appearances: (she only wears the mask when she goes out on missions)

personality: loud mouth with friends cold with strangers. takes a long time to open up to people, she trusts no one fully and is slow to follow orders because she would much rather do her own thing.
Village: The village steeped in blood, coincidentally it was attacked and slaughtered by a mysterious group of ninja looking for the village crown jewel, a scroll with forbidden blood jutsu's.
How she got to the Leaf: after her village was slaughtered when she was 5 she ran away and stumbled up to the leaf gate badly injured. they decided she was safe since she was so young.
Sharingan: none
Jutsu: because of the village she comes from her abilities center around using her own or her enemies blood she can manipulate it like water and drain it from their bodies. however, if they cover their wound she no longer has access to their blood and therefore she can't drain them so no power plays)
ambition/purpose for being a ninja: to find out more about her village and if there were any survivors other than her, and who exactly slaughtered everyone all those years ago
Fighting style: short range with katana long range with jutsu, she often waits while others fight until there's some blood and then she'll jump in. If she's alone she'll go straight in with her katana then jump back to long range blood manipulation

Village: The Leaf
Appreance: Leiptr has a dirty blonde hair, messy, often being described as a "controlled mess" mess by his peers. His eyes a a electric blue with the tendecity to change colors. {Green: Timid and calm. Grey: Upset or distraught often enraged. Blue: upbeat and energetic, happy.} His body build is mostly lean with a bit of muscle. He's about 5' even.
Personality: He's the first one to explode into action, often upbeat and fast. His has a particular innocence to him. He wants to protect those close to him, since growing up he didn't have friends because of the traveling his family did. He has troubles with authority, since his parents weren't around much always busy or too busy for him. But he's always willing to make new friends and help all who asks.
Backstory: he was born in the leaf and was raised there until his 4th birthday. His "father" and "mother" had to move them around alot for some reason. They traveled around all the great villages and nations. Since the Alliance was broken they had to be fast about to in order not to draw the attention of the other people. It was on this journey that he found that his parents adopted him and that he was actually a Namizake. The night that he found this out, he ran away and his father ran after him. This caused his father to die by the hands of a unknown Anbu agent. After this his mom got them away they headed back to the leaf so he could start ninja academy.
Chakra Affinity: He has lightning and wind as natural affinities.
Justus: He has a few he made himself, but he wants to learn as much as he can.
Fighting style: He's fast and agile with his movements. He uses his sword with fast and quick attacks. Without his sword, he's skilled in taijustsu. Using some of his self taught Justus that amplify his strikes with lighting and he has some long range jutsus that use wind and lightning.
Weapons: He has a forgien broad sword from a far away land that he was gifted by a older man on his travels. Etched with a dragon and lighting patterns on the blade. The blade is also naturally blue. He also as kunai's that he can throw and use in close quarters combat.
Other: He has a scar over his left shoulder where the anbu slashed him and a strange dragon like marking on his arm.
