Commission Character Reference Request

Hello! Name is Arty, and I was wondering if someone could draw a character for me! Free is good, but I am willing to pay up to 50 dollars for the full character portrait (color or not), and 1-5 dollars for different emotions of the character (line sketch, minimal detail).
