There is no set CS, but make sure to add at least:

Age:
Appearance: (Description or picture)
Anything you don't add in it you can (if you want) mention the rest IC and it will probably make it over to the Summary page.
As my time to be online has been abruptly cut in half, I cannot make a CS, or actually go find those settings...
