truth. However, Crow makes sure that he is extremely affable, being the one that you can always get an honest opinion from.
Being nonjudgemental, Crow expects for others to not judge him. He values constructive criticism.
Arachnophilia (the love of spiders) is Crow's quirk. He longs for spiders to crawl over him, enjoying the tingle that he gets when the arms of the spiders graze over his skin. His philia is not sexual in any manner, just an extreme interest.
Crow is not one to talk about his lost limbs. If someone asks, he'll lie about how he lost them.

Backstory (Birth - Shadow Coast): Crow tends to keep his past a secret. What he will tell to others is that he was born as an only child. His arm was chopped off in a family accident. One of his legs was crushed in a machine at his father's work. The other leg stopped working because he broke it too many times. Around the time before joining Shadow Coast, Crowley's parents kicked him out of the house because they assumed that "pansexuality" meant Crow was a "I'm uncultured lover" and disowned him for that. However, what he says about losing his leg and leaving his house was a lie. He has a much darker reason.
What he isn't willing to say is that he was a test subject. His father was a scientist, who was convinced to use his child in a series of tests that weren't exactly sanctioned. They used bits and pieces of magic on him, seeing how a non-magical being would react to being implanted with magic. It was catastrophic. Crow developed frostbite (they tried ice magic on him) on his calves, forcing the scientists to amputate them to keep Crow alive, and used false legs to allow for Crow to stay on his feet. Telekinesis Magic was another magic that they used, and it stayed in Crow easily without fading away.
His mother was horrified at the tests put on Crow and tried to 'put him out of his misery.' She tried to kill him with a knife, but only successfully cut off his left arm before she was smashed against a wall with Crow's telekinetic magic. Crow's left arm was replaced with a robotic arm to convince him that 'he was still loved'.
One day, when his father and the rest of the scientists decided to inject fire magic into Crowley, he retaliated, smashing the scientists against the wall of the lab, effectively caving in their ribcages and killing them. He then telekinetically released himself by grabbing a key from a scientist and releasing his bonds.
Fleeing from the lab, he discovered his father with a gun, mumbling incoherent words, the gun trembling, pointed directly at Crow. His father was then shot in the head by a government official, who brought Crow into a foster home and sending him to Shadow Coast Private School to learn about his telekinesis and better use it.

Backstory (Shadow Coast - Euphorian High School): Upon leaving Shadow Coast after his first year of high school, Crow came back home with knowledge of how to control his telekinetic magic. he then transferred to Fantasy High School, as the school had better ratings than Shadow Coast.

You can be a god (I think we're still accepting god-tier characters), but not THE "God". Any god/goddess characters are specific ones, such as a goddess of time or a goddess of dragons. We have a god of creation already, so you can't have creation powers, and free manipulation is also a bit OP. No beings can be omnipotent, and no beings can be immortal (the most you can have is semi immortality, as all beings except for Sanctums will eventually die of old age). Those are the abilities that you'll have to change, Fukushima Akira might have more to say on that though.

In order to be clear, these are the parts of your character sheet that you'll have to change, starting with the powers. I've marked your post in bold, and I've explained my reasoning below each one;

Free Creation: The ability to create anything out of nothing merely by focusing, even cosmic or magical objects.
Free Manipulation: The ability to manipulate anything any way he likes, including himself.
Non-Passive Omniscience: The ability to see and learn everything about anything he desires.
Cosmic Flight: Can breathe in space and fly at speeds well faster than light. He can even bridge universes in minutes.
Immortality: He cannot die, but he can still feel pain and lose consciousness, especially since his body is underdeveloped.

Any power that includes the word "Omni" is not allowed, as only I, the GM are allowed to have such things, for very specific reasons. Free Manipulation and Free Creation is reserved for the Old Gods, God himself and Sanctums, abeit Sanctums control the entirety of the universe, whereas those gods listed can only control a limited amount of space. Cosmic Flight is also forbidden, due to the speed that comes associated with it. As Lumina kindly explained above, Immortality is restricted to Sanctums. You may have Semi-Immortality, but you'll also have to detail what can kill him. This is to keep things fair for all RPers. The only way an immortal character will be in the RP is if it has been permitted by either myself or my mods.

Hikaro seems to be more distant in his actions than most people, but in reality his mind is usually incredibly focused. Hikaro was born in the mountains where he lived on a shrine with his two brothers, his sister, his father and his mother. His whole family had the ability to enchant, it had been a power passed on through the bloodline for generations. Hikaro’s father was incredibly strict, having his children tend to the shrine and learn at a nearby school nearly all of the time without much room for socializing with others. Hikaro’s father, though not abusive, taught his children to always be disciplined and never to step out of line. As the years passed, the oppression wore down Hikaro, making him desperate to escape the shrine. One day, a teacher of his held him after class and suggested he go to a high school more suited to his abilities. After much begging and various demanding compromises, Hikaro had convinced his father to allow him to go to this school. When he got to Tokyo, he realized that this was a place that he could truly be himself, free from the shackles of his father. What would he become?
