Ten Thousand Club
The Imperial Guards are elite soldiers tasked with protecting the Emporer and taking down Night Raid with the powers gifted to them by their Teigu. They are generally looked down upon for defending such a terrible leader. Not all of them are heartless monsters who kill for fun, yet there are always bad apples. Either way they carry out their orders without hesitation. They are located in the barracks, within the capital city of the empire.

The Nightraid is a group of highly skilled, Teigu wielding assassins tasked to assassinate the Emporer and help the Revolutionary Army win the fight. They have good intent yet the people of the Empire aren't exactly comfortable with them. Not only does their presence cause increased guard activity, brutality, and an overall unhappy place, but the hefty price for any leads about their whereabouts can corrupt the hearts of men. They are located in an underground base, courtesy of fellow assassin Rin.
